Excellent stay. Very accomodating. Clean.. Nice view of CM Tower from my room. Only thing that I did not like was the construction going on around it. I would definitely return.

Excellent location & good service. It was very disappointing to learn on New Year Eve that there is no Fox News Channel in the hotel. We were forced to watch CNN with vulgar Kathy Griffin not capable of saying anything smart but showing her body instead.

I was floored with the service my husband and I received. When I originally got there, the King Non-smoking Suite that I had reserved and paid for in full were all booked so I was upgraded to a Club Suite that was newly renovated with a HD flat screen TV, surround sound, mini bar and much more. The Hotel location was great! Walking distance from everything. Valet parking was pricey, but worth it in Downtown Toronto. The parking including in and out service and the valets were very quick and polite. The hotel price was high, however it was New Years Eve and many hotels were at similar inflated prices. Also, the hotel was quite busy with youthful […] party goers that were loud and intoxicated. (Again, this should be expected anywhere on NYE!). Security was prompt to ensure peace and quiet was maintained, and we did witness a group of partyers escorted out of the building. One major turn off was the fact that our washroom was left soiled. The toilet and toilet seat had urine remaining from the previous guest, and many of the glasses and coffee ammenities were not clean. Our stay here was fantastic. I especially appreciated the level of service. We arrived at 2:30 am very tired and were greeted so warmly and helped so efficiently to get settled into our room. Thank you for such excellence!

Wonderful hotel!!! Beautiful spa, fantastic food, and right in the middle of everything. I guess its why we keep coming back.

We chose this hotel to watch a football game at the Rogers Center. It is right next door. It is also next door to the CN Tower. The neighborhood is very nice, and close to nightclubs. At the hotel, everything was fantastic. We were treated like royalty; doormen, valets, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Nice hotel but non smoking room had very heavy smoke odour. Worst feature is the 'full floor auto aircon' which you cannot adjust - we found it fat too cold and very noisy as the fan struggled to keep it so cold.

I liked being right downtown and right next to the tower- so it was the first thing i could see when I looked out my window. It was so easy to get to great restaurants too. The lobby and rooms were nice- although my bathroom felt like it had mood lighting. Parking was $25/night in their garage. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is best suited for business travelers. It is well serviced and close to the train station. I think there are better options for people in Toronto on a pleasure/tourist trip.

We juts wanted a stop over in Toronto, but I would have liked to stay longer. This was a first class hotel, with great facilities. Right beside the train station and only a few blocks from Yonge street.

Stayed there for a blue jays game,hotel was convenient to everything we needed .No complaints except for the parking fee ,hot tub was out of order and the ice machine was also out of commission.The room was a little bit to be desired in regard to stains on the bed spread and someones long hair on the floor in the bathroom

Very disapointed about the $6.00 charge for a bottle of water. Very Tacky, considering your prices. Especially when you hide it on a paper tag. Most people just take the tag off thinking it's a "Welcome to our hotel". I will NEVER return to your hotel. There are Much better deals without getting nickle and dimed to death.

I specifically stated on my reservation that our family consisted of two adults and three teenagers and I was asked the ages of my teenagers. We asked for two queen beds and a cot...assured that this was confirmed, I provided my credit card number and booked the room. Imagine my surprise when we opened the door to view one king size bed...what a nightmare...so […] my youngest slept on the floor...three in the bed and one on a cot as we could not be accomodated a room change. i get there in the early afternoon and it was nice and quiet all afternoon but then after i got home from fridays game the noise was non-stop it was always something it was either guests would be using the elevator all night which was right by my room or noisy girls would be yapping at each other in the hallway and at quarter after 2 AM the guy upstairs […] started moving his furniture around so i stepped out grabed a coffee and hoping that when i get back the noise would stop but it didn't later in the night i heard the guys next door hitting the walls so i went downstairs and filed a noise complaint and they transfered me to 1506 and i put family guy on at 4:30 then 5 minutes later i hear this guy says to his woman hear it is 506 and when i opened the door he asks how the hell did you get in here and i told him he needs to march down 10 floors to get to his room and then when i checked out of the hotel i asked them to give me my deposit back and they told me it takes 5 to 7 business days thats a load of crap i'm going on another trip next month and i need my room now but on 1 side the staff were very profesional and friendly so for future guests don't blame the staff on your bad stay blame the guests who insted of sleeping spend all night in the halls or in the elevator. Parking was outragiously expensive after paying for the hotel stay itself. Bathtub outdated. Keys didn't work so we spent 20 min. sitting in the hallway waiting for someone to come up and let us into our room...sure enough they had to give us a new set of keys, this after the girl at the desk insisted the orig. keys were programmed correctly. Buffet […] breakfast was wonderful and convenience to the ballpark was good, too. The room was was too warm even after turning down temp to about 59. It certainly wasn't 59...more like 79. Lees meer

