top hotel in nette buurt
"Mission Viejo was een tussenstop maar wel fijn."Beoordeeld door een gast van Hotels.com op 20 apr, 2012
Super hotel. Kleine keten van hotels met veel zorg en aandacht voor de gasten. Mooie locatie en veel comfort en een erg goed ontbijt. Het personeel is vriendelijk en voorkomend en het hotel straalt comfort en klasse uit.

Great quality hotel. The rooms looked good and location is very convenient. Nearby there is a supermarket. Breakfast is divers and fun if you make your own wafel. I would stay here again.

alle hotels in Anaheim bekijken"Add thirty percent for taxes and fees"
Our earliest check-in time was 3pm. They had on-site lockers ($1) and we locked up our stuff and went to Disneyland. We're the types that just use a hotel room to store stuff and sleep, we don't hang out in them - just to put things in perspective. The rooms were ok, nothing special, tv ok, nothing special. The room did look clean. We were in a room […] near the stairs which was in hind-sight a huge mistake on a busy Disneyland weekend (running/yelling kids up and down the stairs). At about 5:30am on Saturday, the trash truck arrived and sounded like it was emptying 50 dumpsters right in front of our room. BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! Creeeeakkk, BAM! BAM! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! Creeeeakkk, BAM! BAM! -- for about 30 minutes. 5:30am? on Saturday? At a hotel? Really??? I got our bill and was surprised to see our bill was 30% higher than the posted rate on Hotels.com due to a resort fee, hotel district fee, parking fee then the taxes on all the fees. C'mon -- when is the hotel industry going to start showing total prices? It leaves a bad taste in my mouth knowing I have to prod EVERY TIME to get the real price information before booking a hotel. All in all, if it weren't for the room location, the early morning dumpster symphony and the fee shafting I would have given this 4-5 stars. Would I come again? Sure --it was good enough. Next time, i'd ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. If it weren't for such a good proximity to Disneyland next time I probably would only look at other hotels. Lees meer
"Good hotel for the cost"
Room had tons of space and was an easy, close walk to the park.

"Dessert Inn and Suites-Close to everything"
I always like staying here when we go to Disneyland because you can just walk across the street, and there is no need for a shuttle. It is not fancy but it has all your basic needs, and an indoor pool with spa. Great and relaxing without freezing your buns off at night. They also offer continental breakfast. I, myself, don't like continental breakfast, […] so we go to the character breakfast at Disneyland. Staff is very friendly and courteous and that why I like staying there. Lees meer

