Great customer service

We got to Florida the day before for a friend's wedding and forgot to check in during the day. We called around 10 that night and spoke with Gene who said there would be someone waiting for us around the time we thought we would be getting there. He was right! There was someone waiting for us there and we got checked right in! The room was a typical […] room for the price we paid. The bathroom was clean and had clean towels, but the room itself has an icky feeling. The sheets were clean and the pillows were fine, but it was just a feeling I got the first night we were there. It could have just been that we were tired and everything irritated us, but other than that our stay was absolutely wonderful. Lees meer

There was no shuttle service to the airport. When we called the hotel upon arrival at PBA none answered the phone. We tried three different times without success. Staff were non enthusiastic. For a rated airport hotel is was a big disappointment. I have stayed at several La Quinta Inns and have been happy. Not this time.

All was nice except for the smell. It didn't stink per say but it wasn't a pleasant smell. Other than that, everything was great!

I booked my stay at La Quinta , because of the advertised free airport shuttle. I was very disapointed that when I arrived on Sunday afternoon , i learned that shuttle service didn't run on weekends and didn't start on Monday morning until 9am, my flight left at 8am. That was an additional 40 dollar cost.

Room was very small. Had to ask for a blanket. Room was overpriced. Staff was nice.

This LaQuinta is showing its age, and the rooms single Queen room was very small- but the fact that it's a good brand name hotel and is rather cheap in a very expensive town makes up for it. If you're traveling alone or with just one other person, this is a steal compared to other hotels in the area... Consider other options if you're staying more than […] one or two nights, though... The hotel was not very clean. Only marginally acceptable. There are better values out there for the money. Breakfast was adequate, not great.

For the price, the hotel was okay. Booked several rooms, and most were adequate, though 1 had mattresses that slanted to one side. There were also no cots available. Hotel has breakfast, but not many choices (it is a continental breakfast, but there was limited fruit options). Overall, not bad, and close to other stores & restaurants (hooray for Sweet […] Tomato next door!). 15 minute drive to the beach or airport. Not super fancy, but not trashy either. this hotel was really nice we stayed 2 nights only had a couple minor problems one was that we never had room service so we had to keep asking for clean towels and our room was a mess and then the bed skirt and window curtains needed to be washed so i left a note for the maid and i am hoping they do it so no one gets the room and really makes a big […] deal out of it.. other than that good neighborhood in the area and stores located all around as well.. This is a middle priced hotel and you get what you pay for. It is clean, fairly well managed. The staff is friendly. The upkeep of the hotel leaves something to be desired. It appears to be an older hotel and is in need of some new carpet and wallpaper in places. The free breakfast was 99% carbs. But, the room was clean and comfortable. We reserved and prepaid for a king non smoking room. When we arrived all they had was king smoking or full size non smoking. Asked if they were going to adjust the price since we took the full. They did not adjust the price. We were very disappointed that they did not honor the reservation.

LaQuinta likes to have a 5 star rating, but some of their hotels need updating. This is one of them.

Great hotel for the cost! Also great customer service! We had an early flight & the hotel arranged for a cab to take us & they even paid for it!

Not the cleanest. The staff was excellent and so was the cost and location.

Late arrival mid week between flights. Desk staff very courteous and helpful. Halls and room were very shabby. Torn and stained couch in the room. Saw one roach dart across the floorwhile sitting watching TV. Arose at 6:30 a.m. to shower and dash off to catch a plane. No hot water in the room. Not even warm. Overall...a dump.

COMFORTABLE AND NICE PRICE. CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS WERE VERY NICE

Even though this was a Marriot, I was disappointed. The room smelled like b.o. and the carpet was dirty. This was definitely not worth the money.

the staff was what made this hotel. They were so kind and accomodating, we tended to overlook things that really would have bothered us.