I booked and paid for a room with two double beds but InterContinental in Toronto did not have such a room when I checked in. They offered to have the room upgraded to a room with a king size bed when what I needed was two beds. They promised to deliver a pullout single bed to make it up. After phoning twice to the desk and giving up on the promise, […] an attendant finally knocked on the door and woke me up to deliver the single bed. Five minutes later, another attendant woke me up again to deliver another single bed. I was going there with the confidence that I had a room with two double beds. The hotel was conveniently located for my purpose. I was able to leave my vehicle parked and get around quite well on foot. Lots of great places to eat and see within walking distance. Hotel looks quite luxurious until you leave the elevator and end up on a floor with dated carpets and dated walls. Furnishings in rooms were also dated and in need of […] replacement. Hotel was great. Stayed for 4 nights with the family and the staff were excellent. The location was right next to the CN Tower and the subway was 5 minute walk. Great hotel and fantastic staff

Everyone at the hotel was super nice. When we needed extra pillows, they brought them up right away. Very convenient location.We watched a ball game and walked back to the hotel within ten minutes. Lots of restaraunts to eat at within minutes of the front door.

Nice hotel. Super close to the CN tower and about 10 minute walk to the harbor cruise areas. There are other parking garages (about $20) near the hotel that are much cheaper to park in than parking at the hotel ($40).

The InterContinental is a 5 star hotel! The staff was very polite and helpful. The pool area was a nice place to go to relax. The hotel is steps away from the Rogers Centre, Steam Whistle Brewery, Hockey Hall of Fame and more. Great price especially considering you are in downtown Toronto.

my romm was very clean and comfortable. Nice staff. This hotel is close to the Air Canada Center and the Rogers Ski Doom. Plenty of nice resturants. Close to subways and bus servies.

At check-in, three staff at desk but network down. They ask me to sit until fixed. I see someone checking in but no one told me, network was back up. The three staff are now gone and replaced by one and there is a line-up. And they cant find my loyalty card number. I made complaint which was followed up by manager. The manager says he will get my loyalty […] number sorted out and after I say I don't need anything special, I finally accept the offer of two breakfast vouchers. And that was it, no other word on my loyalty number and no vouchers never showed up. Lees meer

This hotel is attached to the Convention Centre. No problem with the hotel itself, but the parking is an issue. Unless you opt for valet parking, be prepared to park a distance away and even have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs.

Very convenient, nice hotel. Unfortunately the bathrooms are a bit dark (poorly lit) and our room had a faulty heating/cooling unit. A broken fan woke us up so we turned it off at 2am. I'm sure the hotel would have made an attempt to fix it or moved us to a different room, however we did not inform th staff until later that morning when we were checking […] out. Lees meer

The convenience of the location and surrounding neighbourhood was great. The room was very comfortable. The only complaint I have was that there was no condiments for the coffee or tea in the morning.

The service is outstanding, and the place feels classy without being snobby. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and we felt completely taken care of there. The front desk found out it was my wife's birthday, and had a cake set up to the room, free of charge.

The location of the Intercontinental Toronto Centre was great, close to restaurants,shopping, etc.The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very nice and accomodating.Would definitely stay there agian.

This is the second time I have stayed here and both times were great. This hotel offers it all, from good ambiance and very nice rooms to a nice lounge and room service at all hours. There is nothing that I do not like about the hotel. They do charge a lot for parking (40 a night) and for internet, but it's not a deal breaker.

I am a resident of a GTA suburb, I choose to stay at this hotel due to trade show events that required late night and early morning appointments at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (attached to the hotel property). Convenience was key, it was convenient; however, my room was dusty, hot and the bed was uncomfortable and should have been replaced long […] ago. As an interior designer, the hotel "looks lovely", but it is not comfortable and well appointed...strike 1! The bathroom in my room was very, very poorly lit; unacceptable for guests who may or may not choose to apply makeup or shave in the bathroom...strike 2! On a positive note, each of the staff I encountered were friendly and professional in their work which made my short stay more pleasant. The $40.00/24 hr. rate for valet parking is worth every cent while you are a guest and involved with an event at the convention centre. Lees meer

I made reservations 3 months in advance for a room with TWO Double Beds to attend a function at the convention center. When I arrived at 10:30PM to the hotel, I checked in and nothing was said at the desk, but when I got to my room, I found I had a room with ONE QUEEN BED! I called the front desk and was told by the manager that they did not have a […] double bed room available so they "upgraded me to club level queen room". Who cares? I was there for 1 night, leaving the next AM, and all I wanted and had reserved was a two double bed room. They ended up bringing a roll-away, so my niece slept in the bed and I got the roll-away. Unacceptable. Probably will not stay there again since what you reserve is not what you get. Lees meer

Great place to stay but if you have a car they charge $40 per night to park Ouch!!!

Great stay at the hotel for a weekend birthday celebration. Hotel was close to train service and walking distance from many attractions. Excellent service from the concierge. She provided terrific recommendations as well as guest lists/reservations.