"The Hotel in California directly across Disneyland"
Everything was fine at this hotel the best part was it was directly across the street from Disneyland. My biggest problem was they don't tell you that they will charge your room at check for valet parking even though they don't park your car. You would think you can park your car at the hotel you are staying at for "FREE".
"Beware of additional fees"
The hotel room was fine, although the bed was a little on the stiff side. The continental breakfast was very basic. The best part about this hotel, and the reason we chose it, was its location across from the main gates of Disney/CA. Upon check in, we were charged an additional 4 dollars per night "hotel resort fee", and 8 dollars per night for parking. […] Neither of these fees were listed on this website when we booked. "The Desert Inn & Suites; Good but not great"
The hotel is located right across the street from Disneyland. In fact, it is right by the crosswalk into Disneyland. It is as close as you can get without actually staying at one of the official Disneyland Hotels. The price is good and the rooms are clean. Parking was provided with a daily rate charge. I would stay at the hotel again because of its […] convenience and price. The biggest problems I had with the room was the beds are very hard and the electrical outlets were almost unusable. The bed hurt everyone’s backs as they are likely made hard so they last longer. This is not exactly ideal when you are walking around the park all day and need a good place to rest at night so you can get back to it the next day. Softer mattresses would be great! The other problem was the outlets could not hold a plug. When we plugged anything into the different outlets throughout our room, the plug would fall out of the outlet. With electronics being such a huge part of our lives (cameras, phones, computers) it was very difficult to charge our devices that we needed for our next day at the park. Even the hotel alarm clock came unplugged constantly. The hotel staff was always very nice, the hotel was kept clean and the room service did a thorough job every time they cleaned our room. If the beds were softer and new electrical outlets were installed that could actually hold plugs, I would say the hotel is a great place to stay. Until then, it’s good for the money. If you can find softer beds and better maintenance provided for rooms at a different hotel that is close, stay there. Your back and your electrical devices will thank you! Lees meer
"Nice stay, PROBLEMS=billing, breakfast"
Okay, the beds were comfie enough. The rooms were nice and clean and the hotel is right across from Disneyland. If that is No foul odors or gross hairs to be found, dresser drawers were wiped clean. White sheets, nice and clean . My husband thought that there was too much noise from people traffic, to get good sleep. The downsides: -Internet was aweful, […] could hardly connect. Sprint service was not available either. We stayed in the courtyard area. -Billing: We had discrepancies between what we booked on Hotels.com and what they actually charged. We did eventually get it all straightened out but the time it took to do so, did take away from our family time and vacation and was upsetting/frustrating. Both the Hotels.com & Desert Inn Suites' customer service was professional in handling the situation. -Contintental breakfast: Not worth staying for. This is what they had, and it was depressing to go down to in the morning: `oranges 'danishes `bread (and a toaster) `butter `tea & hot water `coffee (seriously gross, not drinkable & I am not picky) `milk `plain cheerios & corn flakes `apple juice `orange juice Lees meer
Loved staying here. Almost right across the street 2 buildings over from Disneyland entrance. Very clean, Hotel staff helped us with any questions we had. Would stay again.
"Oh my bait and switch hotel..."
Let me tell you this was an interesting event. My group and I went to the 2012 NAMM show. In preparation for this, we rented a 4 bed suite and were going to share the cost accordingly. The bill, according to hotels.com came out to be reasonable to split amongst 4 people that's really reasonable. Now taking separate vehicles wasn't something we could […] really get around however once we got there, we were told it was going to be a parking fee per day, per vehicle. Amongst tax and "resort fees" (this is no resort, I've seen Motel 6's that rival it), our bill came out to almost double. So against popular belief, if you're looking for an inexpensive getaway, avoid this "resort" at all costs. Unless you're not on a budget then have at it. Lees meer
"VERY close but worth an extra block to not stay"
Seriously best location. It's just, these guys know they don't have to do anything to keep business up, so they don't. The room was out of a horror film, the bathroom gave me nightmares. The beds were really hard and the comforters smelled like urine. I'd stay at another hotel down the block, don't pick the closest because they do not have to try too […] hard. Lees meer
"The hotel in Anahein Closes to Disneyland"
I would recommend this hotel especially if you are going to Disneyland and have Children. It is very Close to the entrance to Disneyland and also close to other restraunts. "Its close, thats about it"
We won't stay here again. Terrible parking, and just a crazy amount of extra fees. we stayed up the street a few months ago and the fees were not close to this place. We arrived before most the crowds and were still stuck in the back. Realized, too late, that we were stuck next to the ice machine.
"Desert Inn Anaheim"
Hotel room was spacious, but ameninies like bed were not very comfortable. It was a bit pricey, considering the comfort level. There is valet parking, and parking is not free, but it was never mentioned anywhere when booking the hotel. On top of that they charge additional money for resort fee, but that also is not mentioned at the time of booking. […] We had to pay for one additional day's parking fee for just 2 hours of extra parking. Be careful about the fine prints when booking this hotel. Only plus point is its close proximity to Disneyland. Lees meer
"one night stay"
There is a safe, blow dryer, microwave & mini fridge in the room. My bf and I stayed in a 2 queen bed room. Didnt use any of the appliances but wouldve if I stayed longer. It's super close to disneyland. Didnt get the chance to use the indoor pool&hot tub but it looked clean. Room was clean and comfy too. Bedding was nicer than a regular motel. TV selection […] was fine too. I'd come back here again. Lees meer
Over $100 in total fees for 3 nights. Ridiculous
"Perfect Location and Clean Room"
The hotel gave us Room 136, room was clean, carpet clean and nice shutters. The hotel is next to IHOP and walking distance from Disneyland perfect location after a day of walking. I left my car in their car garage and save the parking at Disney.

