We lagen aan de voorzijde waar het s'ochtends erg luidruchtig was. Ontbijt was simpel. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers vrij klein wel netjes en schoon.

Onthaal was vriendelijk. Hotelkamer netjes en in goede staat, maar wel krap. Weinig plaats voor valiezen, maar al bij al viel het mee. Ligging heel goed dichtbij metro station Queensway. Makkelijk om van daar met metro alle bezienswaardigheden te bereiken. Aan die metro ook een straat met allemaal restaurantjes. Having stayed at Comfort Inn in the United States, I knew that the hotel was operated on a "minimum" profile---and usually that is okay for us. We think of a hotel room as just a place to sleep and clean up.However--- the room was so small (smaller than the cabin of the cruise ship we just got off!!) the bed was little more than a cot mattress, and […] the sheets were of such low quality, they actually scratched my skin. The pillows were flat pieces of foam, and the carpet was filthy (vacuumed, but threadbare and stained.) The bath had been updated, but was not cleaned--stains around the sink and shower hardware. The bathroom sink is so small, water goes everywhere when washing your face and brushing your teeth---the surround is wood, not tile, and I fear is a host for all kinds of bacteria. It was disturbing. They do provide a hair dryer in the room, and the towels were clean--NO washcloth as usual.The location of the hotel is fantastic---right off Bayswater, across from Hyde Park--there are numerous bus stops and Underground stations (Notting Hill and Bayswater) within a 10 min walk.) The location was the only good thing about this establishment, as well as the politeness of the desk clerks--we dealt with 2 of them and they were very nice. Just off Hyde Park, with a pleasant pub around the corner and with easy access to the Tube. I would stay here again.

Excellent,service and location could not be faulted,ideal for getting around London and shops,restaurants etc a two minute walk away,if there was a downside it would be that it's a little small but apart from that, everything was great,definitely stay again.

Stayed one night and found room to be clean, barhroom was fine too and reception very friendly. I believe I had a discount tariff so will be looking out for it at that price and will stay again

We were very happy with the hotel and enjoy staying in that area.We were in the basement, which was not ideal, but we could have asked to move.We weren't in the room much so we decided as it was only four days we would not worry.Buses close by and two tube stations and you can walk anywhere.

Loved it and will come back. Only issue was the room size was very small. We were 6 traveling together and we were not able to meet up and have a chat in a single room, it was too small. But it was a great hotel to a good price. Very helpful staff and no problems staying with our 4 small kids.

Recently had a 2 night stay here. Very convenient and reasonably priced for the location. Room was very small with barely any horizontal surfaces other than the floor. Bathroom was also very small.

First day the hotel room was not what I requested, but the manager moved me to another room next day. Shane, the manager was excellent. Very polite and ensures the comfort of his guests. Breakfast was really good. Overall, place was kept very clean.

The room was clean tidy, the bathroom was clean the facilities excellent. However, my room was situated behind reception and also backed onto the street so therefore it could be fairly noisy. There was also quite a draught from the large window. The staff a're friendly and the breakfast was more than adequate.

We had a great time!! The staff was very helpful, when our suitcases came late we were offered toothbrushes & past. The room was very clean, had a comfortable bed, a kettle to make coffee & tea and two drinking water bottles that were replenished every day! The TV had lots of channels (Although there wasn't any channel listing). The continental breakfast […] was great: two kinds of breads to make toast, a variety of cereal, orange and apple juice, jams, cheese & butter, coffee, tea and some yogurt. The WIFI worked great - we used Skype on our phones to call home. We had a shower with hot water all of the time (although the mechanism was a little noisy), and the bathroom had a towel heater which was nice. the room was air conditioned - so we could heat the place up whenever we needed. Very good location, we could take the tube or buses anywhere in London. The only downside was the room size - a little small (We took the Standard Queen), there was enough place for hanging the coats, placed the suitcases next to the bed, and the bathroom had a tiny sink. we didn't mind much as we mostly freshened up and slept there. I was very impressed with the price for the location of this hotel. The person who checked me in on reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Three bottles of complimentary water/tea/coffee etc as well as shower gel etc. Breakfast was simple - toast, cereal, croissants fruit etc and inclusive. clean and tidy hotel bedroom and bath room. Considering cost perfect budget hotel for an overnight stay in the capital. One disappointment there was no locked room to leave luggage once checked out - bags were left in the corridors.

