Wij hadden een retourvlucht Dallas genomen en zowel na aankomst als vlak voor vertrek zaten we in dit hotel. Fijn zwembad om lekker in af te koelen. Goed ontbijt waar je bv ook wafels kon eten.
Ligging.
Courtyard by Marriott Plano Parkway-Preston Road ligt in Plano - Richardson in Plano, met bezienswaardigheden zoals Universiteit van Texas in Dallas, Cavanaugh luchtvaartmuseum en Addison Circle Park in de buurt. Bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving zijn onder andere Collin Creek Mall en Dr Pepper Ballpark.

Courtyard by Marriott Plano Parkway-Preston Road heeft een spabad, een fitnesscentrum en een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad. Draadloos internet is gratis beschikbaar in openbare ruimtes. "Centrally located"
Our stay was fine. Had stayed here in the past. Asked for refrigerated, adjoining rooms, and only got adjoining rooms. I'm sure a phone call would have remedied the situation, and we survived. I'll stay here again. Staff was polite and helpful.

"Great accommodations"
Everything was very clean and in great working order. The lounge/snack bar area is very nice. You can watch TV at eye level, while you eat. The staff was very friendly and responsive to needs. The rooms have balconies, with screens on the doors; so, we did not have to rely on the air conditioner. Overall, very pleasant stay. Location great for shopping, dining, roadways great. Rooms clean, comfortable, and quite. Staff were tremendous. Adrianne at front desk was angel and very helpful. We had family gathering on courtyard and wonderful time. I will definitely return to this hotel for other Dallas events!

My only issue is noise. You can't turn the fan on to run continuous to drown out the noise if there is any. I was by the ice machine I heard that thing EVERY TIME. And if there are lots of kids staying at the hotel ask for a street side room. The pool area is open kinda late.

Courtyard by Marriott Plano Parkway is in a wonderful location with great weekend rates! We were pleasantly surprised!! An added bonus is a Starbuck's bar in the lobby. Will definitely stay there again.

"Wonderful hotel"
Great service! Room was clean and comfortable. I stayed there two weekends in a row because of its location and overall good experience.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Was extremely quiet great location service was excellent . Our room was clean and I would stay there on our next visit.
Location close to tollways is good. Would be better if shuttle were available to Love Field or DFW. Really like healthy breakfast choices and Starbuck's coffee being available. Setting is fairly quiet.
This was a nice hotel . Wasn't sure what to expect and we have a great breakfast.

"Very Nice Clean Hotel"
The service at the hotel was excellent, the desk clerk couldn't have been better. The only issue I encountered was a broken ice machine at my end of the hotel. There was plenty of ice at the other machines so it was a minor inconvenience. I would certainly stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others.

Very nice, very reasonably priced rooms, super comfy beds, great staff, great overall location. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area and I will stay there again on my next trip to the Dallas area.

We stay at this hotel occasionally for family gatherings in Plano. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We opted for the "stay for breakfast" rate for our last stay but would not pay extra for the breakfast next time ... the choices were very limited and ordering was inconvenient. Otherwise o.k.

"Plano"
we came in for the OU/Texas game and its the first time we have stayed in this hotel, we were really pleased with the rooms and location. The check in attendant was very friendly and very helpful-will stay at this one again.

I recently stayed at the Plano,tx location I enjoyed my stay. Bed were comfy!! Rooms were very clean and staff was very nice and helpful! I would more certainly stay here again if I'm in the area

"Very nice place!"
My family was there for a karate tournament. We were immediately and graciously greeted upon arrival. We had everything we needed/wanted right there. Love the bistro and access to beer and/or wine if you want it. Relaxing atmosphere. We will happily stay there again if we are in the area.

Went to Plano to see friends but ended up shopping and eating more then planned. Hotel is so close to to all my favorite stores yet nice and quiet. We'll be back.

We were in the area for the memorial service of a loved one. Each member of the staff that we delt with was very helpful. They allowed us to check in a little early to help with our schedule. They helped us with some needs and checked on us to make sure everything was going well. Exceptional service. Greatly appreciated.

"Courtyard - nicely appointed and helpful"
We were in town to attend a funeral - made the reservations thru Hotels.com - it was a rather unexpected plan that had to be made. We found the hotel to be very well staffed and very clean and very courteous. The overall feel of the place is upscale at a low price. I have a couple of minor knocks against it. Not that they can do anything about it but […] the location on the corner is a bit cumbersome to drive around - bunch of one way streets. the second knock is this Bistro cafe set up they have in the lobby -- Breakfast on a Saturday morning was a bit more expensive than expected - 5 of us ate a continental breakfast for a price of $40+. but I gotta say, overall the feel from this place was very good. I can recommend it but understand your direction to the location and plan to eat somewhere less expensive. Lees meer

The rooms are very nice and we really liked the breakfast bar....everyone is very friendly. My daughter and son-in-law and grandbaby live in Plano so this hotel is very easy to get to.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. Was in town helping my sister moved from NY to Plano andI have already recomended it to other family members. I am already planning on staying for the holidays coming up.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when advised of issues. Little things like offering to fill my water bottle from the kitchen instead of the ice machine were nice. They responded quickly when I complained that the carpet cleaners were not only making noise mid-afternoon with their machines (understood that is part of maintaining a hotel) but […] by laughing and talking loudly in the halls, bumping equipment into walls, etc. The cleaners also failed to put up Caution signs and I slipped on the slick elevator floor after walking across damp carpet. When I returned, the signs were up. Some teenagers took over the pool area quite loudly and completely but, when I commented to staff, they kindly spoke to the offending teens and monitored it so other guests felt comfortable returning to the pool. "Good hotel from business, disappointed with a fami"
Was very disappointed in the staff and hotel here. They were well aware that I had three children with me and we were given a room with no fridge or microwave. I wasn't aware (and it is not stated anywhere) that you could REQUEST these items. Surely, things like this should be clearly marked somewhere so as to let those that aren't aware of certain […] "hotel protocols" realize they can receive these items. Additionally, the room booklet specifically stated that all rooms receive a free USA Today...when I told the front desk I didn't receive mine they said the wording in the booklet was wrong and I had to request one the night before. Very disappointed I wasn't even given the benefit of the doubt on any of these and given a discount off my room stay. The staff were nice but seemed to not realize or care they were losing a customer. Lastly, don't buy snacks from the area near the front desk...extremely expensive. I realize they try to make some money and I'm fine with that but they gouge you extensively, stay away. Lees meer

"Clean hotel and safe neighborhood"
We spent a night there. The hotel staff is friendly. The room and all the sheets smell fresh. I even feel comfortable to let my toddler crawling on the floor. There's a swimming pool in the hotel. My baby loves it. Great hotel. Will stay again.

Nice little hotel. Clean comfortable rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff on duty 24 hours a day. They went out of their way to help me with various tasks I needed to complete.