The covers of the bed were dirty, but overall the stay was pleasant and we definitely will be back.
"convenient n great price"
right across the street from disneyland and was clean for the most part (the top covers was not clean). location and the indoor pool were the perks.
"Best Location for Disney"
The Desert Inn and Suites is a great hotel for its location to Disney. It's about 5 minutes walking from your room to the Disney gates. It's comfortable and clean and the staff are very friendly. It's conveniently located between Dennys and IHOP, and there is also a Tony Roma's and Quiznos very close. Target is only about a mile away. My only complaint […] would be the breakfast and coffee. The coffee was horrible and the free breakfast very sparse, just toast, danish and some dry cereal. But with plenty of places to eat and get good coffee close by, it wasn't really an issue. I would definitely stay here again when going to Disneyland, especially with young kids. You also get a great view of the Disney fireworks from the rooftop deck. Lees meer

"Location is great!"
Good news: If location is what you're looking for- then stay here! One of the closest hotels to Disneyland! Walked back to the room multiple times with my 2 year old during the day. Comfy beds, nice TV's, microwave and larger size frige in room. Indoor pool and spa! Bad news: Noisy. You can hear everything going on outside. Carpet in our room hadn't […] been vacuumed recently. And the check-in staff could be friendlier. But all in all, I think I would stay here again. Lees meer
Perfect Location!! 5 minute walk to Disneyland! Clean Rooms, and great service.
"Our go-to hotel for any and all disneyland trips!"
my family always stays at this hotel. the people are super friendly, the rates are very reasonable and the location is ideal. the walk to disneyland is closer than if you actually parked AT disneyland! it's just all around convenient and i will always chose this hotel for any future disneyland trips
"Great Location!!!"
You can't beat this location, just a 2 min walk to Disneyland. One night we went and watched the fireworks from the "observation deck" on top of the hotel GREAT view. Parking is $8/day plus tax (about $10/day) and is limited but they will valet when the stalls are full at no additional charge. This was our 6th time going to Disneyland this year and […] we love this hotel. Lees meer
Hotel was close to Disneyland. We had a "suite" (2 adjoining rooms). The beds were a little hard and the pillows were terrible. The continental breakfast was not good. Parking was bad. Staff was friendly. Overall it was ok but I would rather stay at other hotels across the street before here.
"Desert Inn and Suites"
This hotel is the perfect location for anyone traveling to Disneyland, especially with children. Prices were reasonable and the room was comfortable, especially for the price. If you are looking for a hotel with all of the bells and whistles, this one is not for you. But if you are looking for an affordable place to sleep at night, that is within walking […] distance from Disneyland (right across the street), this place is perfect. Lees meer
"Walk to Disneyland!"
This hotel was a nice choice for us since we flew into Orange County and spent two days at Disneyland/CA Adventure, without renting a car. The rooms were clean and nice. Amenities include an indoor pool (nothing fancy), sm gift shop, guest landry facilities and a locker room. The lockers were a nice size that fit two carry on suit cases and two lg handbags. […] The cost was $1 (quarters only). With those lockers, we were able to store our luggage before check in AND after we checked out and returned to the parks. Most importantly, the main entrances to Disneyland & CA Adventure were a short walk, across the street. Walking distance to several restaurants as well. Really nice location for anyone needing to return to the room to rest or change clothes. We especially appreciated the location at the end of the night when our feet were aching from all the walking. "Stay away from this hotel-Location is all they hav"
This hotel was the worst we have been treated in our travels to nearly every continent. They insist you can't get your room until 3:00. With over 100 rooms I can't see how they are all magically clean at three. Then we didn't get the room we paid for. And since they were all given away they couldn't get us in one...wait didn't we all have to wait until […] three? Since we did it on hotels.com, they blamed them for the mix up...and offered us a roll away cot. When I sent my son to get it that night, they tried to charge him extra, even though we got a room that was $30.00 less than what we paid for. Their idea of a family suite, is adjoining rooms, literally. Weekday breakfast is served at 7:30, unheard of. Oh, yea, Disneyland ticket lines open at 7:30, how convenient. And parking, evidently when you sign in. You also sign to pay for parking. I was told if I read the fine print on their personal web page I would have known...ummm... again, I used hotels.com. I had no idea I had to check them coming and going. End of story. They are crooked and not up front about anything they're selling. But they have everything in writing...somewhere. So you're screwed, and they smile while you squirm. The location is wonderful...but so is the location of all the other hotels on the street. Please...Show them...don't use their hotel. Lees meer
"Desert Inn; High end location Low end experience"
We had anticipated having a suite with an adjoining room but were given two standard rooms instead. Our check in time was delayed 3 hours due to the rooms not being ready. Both bathrooms had ants all three days of our stay. The lobby was beautiful and obvious a lot of money had been spent there. Perhaps they would have better spent the money on more […] comfortable beds, new towels, new carpets and air fresheners in the rooms. Next time I will give one of the neighboring hotels my business. "Desert Inn/Suites - Right across from main gate!"
The Desert Inn and Suites has an incredible location - it's right across the street from the main gates for Disneyland. Our room was a little dated, but clean. The noise was very minimal, and typically was only noticeable around 8:15pm when all the families returned from Disneyland (Closing time when we went). The supplied breakfast was basic - toast, […] danish, one fruit, cereal, juice and milk. There were staff attending to the breakfast room, so I never noticed anything run out. There is some provided seating - although we found it filled up very quick and just ate at the tables in the pool area right next to it. The wireless internet is free, however we were disconnected several times. A call to the front desk and we were told that there are only so many people allowed on at a time, so they would routinely reboot the equipment to boot off everyone. It was a little annoying, as there was one entire night we could not connect. However, we were told there was a seperate network in the lobby we could use if we needed. For the price we paid and the location of the resort (in relation to Disneyland) I don't think you can go wrong. Lees meer

