Guest House Inn and Suites in Wilsonville

I appreciated the large room and 3 beds for 5 people. There was a problem with the hot water and the staff was prompt in trying to remedy it.

Stayed for a quick night. Got to the Hotel a little before midnight and left early at 5am. The hotel was a little confusing to get to since they had the entrance blocked off for road construction. No hassles with the hotel.

Not one of my favorites not one of my worst experiences. No one was staying there which said something about the place. But it was the closest accommodation to where I was going so it served it's purpose.

When I checked in late in the evening the door to the parking lot was not locked. It was propped open with a door wedge. So security in the building was nullified. Next when I found my room the door was ajar. I checked it out and found not problems so locked up and stayed the night. When retruning from breakfast I found the door had not locked when […] I closed it upon leaving. When I informed the front desk of this, I was informed the problem was known and that room should not have been rented. So the internal information handling is also in question. I've stayed here several times previous with no issues, but may not stay again. Lees meer

Although I had a hard time locating the hotel, once I found it it wasn't a problem. I was greeted warmly, the room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The fridge did freeze my yogurt, but there was a fridge and microwave. Breakfast includes a waffle maker along with the usual cold breakfast items. My biggest complaint is that when we arrived to check in, a bus load of high school cross country athletes were checking in ahead of us. The hotel had to have known they were coming, but waited until the bus got there to program the room keys and print out the paper work. That should have been done way ahead of time. That meant that other customers […] had to wait to check in until that was done, which was a wait of about 20 minutes. Poor planning. The beds were comfortable, they have a nice swimming pool and hot tub, breakfast was OK but the same old same old like most hotels are serving these days. We had noisy neighbors (not the high school kids) that disturbed us both nights that we were there. The walls are kind of thin. It's a great location and we love the area. I guess I would say that it is clean, comfortable and a good value for the money. Lees meer

Nice little place for the price. I enjoyed that it wasn't in the heart of downtown and was surrounded by convenient food places, shopping, and freeway. Clean bedroom and breakfast area. Breakfast area had oatmeal, cereal, waffles, etc. The staff was inattentive in general but nice when spoken to. I liked the place and would stay again.

VERY difficult to find- it took us an hour and it was our sixth week in the States so we are not dummies - it used to be called the Days Inn so this may help further travellers. Check was quick and good - as I am disabled I was allocated a room that I could also access from the car park which was an absolute boon in getting the luggage in. There are […] many restaurants nearby including a locally owned one called "wan*ers" it is worth a shot as it is the one used by locals. There are many people staying there longterm during the week. All of them were really friendly and gave us good tips. Pool was clean and inviting (not like some of our stays). Breakfast was adequate. Lees meer

Very happy with our stay, clean and a helpful staff.

Great, safe, convenient location right off Interstate 5. Spitting distance to Denny's and mini mall for sundries. LOVED that the hotel pool and spa stayed open til midnight. Very affordable and good location. Would recommend!!! : )

Just excellent in most areas, cleanliness, area for shopping, pool. Continental breakfast did not have attendant and ran out of waffle mix, but overall staying here was a memorable experience and we will definantly return. The staff especially the front desk clerk was just incredible, friendly with above and beyond service at check in and check out. […] I am glad I have this opportunity to write about her service the children and I hope to see her again. The Staff was friendly. The room was clean. There was no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor and the door card for the lobby didnt work so I had to go around and open the door from the inside for us to take our luggage in. Otherwise everything was ok.

Enjoyed our one-night stay. Nice area surrounding hotel to walk, with cute shops close by. Room was clean. We were on the first floor and noticed others had dogs staying with them, but we didn't hear noise from the other rooms. The hallway smelled a little bit like cigarette smoke, but our room (non-smoking) wasn't so bad.

The air conditioner in the first room was broken, however we were moved with out incident. Overall stay was ok

This is the second time we have stayed at this motel. We like it because they have a room with three queen beds and don't overcharge for it. We are a family of six so this motel is perfect. I wish all motels had a room like this!

I was dissapointed at the cleanliness of the hotel it self. The pool was also closed the whole time we were there.Other wise everthing else was ok.

Was supposed to get a King but the hotel was over booked ended with a queen. The hotel staff was very heplful and courteous. My biggest complaint is the mattrass was hard as a rock. Not good not bad.

We were traveling for two weeks with our end destination Seattle. We knew we would be tired and it would be late when we reached Portland. This hotel right outside Portland was just what it said it was. A nice just of the Interstate motel. Well lighted and easy to find. Clean rooms, very pleasant staff. A bus load of teenagers decimated the breakfast […] bar just as we entered the room and the staff could not have been nicer or harder working to re-stock. We hit Portland well rested Lees meer

It was our first time to go at Oregon, Portland and from the moment we had a reservation, the service was great. I would like to thank the front desk for exceptional service. My family had a wonderful stay. Nice place. I like the free breakfast in the morning. I felt I was like in my home preparing my food especially the pancake/ waffle. where do i begin? well, we were initially assigned a room that was already occupied - when we entered it, someone's luggage and belongings were seen everywhere. the next room that we were given was ready and we moved in but the TV had only three channels working and there was no Wifi connection available. the desk staff couldn't understand why the TV […] selections were limited. we were told, however, that the Wifi problem was being addressed. when we returned to our room, the key did not work. we went to the desk and the key was reprogrammed but still could not open the door. the desk staff used a master key to let us in. there were still issues with the TV and the Wifi so the following morning the manager moved us to a suite on the second floor. and like magic, everything - the TV, the Wifi connection, the key - seemed to work in that room. it's the least that could have been done for the various inconveniences that we suffered. Hotel is really hidden away so we couldn't find it for a good while - nothing really nice around it. Staff was not very pleasant when finally found it. This is definitely a cheap hotel - from television set which had very bad color (we asked for a change because we couldn't even see the screen on the first one and the second one was almost as bad) […] to the bathrooms. Breakfast is standard cheap continental fare. Would not return. Lees meer

We were very comfortable during our stay, and were pleasantly surprised that the complimentry contiental breakfast was somewhat more than a roll and juice/coffee. My only gripe related to the pool spa area. The hot tub was out of commission for repairs. I would would be happy to stay here in future. Note, the hotel changed names the day we checked in. […] It is now a Guest House Inn. Lees meer
