This hotel is attached to the Convention Centre. No problem with the hotel itself, but the parking is an issue. Unless you opt for valet parking, be prepared to park a distance away and even have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs.

Very convenient, nice hotel. Unfortunately the bathrooms are a bit dark (poorly lit) and our room had a faulty heating/cooling unit. A broken fan woke us up so we turned it off at 2am. I'm sure the hotel would have made an attempt to fix it or moved us to a different room, however we did not inform th staff until later that morning when we were checking […] out. Lees meer

The convenience of the location and surrounding neighbourhood was great. The room was very comfortable. The only complaint I have was that there was no condiments for the coffee or tea in the morning.

The service is outstanding, and the place feels classy without being snobby. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and we felt completely taken care of there. The front desk found out it was my wife's birthday, and had a cake set up to the room, free of charge.

The location of the Intercontinental Toronto Centre was great, close to restaurants,shopping, etc.The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very nice and accomodating.Would definitely stay there agian.

This is the second time I have stayed here and both times were great. This hotel offers it all, from good ambiance and very nice rooms to a nice lounge and room service at all hours. There is nothing that I do not like about the hotel. They do charge a lot for parking (40 a night) and for internet, but it's not a deal breaker.

I am a resident of a GTA suburb, I choose to stay at this hotel due to trade show events that required late night and early morning appointments at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (attached to the hotel property). Convenience was key, it was convenient; however, my room was dusty, hot and the bed was uncomfortable and should have been replaced long […] ago. As an interior designer, the hotel "looks lovely", but it is not comfortable and well appointed...strike 1! The bathroom in my room was very, very poorly lit; unacceptable for guests who may or may not choose to apply makeup or shave in the bathroom...strike 2! On a positive note, each of the staff I encountered were friendly and professional in their work which made my short stay more pleasant. The $40.00/24 hr. rate for valet parking is worth every cent while you are a guest and involved with an event at the convention centre. Lees meer

I made reservations 3 months in advance for a room with TWO Double Beds to attend a function at the convention center. When I arrived at 10:30PM to the hotel, I checked in and nothing was said at the desk, but when I got to my room, I found I had a room with ONE QUEEN BED! I called the front desk and was told by the manager that they did not have a […] double bed room available so they "upgraded me to club level queen room". Who cares? I was there for 1 night, leaving the next AM, and all I wanted and had reserved was a two double bed room. They ended up bringing a roll-away, so my niece slept in the bed and I got the roll-away. Unacceptable. Probably will not stay there again since what you reserve is not what you get. Lees meer

Great place to stay but if you have a car they charge $40 per night to park Ouch!!!

Great stay at the hotel for a weekend birthday celebration. Hotel was close to train service and walking distance from many attractions. Excellent service from the concierge. She provided terrific recommendations as well as guest lists/reservations.

At 6:20 AM the hotel fire alarm went off and proceeded to continue to go off for approx 25 minutes being only interrupted every minute by a voice that told us the alarm was being investigated and they would get back to us. Finally silence and nothing else. 5 minutes later and announcement stating everything was OK. Being completely awake I dressed and […] tried to check out, but the video check out system was down. The check in was very smooth. The hotel is located in the one of the most happening places in Down Town Toronto. Very suitably located and a good place for business or leisure. The breakfast was a boring affair as it was monotonous as I had stayed for 4 days. I had a raw deal as my room was on 4th floor thus depriving me of the benefit of watching Toronto […] skyline. The service is very good and the hotel is maintained very well. I would recommend this hotel for travelers who want to stay near to CN tower, whole lot of good restaurants and near to convention center. Lees meer

While the staff at the front desk were extremely gracious, as was the concierge, the quality of the room service was so poor that I called the manager to have her look at the wilted celery I had been sent with my $26 cheese plate.

very friendly and helpful staff. great location nice rooms!

The hotel was cheeper than some of the other luxery hotels in town, but it did not disappoint. Clean, comfy rooms, nice view, yummy breakfast buffet, OUTSTANDING service. We stayed 5 days and started to feel at home. Much of the staff knew us by name. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We booked this room for an event at the Rogers Center - very close!!!! Right next to the CN Tower, There several good restaurants within walking distance. Only thing we would have liked to have more of, closer by - shopping!!! Overall - good hotel for location and nice rooms.

Vey clean, not expensive due to construction,.7 miles from rogers centre. Only bad thing- waiting for the elevator seemed like a long time. friendly staff. Expensive parking though too. Upper class type hotel. very fancy

We only stayed for one night, but the staff was very helpful with all requests. The hotel is only 2 blocks from Union Station with rail and underground connections.

We wanted to stay somewhere close to go to the Jays game and this place was very convenient and very nice. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning was good and the serving there was superb. There were two downpoints to the hotel. One, the elevators in the hotel were very slow in response time. There were occasions where this frustrated […] us. Second, when we got there they gave us a room that was already occupied but they compensated us by giving us free parking for the duration of our stay. Lees meer

The Intercontinental is located close to the lake shore and next to the CN Tower and the arena and Union Station. We got a great deal that included the great breakfast buffet. Room (corner room) was not very spacious, but ok. Very nice pool and spa in the hotel.

Nous avons séjournés 1 nuit à L'intercontinental dans le centre-ville de Toronto. Nous avons réservé 1 chambre pour 4 personnes. Très spacieuse, bien éclairée grâce aux magnifiques grandes fenêtres et les lits sont très confortables. Le situation de l'hotel est idéal car tout est à proximité. Il y a eu malheureusement une petite confusion lors de la […] réservation. Il y a un tarif pour chaque personne de plus dans une chambre, donc pour 2 personnes de plus dans notre cas. Ce qui n'est pas précisé et qui serait bon de savoir c'est si vous prenez une chambre avec déjeuner inclus, même si vous payer le tarif par personne de plus, le déjeuner est inclus seulement pour 2 personnes. Attention, les déjeuners sont assez dispendieux à la carte. De plus, notre nuit fut plutot agitée car beaucoup de fêtes dans les chambres aux alentours et beaucoup de va et vient la nuit dans les corridors, personnes qui rient fort, etc. De 12ham à 2h30am nous avions l'impression d'avoir un club au-dessus de la tête. Nous avons peut-être seulement été malchanceux Je retournerais tout de meme à cette hotel car j'aime bien qu'il soit près de tout et je le conseil aux voyageurs qui aime visiter à pieds. Si toute fois vous prévoyez de visiter Toronto au grand complet en voiture, musées, etc. Il n'est pas nécessaire de prendre cet à cause des frais de stationnement. Il serait préférable de prendre intercontinental qui n'est pas dans le cnetre-ville. je crois bien qu'il y en ait un autre à Toronto. Bon voyage et bon séjour!!! Lees meer

Das Interconti liegt gleich neben dem CN Tower und dem Rogers Centre, auch die Union Station, der Hafen und die Altstadt sind problemlos zu Fuss zu erreichen. Eine wirklich tolle Lage! Der SPA mit dem Salzwasser-Pool ist ebenfalls Klasse und laden zur Erholung ein. Auf unseren Wunsch auf ein Zimmer in einer höheren Etage bei der Buchung wurde ohne Weiteres […] gleich eingegangen; wir hatten eine super Aussicht auf die Skyline und den CN Tower! Unbedingt empfehlenswert ist es, den Aufenthalt mit Frühstücksbuffet zu buchen: es ist sehr reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und frisch bis 10.30 Uhr zu haben. Am besten hat uns der überaus freundliche und kompetente Concierge-Service gefallen. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen, wenn es einem nichts ausmacht, wenn fast alle anderen Gäste Geschäftsreisende sind. Lees meer