"Anaheim Desert Inn- Roomy, Convenient, Affordable"
Disneyland regulars/passholders here so we have had our fair share of hotel experiences! We don't park at Disneyland so we're big on convenience but we still like a nice, spacious room. So the Desert inn & Suites is where i decided to take a chance on for our last trip, mainly because of price and location. Great room, great service, great price! We […] booked the 1.5 bath family suite for Sunday and Monday night. Me, Husby, Mom, & two daughters 8 & 2. Upon check-in we were told that we got an "upgrade" for who knows what reason...instead of the 1.5 bath, they gave us 2 baths, cool. Very convenient & roomy. 4 queens and a pull-out couch, dining & living area and extremely spacious. Perfect if you have little ones who need to toddle about. But the best part about the room was that it was right up front, windows faced the street so we had a fantastic view of the Disneyland fireworks. As for street noise, didn't hear it unless our windows were open. And there's a cool roof-top deck, about 5 floors up, perfect to hang out and sun, or watch the fireworks and have a drink or a smoke. All in all, our stay was delightful and comfortable. I believe it's the 2nd closest hotel to the crosswalk to the Disneyland entrance. It was the cheapest/largest/nicest room out of all the rooms we've stayed in across from the park (Fairfield, Ramada, Camelot-all smaller rooms, higher prices, and farther from the parks entrance compared to Desert inn) The drawbacks- The decor was a bit "dark" as i prefer lighter, cooler colors, but it wasn't hideous. Continental breakfast needs a big improvement (dry danishes, apples, juice, milk, coffee & cereal, that's it!) but better than nothing. Carpet left our socks black (but the room was clean overall). The coffee maker was ridiculous ( i suggest bringing your own coffee, creamer & FILTERS to make it tolerable). The indoor pool & spa was pretty merky but you are allowed to use the Del Sol pools next door, which is what we did (they have two to choose fro Lees meer
"Desert Inn - right across form Disneyland"
This hotel was a good value for our trip to Disneyland. It is one of the closest hotels to the park, and there are also good low-cost restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and well kept, and it was very convenient to us to have a fridge.
"Beware of the bathrooms"
The location is conviently located across from Disneyland and California adventures. Their front desk were courteus, even their maintance people were nice. However our trip was ruined by their horrible plumbing problems. Our toilet was cogged 3 times in the one night stay that we were there for. Maintance had to come everytime, but they refused to leave […] us a plunger so we can try to fix the problem ourselves. Once we had to call in at 4am because the toilet started to overflow all on its own. Horrible bathroom conditions. Lees meer
"Desert Inn Suites - A nice place to stay."
The Desert Inn Suites is just across the road from the Disneyland main entrance. It is easy to walk to and from the hotel. We have been staying there for the past 10 years. They have refurbished their suites recently. They are nice and comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel is well lit.
"Best Price for Location"
We have stayed here many many times. It is clean and is as close as you can be to the park. The indoor pool is always great too.
"Desert Inn and Suites"
The location was great for Disneyland a very short walk to the main gate entrance. The staff was very helpful and took care of our requests. The room was a bit small and the sofa sleeper mattress needs replacing but for 1 night it was okay. We would stay there again as the price was right.
