Managers & maids were very friendly & accommodating Front desk people were a little weird, one guy I felt was very rude to the guest in front of me- boarder line yelling at the guy because he was frustrated with his computer not working. Then (in a joking matter) started yelling at me about his computer problems- made me uncomfortable.

This hotel for the rate included a fridge & a microwave. The room was clean and maintained clean throughout my 3-day stay. Hotel service at desk was exceptional, even after hours!

Just needed a cheap hotel....Nice for price

The cleanliness and service was decent but I was very disappointed in the poor continental breakfast. The only options were instant oatmeal (that you make yourself), prepackaged muffin or prepackaged danish.

Very close and convenient to the interstate. The was a storm that recently had been through, knocking out the wi-fi, so only wi-fi was in the lobby, but they staff made you aware of that. Nice, decent hotel. Only drawbacks, the keycards WILL get erased if they come near a cell phone, and a few hours after checking in, another guest tried entering the […] room with a keycard because the staff forgot which people were in which room. Very Impressed with what was offered with the cost of this hotel!! I would of actually paid more to stay there then what we did, rather than the other surrounding hotels. We stayed the week before at Best western, we paid almost double for less. Thanks

We wanted a place close by the outlet mall - the Red Roof Inn was just a couple minutes' drive away and much cheaper compared to the other motels in the area. Our room was small but very clean and within walking distance to the Waffle House for breakfast. We were on the bottom floor and the person rooming above us did an awful lot of walking around, […] but the fan in the room drowned most of the sound out. I did have to borrow a hairdryer from the front desk - they said they had issues with them disappearing from rooms. There are no coffee makers in the rooms for the same reason. If you're looking for a place to stay in Edinburgh and not in need of anything fancy, the Red Roof Inn should be perfect for you. Lees meer

the only thing we did not like was the beds were softer than we are used to. other than that it was a really enjoyable stay.

We stayed at this hotel following a college football game. We arrived at midnight and left very early in the morning, so we didn't want to pay alot of money to just stay sleep for a few hours. This hotel served that purpose. It was a great room for the price. No issues.

When we first arrived in our initial room I was very disappointed. The door had been knocked off the frame, and then very poorly reattached, this had me worried a bit. Also there were holes in the wall that hadn't even been attempted to be fixed, the pillows had sweat stains, and hair on them, and the toilet was not secure on the floor. I went to the […] front desk with these issues, and she gladly gave us another room. The second room was very well maintained, clean. I was so much happier with this room. So I'm not sure how many rooms were in as poor of condition as the first one we received, but by the end of our stay I was very pleased with the overall service, and comfort of our stay! I would be happy to stay again if the next room is as nice as our replacement!!! Lees meer

This hotel was in a good location for what I needed. Nice friendly staff.

The room had a slight unusual smell to it when we first entered, but that seemed to be easy to get over. The "breakfast" was real weak. All they offer is a grocery store pastry, apples and coffee. Other than that everything was great. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. For the price it was very nice.

The only con I can think of with this hotel is that there was no hair dryer in the room. Ther were nice hot showers, comfortable beds, and great air conditioning. The rate was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

very poor choice of 1 prepackaged danish for breakfast, and four types of coffee, two of which were not working. NOTHING ELSE!

The room smelled of smoke and must, dog hair all over, the door lock was broken and the shower was dirty. I will say that the location was convenient. Had I known,I would have preferred to spend more and go across the street.

This Red Roof Inn was not the best for the money. The rooms were not really clean and needed improvement. The staff was kind of distracted and was not giving us the attention we needed. There were people out in the parking lot just hanging out at all hours of the night. It was a place to get in, lock the door, sleep and get out.