The location was excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was done well. I can't be so positive about the hotel itself, however. It seems that the owners do not want to reinvest in this property (i.e. keep up maintenance). The first room we were in didn't have a WiFi signal and smelled moldy. Quiet, clean and a great location. The breakfast was great and was included in the price which really helped keep costs down for our trip. The double bed seemed a little small, but other than that we would recommend this hotel to anyone. We had minimal dealings with the staff since we had no problems but they were friendly and very polite.

Stayed after company Christmas party. Must say this was a very well kept hotel and by all accounts far better than the ones colleagues were staying at for much the same price. Very close to tube and across the road is the park. Short distance to Oxford street by taxi.

We stayed here in Sept 2012. The hotel was really close to queensway & bayswater tube stops. The rooms were TINY. The room was only as wide as the bed so you couldn't walk along the side of the bed and there was no room for suitcases except for at the foot of the bed so we had to climb over suitcases to get into bed!

We weren't as concerned with amenities as we were with having a "base of operations" with which we were able to easily jump on the tube and explore the city. That said, this hotel was perfect for our needs, and with the cost of eating out in London, having the free continental breakfast each morning was extremely convenient!

Close to local restaurants, grocery, ATMs, Underground stations, Kensington Park. Great neighborhood location. Helpful staff who spoke English. Clean hotel and room, small space but what can you expect for a Triple. Clean and modern bathroom.

Just what I expected from other comments: unbeatable location, excellent service, and overall a great price for the deal. Included internet worked surprisingly well. On the down side, rooms are very small. Linen smelled a bit. Included breakfast is very basic, don't expect a big english breakfast.

We used this hotel for a one night trip to London, the staff were very helpful .When we arrived early the staff said we could leave our bag and go out for the day and they would place it in the room for when we returned which they did as promised. Great location, steps away from Hyde Park and Queensway and Bayswater Tube Station. However, WIFI barely worked on the 3rd floor, you had to stand near the room door to get consistent connection. Exactly what we needed. myself husband and 6 yr old daughter came to london to do the tourist places and this was just brilliant. ok there was no view from the room but we didnt come to sit in the hotel. myself and my husband took our 6 year old grand-daughter on a sight-seeing trip to london as she has never been before. we stayed 3 nights the room we were allocated (304) was in need of a good lick of paint and very cramped for 2 adults and a child. small hanging space for some clothes and NO drawer space so we had to leave our clothes in the suitcase. […] bathroom also very small but clean. breakfast was ok, same things each morning only white bread and full fat milk. both the milk and the orange juice were at room temperature... so actually tasted warm. on the plus side perfect location to tube and bus routes to get across london. lots of shops and places to eat less than 5 minutes away. cannot fault the staff.. all were very friendly, hard working and helpful. aircon was very welcome as the room got very hot, beds were comfy and clean! Very small room but great location. The room had enough rooom for the bed but that was it and the bathroom was clean and fully equipped but tiny. The staff at the desk were helpful and the hotel was clean and neat.

Some hotels in Bayswater seem to cram the rooms in: I would imagine my room had once been part of a large roon, now divided in to at least 3 bedrooms! The hotel was clean, though wasn't sure about the pest control box which was "discreetly" placed under the bed!. The room we stayed in was classed as a double but quite honestly it should be marketed as a single as it was incredably small for two people. So it was OK for the one night we stayed but any longer it would not have been good. Still it was nice and clean if not a little run down and in need of a coat of pint.

First of all the hotel is in a fantastic location. Just a few second from Hyde Park and a 1 minute walk to Queensway tube station which is on the Central line and only a couple of stops from Bond Street. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. They had no problem with us arriving early and leaving our bags at the hotel whilst we went shopping for […] the day. When we came back later that day our bag had been taken up to our room. A small hotel with basic facilities, but my room was clean and quiet.
