Het is een prima hotel. Bij aankomst bleken ze echter een verkeerde kamer te hebben (met één kingsizebed, terwijl met twee queensize bedden was gereserveerd).schuld werd bij Hotel.com neergelegd. Op de reservering stond het goed! Één nacht een andere kamer gehad, werd weinig moeite gedaan om de fout goed te maken, de slaapbank op deze kamer moesten we zelf gereedmaken, terwijl zij aangaven dat ze het zouden klaarzetten. Later nog iemand uit gezelschap van kamer veranderd omdat de wc niet functioneerde, dit ging wel heel soepel.

Ligging.
Courtyard by Marriott Dallas/LBJ at Josey ligt in Addison - Galleria in Dallas, dicht bij Gemeentegolfbaan L.B Houston. Bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving zijn onder andere Frontiers of Flight Museum en Galerie van Dallas.

Courtyard by Marriott Dallas/LBJ at Josey heeft een spabad, een fitnesscentrum en een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad. Dit hotel met 3 sterren beschikt over zakelijke voorzieningen waaronder vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen en audiovisuele apparatuur. Dit hotel met een groen/duurzaam beleid biedt diverse eetgelegenheden, zoals een restaurant. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een winkeltje, een wasserij en een open haard in de lobby. Gasten kunnen gratis parkeren.

this is a older courtyard but relatively nice. not a great neighborhood unless you want to visit gentleman's clubs. Nice amenities and breakfast . Free wifi. Good hotel for business, reasonable rates.

"amazing and comfy"
The room was in imaculate shape, and the beds were prolly the most comfortable beds i have ever slept on. It was great. Construction around the hotel sucked but overall a great experiance and a great way to get downtown dallas is the Dallas Tollway and its right up the street. Awesome.

Enough space inside the room, soft and completely comfortable bed, i was happy to find a coffee maker in room but it was not clean and also they don't provide microwave.Otherwise my overall experience was good.

The Hotel is really nice especially for the price. Water pressure was low and the wireless internet worked fine in the evening but kept dropping in the morning. The staff credited me with 1000 Marriott points for my troubles. "Extremely friendly staff and nice hotel"
I was there for a weekend getaway and the hotel was great. A small gym, buffet breakfast, great staff...I was pleasantly surprised. I would highly suggest this hotel and I will most definitely be returning. And you can't beat the price!
"Customer Service"
I arrived at the hotel a little early, the desk clerk remarked "I don't know why they don't tell you regular customers that check-in is at 3pm." I'm not exactly sure what he meant by "regular customers" but to me it would seem in the hospitality business any paying customer is a good customer. His (Robert's) attitude completely turned me off to staying […] at this location again. To top that off I discovered once I returned home I was charged an early check-in fee that was not discussed with me upon checking out. Bad business, bad customer service, and bad expereince. "Great hotel"
I've stayed here before when visting northern Dallas area. Very convienient to highway 635 and 35E you can travel freely to almost anywhere around that area. The rooms are nice, nothing really super special about them. Definately recommend if your staying for a short period of time
"Very Impressed"
So happy with the hotel. I got a great deal on the price and was super happy with the place. It was very clean did not have any problem with the neighborhood. Front desk was very helpful. Close to the highway for easy access to anywhere you need to go. It will be the only hotel i will stay at when I need to be in the Dallas area.

I arrived after dark and was a little put off by the XXX store I passed by right off the highway ramp, and there was lots of construction, but the hotel itself was totally fine. Night desk staff was really friendly, too. In the light of day, I realized the neighborhood is nor bad at all, just in an area with light industry. "Nice"
This was our second stay at this hotel. Both times were an overnight stay and most of our time was spent away from the hotel, so I didn't have a need to deal with hotel staff and can't really assess that. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, TV had a good picture and the drapery shut out all the light so it was easy to sleep […] past daylight if you want. We were blowing into town on business and found this hotel on the net. We rented a couple of rooms not expecting much because it was so affordable. We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were. The staff was very courteous. We ran into security in the parking lot, and he was extremely nice as well. The room was fine the place was fine, nothing outstanding. The bed was not comfortable but it was okay. The breakfast bar was over priced so did not partake. Hotel was easy on and off of highway and a good location to everything we did even though construction was going on many surrounding roads. TV channels are not very many, not all in HD and the […] TV is in a lousy location, too close to the bed and too low if you are a night time, in bed viewer... This Hotel was really nice. It was clean, really comfortable beds and the staff was great. It's close to LBJ and when they get all the road work completed will be alot nicer. The price we paid through hotels.com per night would stay again.

This is an OK property; very good for the weekend price. Not in the best of neighborhoods and a little bit away from Cowboys stadium, Six Flags, etc. Looks like it was an older property that had been refurbished, but it was clean and comfortable. Nothing real fancy but good for a weekend football game.