Various wet spots on carpet in room; Very dirty, only the basics were cleaned; several dead bugs in each of the lights; hall light shade was filthy, like a toddler had it on his food tray, even though is was ceiling mounted. Corners at bath floors had 1/4 thick build up. Wall mount AC made lots of noise door hinges were rusty. could not wait to leave. […] very disappointed. Late in evening, some questionable persons were greeted at front desk as friends and then give key card and told " it's room on the tenth floor". Maybe totally legitimate, intuition said not. We has a good night's sleep! The beds were comfortable! The breakfast was divine!

I've stayed here twice now, not ENTIRELY sure why I stayed the second time. I had an early flight - and the advertise they have complimentary airport shuttle - but please be aware that the airport shuttle ONLY runs from 9 am - 5 pm. So me having a 6 am flight - had to take a taxi. bed was comfy - but had issues with the air conditioner.

I had gotten this for my mother when she came to visit, she said it was the best night sleep she had in a long time, the bed was awsome, the staff was very freindly and helpful, and the room was kept very clean. i would definitly recomend this hotel

not perfect, but worth the price. Staff was very friendly.

We stayed there two nights because we were having tile installed in our home. We needed a place that would accept our little dog. You can tell this hotel is a few years old, but it looks nice. The front desk staff was very friendly. They did not charge extra for our little Lulu. My grandson left his cell phone and housekeeping got it to the desk right […] away. We were able to pick it up the next day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with a pet who needed a place to stay. Lees meer

This hotel is well located and the lobby and rooms were very nice. Service was particularly friendly and good. Unfortunately, the business center was down during our short stay but I presume it was quickly fixed since then.

Our room was reasonably clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice for the few days we were there and would visit again. The cost was lower than others in the area near the airport, while having more amenities.

We went to a concert in West Palm Beach and found this hotel at hotels.com. It was a great deal for only $50.00. Very clean and comfy bed!

The handicapped room we had was a little tight but it did have a king size bed. Breakfast was a plus.

My husband and i stayed at La Quinta. It was a very friendly Environment. Everyone was very nice.La Quinta is very close to many restaurants and near a Super Target. It was very clean and peaceful..La Quinta serves continental breakfast. In which we enjoyed the fresh coffee and fruits.We even got to make our own waffle which was great. ,We really enjoyed […] ourselves and hope to come back soon. Lees meer

UNFORTUNATELY THE HOTEL STAFF DOESNT HONOR THE TYPE OF ROOM THAT YOU PREPAY TO GET, AND SAYS " SORRY.....DO YOU WANT THE ONE THAT WE HAVE ASSIGNED FOR YOU OR NOT?"........HMMMMM WHAT A WAY TO DO BUSINESS.......ITS ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LINE OF WORK.....AND I EXPECT THE SAME ELSEWHERE.....

When we checked in, we immediately noticed that the air conditioning unit was VERY noisy. We went to the Desk and asked that it either be repaired, or be placed in another room. The Desk Clerk said that she couldn't relocate us because they were All Booked Up, but that she would notify maintenance to have the air conditioning unit repaired first thing […] in the morning. It's a good thing we all had ear plugs, or no one would have gotten any sleep. When we returned to the hotel later the next afternoon, we found that the air conditioner still had not been repaired, and got the same 'Sorry, All Booked Up' story from the Desk Clerk. Furthermore, even if the air conditioner unit had been quiet, having a room next to the noisy elevator would have been bad enough to prevent anyone from sleeping. We will be putting forth a letter to both the hotel manager and corporate headquarters concerning their total indifference to their customers. Lees meer

Upon check in we were given a smoking queen room when we had reserved a non-smoking king, and there were issues with the room. The lady asked us to take the room for one night and she would move us the next day, and comped us one night of our stay. The room we were moved to was what we wanted and was fine. The location was convenient because the proximity to the airport. Continental breakfast was good, however no high chairs on location. They did not have a pack and play or crib to accommodate our young child however they do now because the manager sent an employee to purchase one which was very nice of them. The pool is not so clean to be honest, but […] with the exception of surrounding area, pool, and lack of accommodations for those with small children; the room was clean, the staff was friendly and the price was very good. Overall this hotel stay was quite nice. This is our first time staying at a LaQuinta Inn and it was a positive experience.
