Comfort Inn Brantford in Brantford

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant, a bit noisy before ten, but was fairly quiet after that. It was nice and clean, with in room coffee(which was great) I would stay there again.

the stay was ok the surounding area out back is a little shadey no king size beds which is a big disappointment meals are very expensive in your restraunt no discounts for over night people

The hotel was conveniently located to HWY 403. Only reasonably priced pet friendly hotel in the area. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. The hotel has an attached cafe with extended breakfast hours. Only a 5 minute drive down the street to a Walmart and other shopping. Good amount of free parking around the hotel. While the room was clean […] the bed was hard as a rock and uncomfortable to sleep on and due to the age of the hotel the heater didn't work properly and we didn't have much heat over our stay there. At first, it took a few minutes to check-in, but that was no bother. The room was quiet, clean, and provided everything that I needed for my short stay. The room was affordable and I'd stay there again.

Location was good for shopping and restaurant. My one concern is your ad always specify best rooms at best prices. Not so, we had an upper room which was noisy as you could hear the exit doors slams and hear people voices in next room. I could have gotten better room through phoning personally Comfort Inn.

I was very surprised at the $50 security fee. They already had our visa number. We were told at checkout time that it would 7 days before the $50 fee would be credited to our card. At 200+ rooms the owner of this motel has a huge pile of interest free money. Was quite upset over this. We will not return.

Room was clean, quiet, comfortable and overall excellent. Nice amount of features such as free moisturiser, ice box, WiFi, and coffee/tea. Would have been nice if the room had a refridgerator.

THE HOTEL ENTRANCE WAS COVERED IN MUD, ALL THE WAY UP THE STAIRS AND DOWN THE HALL WAY. OUR BATH TUB WAS DIRTY. THE BATHROOM DOOR DID NOT SHUT. THEY SUPPLIED COFFEE BUT NOTHING TO PUT IN THE COFFEE. WE WERE WOKEN EARLY WITH A LOT OF NOISE IN THE HALLWAY AND DIDN'T GET MUCH SLEEP. NOT INTERESTED IN GOING BACK

I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was fine. It's not luxurious obviously, but it is plenty comfortable for a few days stay. There was a good television in the room as well as a spacious desk where you can get some work done if you wish. The bed itself was comfortable (Queen size) and the sheets were all clean. The washroom was also well-kept, […] with the exception that the floor was cold. The heating in the room worked sporadically but overall, it did heat up the room. I would recommend that the heating panel be fixed so that it consistently works. Overall, the hotel itself is quite pleasant and the room (non-smoking) did not smell. This was good. There's also a couch in the room and carpeted floor which was an additional benefit. The great thing about the hotel is that it is connected to Symposium Cafe which is a nice restaurant for breakfast. They also serve lunch and dinner, as well as various drinks, desserts, etc. If you're looking for a place to eat in Brantford while staying at the Comfort Inn, I would definitely recommend this place. It's so close that you really don't have to go very far for a good meal. I cannot speak of the other rooms in the hotel but the non-smoking one that I stayed at was completely fine and pleasant. Again, everything was clean and good. The only thing that I would suggest be fixed is the heating. All in all, comfortable little place. Lees meer

Comfort Inns have been our hotel of choice, but after staying at 3 different locations, that is no longer rue. I am disappointed at the downturn in cleanliness and condition of the beds and rooms. Come on folks, buy some new bedding and get your act together!

All staff were helpfull when I needed extra towels and a playpen. I would stay there again on my next visit.

Fine hotel for the price. Bathrooms are outdated and "worn" but the beds were really comfortable. Front desk staff was very accommodating but.........we had to sign a special notice regarding behavior of sports teams using the hotel and we had parents in our group that said they were kept up on the first floor until after 4AM with kids running and partying […] in the halls. Would have been all 5's( very satisfied) but there was construction to city roads in area (NO fault of motel!!!!!) so a little hard to find road into easily--busy road in area-mostly because of fast food restaurants(convenient for food and shopping) Would stay anytime!

pleasant, helpful desk staff. clean room. all requests were quickly attended to. everything mechanical was in good repair. Exactly the kind of experience that I expect from a motel: nothing fancy, but all needs were met.
