Vlakbij Times Square, beter kan niet. Ideaal hotel ook met kinderen. Kamers zijn prima, geen geluidsoverlast van straatverkeer. Behulpzaam personeel. Echt een aanrader.

Dit hotel is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Dichtbij de PATH trein naar NYC. Ontbijt en kamer waren prima!

Mijn dochter (10 jaar) en ik hebben eind april een week in Cassa Hotel and Residences gelogeerd. Dit naar volle tevredenheid! Het hotel ligt op ca. 4 minuten loopafstand van Times Square, de kamer was niet groot, maar prima voor ons verblijf. Er werd keurig schoongemaakt en al het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Men is momenteel bezig met enkele verbouwingen aan het hotel (waar wij overigens totaal geen last van hadden!) die het hotel mijns inziens alleen nog maar mooier en completer in dienstverlening zullen maken. Wij hopen volgend jaar week een week in Cassa Hotel and Residences te mogen verblijven en raden iedereen die een goed hotel zoekt in New York dit hotel van harte aan.
Ligging.
Hyatt Place Seacaucus/Meadowlands bevindt zich in de buitenwijken van Secaucus, dicht bij Harmon Cove Outlet Center, Openbare bibliotheek Weehawken en Medisch centrum Meadowsland. In de ruime omgeving liggen ook Izod Center en MetLife Stadium.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Dit hotel voor zaken biedt diverse eetgelegenheden, zoals een koffiebar/café en een bar/lounge. Gasten krijgen gratis ontbijt. In openbare ruimtes is een gratis snelle internetverbinding (draadloos en via kabel) beschikbaar. Dit hotel met 3 sterren beschikt over zakelijke voorzieningen waaronder vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen en audiovisuele apparatuur. Het personeel kan op verzoek een conciërgeservice, een cateringdienst voor evenementen en zakelijke diensten regelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een fitnessvoorziening die altijd open is, gratis kranten in de lobby en een stomerij-/wasserijservice. Gasten kunnen gratis gebruikmaken van een lokale shuttlebus binnen een radius van 3 mi. Gasten kunnen gratis parkeren. Dit is een rookvrije accommodatie.
Hotelkamers.
Hyatt Place Seacaucus/Meadowlands heeft 159 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van MP3-dockingstations en een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker. Alle bedden hebben designer beddengoed, driedubbele lakens en een donsdeken. Gasten hebben gratis (draadloos) breedband internet op de kamer. Elke kamer heeft een flatscreen televisie met premiumkanalen via kabel/satelliet, een videogameconsole en betaalfilms. Elke kamer beschikt over een bureau, een gratis weekkrant en een telefoon met directe buitenlijn met voicemail. Elke badkamer is voorzien van een bad/douchecombinatie, designer toiletartikelen en een föhn.
Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een strijkplank/strijkijzer en openslaande ramen. Bovendien kun je op verzoek gebruikmaken van voorzieningen zoals extra handdoeken/beddengoed en een telefonische wekdienst. Een huishoudservice is dagelijks beschikbaar. Op de kamers van Hyatt Place Seacaucus/Meadowlands mag niet worden gerookt.

"Mooie uitvalsbasis net buiten het centrum"
Het hotel is een mooie uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Manhattan. Het ligt in een rustige buurt en met de bus ben je snel en comfortabel in het centrum. Dat kost je ongeveer 20 minuten en $ 8,-. "Hyatt Place Secaucus, uitstekende uitvalsbasis"
De eerste keer is ons uitstekend bevallen in Secaucus, dus besloten om weer hier een hotel te reserveren. Nu in een ander hotel, 100 m verder (de vorige keer verbleven we in de Embassy suites) Er is niets op aan te merken op de Hyatt Place. Kamers zijn heel ruim en mooi ingericht en er is een "scheiding" gemaakt tussen woon en slaapgedeelte. Wij waren […] met zn drieen. 2 queensize bedden en een bank in L-vorm die uitklapbaar is en die ik nog lekkerder vond slapen dan de queensize, maar dat ter zijde. Je hebt verder een bureau met stoel, een aanrechtje met koffieapparaat en wasbak. Badkamer is wat klein, maar daar zit alleen de badkuip en wc, wastafel is in dezelfde ruimte als het "slaapgedeelte". Kamer heeft ook een kluis met sleutel. Heel groot 42" inch lcd scherm die kantelbaar is zodat je zowel vanaf de bank als de bedden kan kijken. Deze slaap -en woongedeelte is door een soort half muurtje in japanse stijl gescheiden. Verder kan je nog van alles en nog wat aansluiten aan de entertainment paneel die in verbinding staat met de tv. Kamers worden altijd heel netjes opgeruimd. Ik raad wel aan om niet een kamer direct bij de lift te nemen, want hoe makkelijk het ook is, als je op de uitklapbank slaapt, hoor je s' nachts altijd mensen die bij de lift wachten en praten. Meteen voor hotel stopt een bus die naar NY rijdt. Er is een nieuwe bios gebouwd sinds de laatste keer dat we er waren en er is free refill op alles, wat wil je nog meer. Eetgelegenheden zat, Walmart die 24h open is om de hoek. Ik weet wel waar ik de volgende keer ga verblijven als ik naar NY ga. Secaucus see U next time! Lees meer

Hele vriendelijke staff, gemoedelijk hotel, bus voor de deur. Ruime schone kamers met uitstekende bedden. Eenvoudig ontbijt met de mogelijkheid tegen betaling iets warms te bestellen. Rustige omgeving met genoeg mogelijkheden om te eten.

