"Convenient, clean, met our needs"
Very nice staff, clean and comfortable. Building very upkept -- maybe new construction? Regardless, it was a great stay.

"OK but Not Good"
I stopped here for a night in the middle of a 9 hour drive and I was not impressed with the condition or cleanliness of the hotel in general or my room. Then again, for the price I may have been expecting too much.

This room was clean and comfortable, and was used just as a base. The breakfast was okay.
"Great place to sleep for the money"
We needed a place to sleep for the night as we were traveling back to Canada. The room was a bit small for four peole but was great for sleeping,showering, and even came with breakfast. Really can't ask for more for just a nights sleep. Hotel was clean and friendly. Would stay again when traveling back to the States

"An OK Stay..."
Overall, this was an OK stay...breakfast was as expected....beds comfortable....staff helpful. The only real issue was the heating unit. Why can we no longer keep the fan on continuously for a white noise effect? There was even a sign telling you to enjoy the "white noise," yet the desk clerk knew nothing of it. Interesting....

You can stay there with no worry. Relatively cheap hotel. General Sleep Inn standarts exist. Room condition is good enough. Non smoking room available. Breakfast is nice and complimentary. Parking is free. High speed wifi internet available in the rooms and it is free.

"Great nights sleep"
I stayed here while on a cross country roadtrip and it was by far the best hotel along the way. The front desk stay was really friendly with information about downtown and options for dinner. "Pretty Decent Overnight"
No complaints-room smell could be improved-don't know what the odor was, but it could have been eliminated. Would stay here again, well worth it.
"Not so Lovely"
All I can say is that I would not spend the night at this hotel again. I requested a microfridge via the internet as we have two small children that needed their food to remain refrigerated. Once we were settled in our room, I noticed that there was no mircrofridge. My husband went down to the Front Desk to inquire. The front desk person told him that […] we'd have to move to a different room/floor for one of those. He told her that we had requested it and they should have already known PRIOR to us unpacking two small children. She said that we could use the refrigerator in the "kitchen" if we wanted to, however; that is for ANYONE to go into and we felt very uncomfortable with that. Absolutely no help. "delightful"
receptionist was very nice and helpful in recomending a local place to eat. We were very impressed with the accomodations.
There were few amenities (no pool) and the exercise center was closed for repairs. Nothing much in the area (which is ok) but at least provide something to do at the motel. No one was repairing the exercise room. Free breakfast was ok. "Great - Only One Complaint"
The room was great. Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The bed was nice (and huge - I had a king). I had a bit of trouble finding the place (my GPS sucks) but it was very close to quite a few restaurants and stores. The only complaint I have is with the wireless internet. The Sleep inn at Wythville, Va. Was a very good value for the money. A clean room very handy to Rt. 77 friendly staff and a decent complimentary breakfast, Given the opportunity I would stay again.
Clean and convenient. Got a good night s rest. Good stopover heading south or heading back north. Good value. Will stay again.

Very clean, beds & pillows were very comfortable. Much nicer than expected for the price. Nothing worked in fitness room but it was a great stay otherwise. I will definitely stay there again.

The room was small, the bathroom had a sliding door and was more like a powder room. The hallway smelled like smoke, so did our room. Apparently we were next to smoking rooms. The breakfast area was disappointing and selection was minimal to say the least... The room was clean, so was the hotel. Maybe I'm just picky.

"Sleep Inn a great value"
We only needed a place to sleep while traveling down south for a brief, one night stay and it was very comfortable and clean. The beds were great for a inexpensive motel and the free continental breakfast was nice extra. I would recommend getting a top floor because the floors/ceiling creaked a bit and we had noisy neighbors with kids running and jumping […] above us. A nice hotel. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. Our room only had a stand up shower, so if you have kids and need a tub, be sure to inquire about that. They had a continental breakfast, but the options were minimal.

I have been to Sleep Inns before and have always been pleased. It was a little tricky getting to it as it was dark and raining when we arrived so visibility was a little compromised. Beds were comfortable. Decent continental breakfast. Was a pleasant stay and would stay there again.

We trave to Myrtle Beach several times a year and stop each time and stay overnight in Wytheville Virginia the half way point of our trip. We have stayed in 6 different hotels in the area and on our most recent return trip we stayed in the Sleep Inn. We made the most excellent choice and for now on, on future trips we will book Sleep Inn. Hotel staff […] were very frindly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and accomodating, beds very comfortable and the continental breakfast was simple but very fresh and good. The only complaint was the toaster took a little too long! "hotels.com overall rating was accurate"
your website had this property rated as "two star" out of 5. this was accurate, so any shortfalls in service/quality were (or should be) expected. overall, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. the shower pressure was bad, the furnishing not very modern, the fitness center had outdated equipment and the breakfast was not great.

The front desk woman, who wouldn't by the way give me her name, was EXTREMELY RUDE! I have been in the customer service industry for many years and can not believe the lack of willingness to help a guest at your hotel! We wound up staying at another Sleep Inn, where the woman at the desk was nicer, but the hotel was DISGUSTING!
