We kwamen voor de middan aan en konden meteen inchecken. Kamers zijn ruim met lounche gedeelte. Als ik een nadeel zou moeten noemen dan is de badkamer klein in vergelijking met de rest van de kamer. De airco is ook iets wat lawaaierig, wij hebben hem niet nodig gehad dus uitgeschakeld. Naast het hotel zit een uitstekend restaurant J. Alexander. Kost […] een beetje maar dan heb je ook wat!. Het is er erg druk dus je hebt kans dat je moet wachten voordat je en tafel hebt. Maar het is zeker de moeite waard. Het hotel ligt 15 minuten van Fort Lauderdale af en 10 minuten van Sawgrass Mills kortom genoeg te doen en For Lauderdale is leuk om te bezoeken. Lees meer

Prima hotel, wij verbleven hier maar 1 nacht. +/- 10 minuten van Sawrgass Mill en +/- 25 minuten van het Fort Lauderdale International Airport. Pijs/kwaliteit verhouding was prima, goed maar niet al te uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Goede bedden, schone kamer.

Heel netjes verzorg met een zeer goed ontbijt. 1 groot minpunt was de geur op de kamer net zweetsokken geur. Ben onmiddellijk geurvreter gaan kopen maar dit hielp niet veel. Spijtig dit is het enige minpunt.

I am a travel agent and have been lucky to stay in some of the finer hotels during my 30 year career. I chose this Hyatt Place initially out of the fact that I had earned a free room stay at one of Hyatt's mid-range hotel groups, i.e. Hyatt Place and also because of the fact that you have the Hyatt Heavenly Beds. People...don't settle for anything less! […] They truly are heavenly. Location was a little out of the way from tourist area but a lovely, new, impeccably clean hotel was my reward. Stayed in the Hyatt Delray 4/29-5/4 was so pleased with the accomodations. The one in Plantation is deffinately not up to par, older rooms,small bathrooms, and no satellite tv.

Stay was great. The hotel really is in good condition. The rooms were comfortable, and clean. Except for a distinct humid smell which would not leave, dont know if it was because of the carpet. Either way, the breakfast here was amazing and it was less than 2 minutes from wedding location. Would recommend.

Staff was courteous and hotel generally was clean; my first room and room change had a loud odor but by the 3rd try it was ok. Wireless was non-existent in the room; they gave me 2 different reasons as to why it was not working and promised to have issue resolved. This was never done and was quite disappointed as they pitch themselves as a business […] hotel; While waiting for assistance at front desk I overheard another guest complaining about no wireless service and heard them repeat the same lame excuse they gave me on my first day. My stay was a refreshing experience from the many hotels I stay in with my travels. Especially for the rate. It was definitely a 5 star experience from room comfort to cleaniless, convenience with excellent service across all levels of the staff.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay of 2 days and 2 nights very much. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Everything and everyone was awsome. We will stay there again on our next trip and will recommend our friends and family to stay there, too.

Front desk, was cheerful, and very helpful! Breakfast was great, very healthy choices, YAY! Wine Bar, was limited, but good! And the lite lunches were perfect!

Suite style room very comfy, friendly helpful staff, an excellent buffet breakfast included in price. Hotel was mainly used by business people so very quite. Safe walking distance to a few local places to eat & Sawgrass Mills is about 15 min drive away.

hotel was nice only thing is when you have room with 2 beds th ey are full size not queen like most motels beds were small or 2 people...other then that it was a awesome place..

staff were amazing and catered to their guests. general manager sean was great as was annette. the breakfast is an added bonus with hot and cold options. only negative was that the room smelled pretty bad

Annette checked us into the hotel she was very friendly and efficient.. The hotel was located in a nice quiet location close to shopping centres, restaurants and attractions. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. A very good breakfast was included. The hotel is very well located. The service is wonderful, the staff are very helpul and kind. The rooms need some renovation, but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The first room I got had a noisy air conditioner, but I asked for a new room and they moved me to another room which was in better condition and the air contioner did […] not have any noise. The hotel was full when we stayed and therefore tested the staff and facilities. The staff were really impressive and trying their very best - it showed and we appreciated it. The breakfast area could be very crowded at times and perhaps, a bit of staff involvement in seating would have made it smoother. . Access is a bit challenging and made worse […] by construction. More signage would help - you could see the hotel but had to figure out the maze of the parking lots that were not always connected. Grounds are lush and pretty. Noise in the halls was from rude young adult guests - they would stand by the elevator (outside our room) and shout to their friends at the other end of hallways. It didn't last long and could have been worse. Overall, it was a nice hotel, good breakfast, attentive staff and felt very safe. Lees meer
