This hotel has the look and feel of a much more expensive property. Very nice, spotless and very contemporary. It's located right next door to a Chili's and has a 'real' free breakfast in the morning. I would definitely recommend this place...at twice the price.

Everything worked great in this hotel. All lights worked, though some areas of the room were not lit adequately. I would stay here again if I have furhter business in the Roswell area.

We were satisfied with most aspects of the hotel; however, the toilet was running, so before we left for dinner we notified the desk, thinking that they could have it repaired before we returned. Someone came to the room while we were out, but made no repairs. They never showed up, and because it was a standpipe in the toilet that was broken, we turned […] the water off at the wall. The staff did comp us 2 free nights at their hotel (but I doubt we'll go through Roswell in the next year.) While we appreciated the gesture, we would prefer a working toilet. Lees meer

Everyone was so pleasant and helpful.

It was a nice hotel, everyone was friendly and the room was very clean. The breakfast was outstanding.

excellent room quailty and customer service. highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unfortunately, the hotel had a football team staying the first night and it was "extremely" noisy until late at night. With a 3.5 hr drive to get there + a 7 yr old and a 10 yr old and we were motorcycle racing the next day, we needed our sleep. The biiger problem in my opinion was the foul language being used / shouted to each other in the hallways […] which resonated into the room and in the elevators was unacceptable and the hotel should have managed the situation with the football group a little better than they did. Our stay at your hotel was tops. Upon arriving at the airport, our pre-arranged shuttle service was right on time. Our room was clean, spacious, and accommodating. I was bringing my 87 year old mother to see her 85 year old brother. It was suppose to be a reunion trip, however, while there, my mother lost one nephew, and another had a heart attack. […] The hotel clerk showed compassion and concern. It is amazing what a few kind words can do for a customer. When we left, we asked the clerk to call us a taxi and the taxi was right on time. The only downside was I didn't get a chance to use your pool as they were making repairs and I could not get your lobby computer to work for me. Lees meer

The room was very comfortable, except for the bathroom, which was rather small for a Holiday Inn Express. However, the sink and vanity was located outside the bathroom, which was convenient. The room had a small fridge and microwave, which I also liked. The hotel is next door to an Applebee's and your room key gives you a 10% discount at that restaurant...nice […] perk! Breakfast was great: sausage patties, biscuits & gravy, cheese omletes (didn't care for these very much), milk, juice, yogurt, cereals, cinnamon rolls, muffins, coffee...lots of choices! The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were kind of dirty. I could see little pieces of trash and hair in the pool, and a scummy film on the side of the hot tub. But there was a nice outdoor patio area outside the pool room with tables and a barbeque grill. There was a sauna and exercise room, but I didn't use these. A note about Roswell: this is a decent size town, but there is not much to see here. There is one UFO "museum" and several souvenir shops, but those are the only touristy attractions. We stayed here for one night on our way to Carlsbad Caverns because I thought there would be more to see. In hindsight, we should have just stopped in Roswell for an hour and continued on to the caverns. Lees meer

Nice, newer hotel with friendly staff and good appearance. Rooms were clean but modest in size and quality of furnishings. We rented two rooms and both smelled a little weird, almost as of somebody had been smoking in each some time ago. Nice hot tub and pool inside, but the pool was a little dirty - enough so that the kids didn't want to swim. Breakfast […] in the morning was well stocked and good. Lees meer

The hotel room was great-VERY clean and updated. The staff was exceptional- there was a mess up with the reservation, which was prepaid! They said not to worry, gave me my keycard & said they would take care of it. They did, because I never heard anything else about it, nor was I charged again!

The hotel is in the right location for my family and I inconjuction academy. Very quiet with pleanty things to do or choose from.

Room was clean, spacious. Service was excellent. Pool and spa, great.

Was very surprised and disappointed that there was no microwave in the room. What room doesn't have a microwave now a days? Also had a towel hanging in the bathroom behind the door that was obviously used by previous guest, that was kind of yucky!!!

Very nice and very clean. Recently remodeled.