"Perfect for NYC travel"
I have stayed at many of the hotels in Secaucus Meadowlands and Hyatt is by far my favorite. The rooms are large and comfortable, they offer complimentary wifi and HBO and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I love that you can grab the 320 bus right outside of the hotel and quickly get into the city but then come back to a space that is […] a little less hectic to get some rest. "A gem in Jersey."
Stayed here prior to cruise departure in Manhattan. The price was excellent, the hotel and staff were top notch and the free breakfast was a nice touch. Would stay here again.

Good place to stayed, the only thing I am not aggree with breakfast area. I came to breakfast during big group over 50 of students seating all over the dinning area which suppost to have them sit in side the private room and have there all breakfast. Nice staffs and clean hotel.

Clean, inviting and within walking distance of everything. Shopping, resturaunts, and transit bus all very close. Breakfast that was offered very nice and provided ample food. Perfect place to stay if your visiting both New Jersey or New York.

If you want to know how it is to sleep beneath a roller coaster, consider staying at this hotel in a room near the elevator, I could not sleep because the noise of the elevator. If you are tired find another hotel. Next day I tried to speak with the manager but he wasn't there.

The hotel was very clean and Always smelled so good in the lobby. The rooms were just as pictured and access to NY was pretty easy. The front desk staff was great and attentive! We will be back.
Excellent location for anyone lokking to go to NYC. The bus picks you up right outside of the hotel and its cheap. Great rooms but do not get one near the elevator. It was very noisy and I couldn't sleep. If not for the elevator noise I would have given a perfect rating.

This is a good quality hotel in New Jersey next to the exhibition hall. If you are visiting NYC then there is a bus 320, that stops right outside every 15 mins. It takes you right to 42nd street in just 15 mins and is under $8 rtn. Could do with more and milk in the room along with a kettle rather than a coffee machine.

It was very close to ny. Their shudlle took us to the rail line that took us to the statue of libery ferry. The bus from the port authority took us to the door of the hyatt. Next day took the bus right back to nyc. The staff was very helpful. We rented a movie and it kept losing singal so they removed it from our bill. The room was amazing! Very clean […] and tons of room for my family of 5. 2 full sized beds plus a sleeper sofa. Next time I go back to nyc I will be staying there again! The made to order food was good too. My motor coach company uses this hotel for our drivers whenever we have groups that travel to the New York city area. The parking for the coaches is great and the hotel is very nice. Close to restaurants and shopping. The express bus to NYC stops right outside the hotel. Clean, quiet, free parking, great staff. Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. Cheaper and more convenient than staying in Manhattan. I will stay here whenever I go to NYC.

What a wonderful hotel and the staff, they couldnt do enough to help us. The hotel shuttle bus was great for getting around the surrounding shops, walmart and Union city bus stop for Jersey Gardens.

We went to NYC for a long weekend (stayed Thursday night through Sunday.) We opted to stay in NJ because the rates on Time Square or really anywhere in The City were so high and were very happy with our decision. We had a huge amount of space in our rooms, king size beds and continental breakfast each morning. The NJ Transit 320 bus makes a stop right […] outside the hotel lobby and takes you into The City in about 15 minutes (if there is no traffic.) It did take closer to 45 minutes at times. We enjoyed the fact that if you go by car to visit NYC but you don't want to drive in the city, you can leave your car at this hotel for no extra charge. Plus you can take the bus to NYC very close to the hotel, and it brings you to NY 42th st/8th av in 15 min (you have to pay for the bus, but not very expensive). So the situation is very good. "Clean, great access to NYC"
Great place to base a trip to NYC when you need to have some elbow room. The bus stop couldn't be more convenient. It's bus #320, across the street to NYC, and leaves fom gate #231 on the return from Port Authority. Less than $25 round trip for 4 people. The room was clean & comfortable, and there are restaurants within easy walking distance.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very nice and the room was clean. The beds we extremely comfortable. Even getting to New York City was a piece of cake (about 15-20 minutes on the 320). Good pick and I'd highly recommend it to others.

Very convienently located. Great staff that help us navigate traveling into NYC using public transportation. The continental breakfast was perfect for us. Our room was next to an elevator so our room was not very quiet although the noise was not bad enough to keep us awake.

"Convenient, affordable location for a NYC trip"
The Hyatt was a perfect location for getting in and out of New York City quickly. The hotel staff were very helpful in giving us suggestions and directions for our trip into the city. It was helpful to be able to eat a nice breakfast before heading out for the day. We would stay here again.

Rest there more then a week and it was perfect choise. Hotel service is perfect, rooms are confortable, clean,bad should be harder but in general ok. I would definitelly recomend this hotel to all my friends. Hotels shuttle bus will take everywhere within 2 miles, perfect to go Secacus Junction train station to avoid morning rush...

The front desk staff is very friendly. Location of the hotel is perfect, bus stop is just outside the back door. Restaurants and shopping center are surrounded. Room is spacious, the fan in the bathroom is so loud, the carpet smell bad.

Great hotel with friendly staff and convenient transport to NYC. Very nice clean location near restaurants, ATM, Starbucks. The free parking and internet were great. Some minor items. The carpets were not quite clean in the rooms and found the bathroom was small. The A/C was loud and you could hear some trucks outside on our side.

We are a family of 5 people so hotels in New York were not possible unless we booked 2 rooms per night which cost too much. This hotel has a bus that stops right in front and takes you too New York downtown every day/every 15 mins so that was Great. It cost extra, for our 5 people $40 return each day.
