Prima plek om te verblijven voor eerste nacht na aankomst per vliegtuig, bij langer verblijf wordt je niet vrolijk van omgeving (verlopen industrieterrein) en sfeer hotel (beetje verlopen en somber)

Hotel ligt vlak bij het vliegveld en naast een skytrain, dus veel herrie, zoals verwacht, want daarop hadden we het uitgezocht. Er is een zeer regelmatige shuttledienst naar het vliegveld. Het verwarmde buitenzwembad is mooi en schoon, de fitness ruimte erg ruim maar de helft van de apparaten was stuk. De kamerinrichting maakte een versleten indruk, […] de airco en de matrassen waren wel nieuw. De kamers waren erg gehorig. Je kon het erg goed horen als de buren vroeg gingen douchen. De omliggende buurt is erg industrieel en wordt momenteel volgens de vele borden 'heringericht' wat ook wel nodig is. In de buurt zijn wel een aantal winkels/supermarkten maar deze zijn volledig op de vele Chinese/aziatische inwoners van Richmond gericht. Moeilijk om er Westers eten te krijgen. Lees meer

free shuttle was very convenient. Free breakfast was great. Our room was clean and quiet. A close walk to the metro for those who have enough time to visit other parts of Vancouver (we choose to go to Queen Elizabeth park). We will stay here again

We are a family of five, and we stayed overnight of necessity on a stopover from our home in northern Canada while en route to a sun destination. The hotel offers basic, clean, comfort, with free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Free, crummy gas station quality coffee is available in the lobby. There is a liquor store adjacent to the hotel; we did not go in there, so I cannot comment on its value. There is one restaurant across the road, a nice American Italian style eatery. The neighbourhood itself is just a dirty collection of roads and overpasses, so there is no reason to stay here apart from quick, free access to Vancouver International Airport. Lees meer

have stayed here in the past and it is convenient, clean, well appointed. The convenience of being close to the airport for early flights and free shuttle make it the place to stay. We found the lobby extremely cold in temperature. There is free breakfast included but does not start till 6:30 so will not work for early flights.

this is our second stay at this hotel, the shuttle driver was kind enough to drive us down the street to the gas station so we could buy some cold beer!! We will stay here again

Great location for a quick stay (if coming to/from the airport) and breakfast was more then we expected...lots of hot choices and everyone found something they liked. The hotel is dated and certainly not luxury, but fine for our family's one night needs.

Upon entrance of the hotel it looked like a run down dive. We entered the premises to check in and it smelled musty and old. It needed to be aired out. The hallway to the room smelled awful. We opened the door and it was dreadful! The phone did not work - we ordered pizza from the hotel lobby. The guy on the front desk said he would get it fixed but […] never did. Glad we only stayed one night. My husband and my four boys and I slept with our clothes on and didn't take a shower in the morning - we laid on top of the bed clothes and fell asleep around 1:00 in the morning and up again at 6:00 am to leave. We had breakfast - the eggs were pretty wet but aren't all hotel eggs! the sausage was not cooked thoroughly - coffee and toast were good! Do not have the coffee from the lobby it tasted like it was there 3 days. We asked the morning staff how far it was to Budget as we rented a vehicle - he said 20 minute walk so we went outside to catch a cab and the driver said he could take us but it was like a 5 minute walk . The hotel is very convenient to the airport. But it is looking a little tired, the carpets need to be replaced and the room had a musty smell. The shuttle was great and so was the breakfast.

we were very pleased with the room and the hotel. For the price, it was great. The room seemed small but it was adequate, the free breakfast was good, and the front desk staff were helpfull.

This is good, basic accommodation for leisure or business travelers wanting a budget-priced hotel close to the airport, with free and quick shuttle service. Good complementary breakfast as well. Beds are comfortable and rooms large enough.

Awesome breakfast layout. Cereal, fruit, make your own waffles (easy and hot and fresh), toast, muffins, coffee, tea, juices, milk. Not just pastries and coffee. Open 6:30-9:30 and we went just after 8 am and there was plenty and it was filled again to make sure everyone would have the same options.

Haven't stayed at the Comfort Inn for quite a number of years. Needed a place to stay near the airport and the price was right, so booked a room for my wife and myself. The breakfasts included with your stay are wonderful, but the hotel is quite run down and smells musty. My husband and I stayed at The Comfort Inn shorty on our way home from Mexico while waiting to catch our connecting flight. It's great for what you pay. While it is pretty old, the rooms are very clean. They have a free shuttle going to and from the airport that starts at 3:45 am and goes until 12:30 am the next day and free breakfast that is actually […] good. The room was ready as soon as we arrived at the hotel. This was a relief as we had just taken the red eye to Vancouver. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, close to Vancouver Airport with a free shuttle service. The rooms were clean and totally acceptable for an overnight stay. Complimentary buffet breakfast was a nice touch and the staff was friendly and helpful.

As an overnight hotel to and from a destination, it was good value and comfortable. The one recommendation would be to have a clock in the lobby and breakfast room. I did miss the airport transport once because my watch had stopped and there was no clock on the lobby floor to check the time and Desk personnel were doing their job with clients.

You pretty much pay for what you get at this hotel. The is free breakfast and shuttle to the airport, so that was why I chose this hotel. Don't expect any outstanding customer service. But all in all you get what you pay for.

Think paying $8.00 a night plus tax is a turn out. I will not stay again because of it because a really pay enough for the room. When booking on-line but it on the cost instead of in the small print.

Halls smelled horrible as well as the room. Lots of cosmetic damage in the room. Baseboard covers laying around. Beds were comfortable though and the breakfast was great!

The staff was great and room was clean. The problem I had was because the air conditioner/heater went on and off all night every minute or so. This made it impossible to sleep. It was a nice hotel but not getting to sleep was disappointing.

I was attending a Christmas function at the River Rock Hotel and Casino and even though I live in the lower mainland of BC I don't driver after drinking and looks for great pricing with conveniences.
