Bed was VERY hard. Did not get a good night sleep AT ALL. Will not stay here again, unless they get better beds.
The absolute most uncomfortable bed ever made. Exactly like sleeping on a board. Awful.

"Needs Improvment"
This was a last minute booking so we had little choice. The WiFi in the room did not work, rooms smelled musty. Also the hot water ran out if everyone was taking showers. It was tolerable, but not worth the rate. The hotel staff did not try to rectify the WiFi problem and blamed it on my husband's computer even though he could connect in the lobby.

I was really impressed with the look of the room. Everything was clean except for the minor bug problem. There weren't a lot of them but they kept popping up in different places like the bed or the shower during our 2 night stay.
"Nice basic room"
This was only a one night stay but we enjoyed the pool and spa, the continental breakfast and a clean room. Front desk staff was pleasant. Maid service was a bit bothersome. They should have just waited until we checked out at 11 rather than bother us at 9 and 10.

The hotel location is convenient and the room was nice. The customer service was awful, the owner was very rude at the morning breakfast and the hotel would do better by not offering breakfast or having couteous people serve it!

"Good value ;)"
This Inn was located in the middle of "Main Street" St. Ignace. Nice rooms, clean, nice pool. Wireless didn't work in the room but there was an Ethernet cable provided. Wireless did work in the lobby however. For the money, it was a good choice.

the rooms were clean, the staff was nice and helpful. My only gripe is that breakfast is advertised as being available from 7am-10am and I arrived at the breakfast room at 9:50am and everything was already shut down. I travel quite a bit because of my job (although this was a leisure stay) and this seems to be a common practice with hotels, shutting […] down breakfast early. I think if it is advertised until 10am, then nothing should be put away until 10am. So if you want breakfast, you need to get there early because the old man who sets it up is in a real hurry to put it away. Otherwise I was pleased with the hotel. Lees meer
