The motel is a good value if you get the price right. The price booked by Motels.com works out cheaper then by Earl on the Frontdesk. Earl is a nice guy and provide you with lots of information. Cleaning is not a hobby. Vacuum-cleaning is not done in more then 4 days. Cleaning the table and the toilette is depending on the mood of the cleaners.

Het hotel heeft schitterende kamers, eigenlijk appartementen met een slaap- en zitkamergedeelte, ook is er een keuken met alle faciliteiten. Mooie zwembaden en rustige omgeving. Dit hotel ligt uit de drukte van Pigeon Forge. Het biedt waar voor het geld

niets bijzonders goed hotel. Ver van downtown Knoxville. Ligt op een soort industiepark. Dicht bij de highway, Hotel wat rumoerig, vooral met een hele basebalclub. Wasgelegenheid op de gang, handig maar daardoor veel rumoer op de gang. Ontbijt gratis de ontbijtruimte te klein voor zo'n groot hotel. Personeel erg behulpzaam.
Ligging.
Comfort Suites Airport bevindt zich heel handig vlak bij de luchthaven in Alcoa. Plaatselijke bezienswaardigheden zijn onder andere Natuurcentrum Ijams.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
De accommodatie beschikt over een een businesscentrum. Gasten krijgen gratis ontbijt. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een binnenzwembad, een wasserij en koffie in de lobby. Parkeren op locatie is gratis.

Comfort Suites Airport heeft 59 kamers met een gratis weekkrant. Elke kamer is voorzien van een snelle internetverbinding. Elke televisie heeft kanalen via de kabel.

"Comfort Inn Suites - Knoxville Airport"
The hotel was reasonably clean. employees were polite & helpful. However, the air in the rooms were stale. One of our rooms .. someone had disconnected the smoke alarm ... we had to ask for batteries. There was a strong odor in room - possibly smoking odor. The refrigerator made a humming noise all night which made it difficult to sleep. The other room […] - refrigerator was totally frosted over & not cold. However, for the short stay it was okay. "close to airport"
I stay at this hotel whenever I have to fly out of McGee -Tyson airport. It is very convenient. The hotel staff is very helpful. If they know that you will have a very early flight, they set up the cold breakfast early so that you don't have to face traveling on a empty stomach. "Great place to stay when flying out of Knoxville."
I stay at this hotel when I am flying out of the Knoxville Airport. The desk staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They always make my stay pleasant. The shuttle service is very convienient and the fly and park program is great.

If you like hard uncomfortable beds then this is the place for you

"Mildew in Room"
Room had mildew on walls and air conditioner and smelt awful. Hotel was well aware because they had a fan in the room running on check in. This room should not have been rented. Breakfast area was closed off in the evening therefore I was confined to the smelly room to do emails.
"Okay for the price"
One one pop machine. It was out out of almost everything. When I kicked the heat on it smelled really bad. Hotel needs some new carpet in places. Everyone was nice, Breakfast was okay and I give it a 4 out of 5. "Good room for money"
Our only complaint was that all the equipment in the work out room was out of order, and very minial at best even if operational. Pool and hot-tub were great, breakfast was good, staff were friendly.
"Great Hotel especially for a short stay."
The location of the hotel is next to the airport. This makes it great for passing through the area. The hotel inside lobby and room was very nice and had a clean look. The receptionist was very friendly and knowlegeable of the area's ammenities. We had 6 people in our party. The room had 2 Queen size beds and a pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress […] was rough to sleep on. My daughter said that the springs felt like they were coming through the mattress. So we gave that a 4 on comfort since most people do not use a sofa bed. There was not much of a surrounding neighborhood. The are was more business than anything else. It was a nice area with everything accessable. We were satisfied with the convience it offered to the restraunts. Lees meer
"Needs improvement"
Although the rooms were nice and acceptable, the rates comparable, the staff accommodating,and the breakfast very adequate, the strong chlorine type odor prevented us from staying the second night that we had reserved. We were given another room on the opposite side away from the swimming pool where the odor was not quite as strong. "Nice stay"
We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Suites Inn. The service was really good and the staff was extremely helpful. The room smelled a bit smoky, but was otherwise very nice. The pool was nice. The breakfast was a bit sparse, but was acceptable.
