Een gezellig hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijtbuffet is prima. Het hotel is dichtbij het vliegveld en in de omgeving zijn verschillende shopping malls. Wij moesten in het convention centrum zijn en dat was met de auto ongeveer 10 min van het hotel vandaan. Op het terrein van het hotel is een eetgelegenheid en aan de overkant van de weg is een supermarkt.

Ligging.
Sleep Inn At Carowinds bevindt zich in Fort Mill, dicht bij Carowinds. Bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving zijn onder andere Knights Stadium en Carolina Place Mall.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Sleep Inn At Carowinds heeft een buitenzwembad en een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad. Draadloos internet is gratis beschikbaar in openbare ruimtes. Evenementfaciliteiten zijn vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen en een zaal voor feesten/partijen. Gasten krijgen gratis ontbijt. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere koffie in de lobby, een kluis aan de receptie en een lift. Gasten kunnen gratis parkeren.
Hotelkamers.
Sleep Inn At Carowinds heeft 80 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker en een föhn. Gasten hebben een gratis draadloze internetverbinding op de kamer. Elke televisie heeft premium satellietzenders.

"The sleep in at carowinds south Carolina."
I would definately recommend this hotel. My family and I stayed for one night on our way to Florida and loved it. The beds were extremely comfortable and the manager was very friendly. I would not hesitate tO stay again if I need to.
"Do Not Stay Here!"
Manager was rude when we checked in. Asked me how I got reservation because he had blocked hotels.com. then told me he didn't hv room type we wanted. At that point I was just thankful to even have a room. Then to top it off.. Next morning I woke up w horrible allergic reaction (rash) not sure if it was bed bugs or what. "Convinient, comfortable and well priced"
We simply wanted to find an acceptable and inexpensive place to stay on our way down to Florida, and this seemed to fit the bill. Beds were surprisingly comfortable, much better than where we spent our vacation! And it's right on I-77. Decor is basic but room was clean. "good location"
This is a clean convenient hotel. The breakfast is simple and ends a little early at 9am. Rooms were clean. There is a Crackerbarrel across the street.
Hotel had a strange smell. The smell that you get when you try to cover up smoke. Breakfast was very spase. Hotels.com got the rating right, 2 stars

It was very cinvient for visiting Carowinds Theme Park. The hotel was clean the staff was friendly. Across the street from the hotel is a small (Spanish) mall with a food court. The Asian and Spanish food was very good for the price. Yea, the Sleep Inn @ Carowinds gets our approval for an economical weekend for visiting Carowinds Theme Park.

"Nice hotel for the price"
I was staying here over the weekend because I was in town for a club event and I found this hotel to be great for the price I paid. In the future I would even let my children stay here with me because it is in a nice location and it is clean. Carrowins amusement park is within walking distance from the hotel which offers a lot to do. The front desk […] associate was very pleasant when I checked in and the maids cleaned my room very good when I was gone. Also, within walking distance is Davey Jones fireworks which has an awesome selection and great prices on fireworks if you are interested in taking some home with you. "Too hot"
The air condotioner was broken, and made a horrible noise all night.

Booked 7 rooms for church group going to Carowinds. Directly across from Carowinds entrance. Staff was extremely pleasant, the kids loved the breakfast and pool. Great value for the money.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! My girls loved the pool, too. The room was very clean and smelled fresh,however, it needed work. We could not get much hot water because the center of the shower knob was broken and wouldn't turn, the shower door would not close, and the light over one of the beds was out. It seemed that they were not prepared […] for a morning crowed at breakfast -no milk and no waffle batter the day I actually wanted breakfast. On the up side when asking for direction/recommendation for a dinner place at least one of the desk attendents new what she was talking about. Lees meer
"Great Location!!!"
Booked 7 rooms at Sleep Inn Carowinds for a stay before church trip for our youth to Carowinds. We were treated like royalty.l I swear the manager must work 24/7. Every time we were out he was there to see if we needed anything. Kids are hoping this will become an annual trip and if so this is the ONLY place we will stay.
