Courtyard by Marriott Addison Midway in Addison

Very close to the Galeria at Dallas and both airports. Great spacious rooms and pool.

we had a great time...very very good deal...even had a breakfast buffet included that was worth over $20.00 we were very satisfied

The only major inconvenience of this 3 story hotel was the lack of an elevator - and so we carried luggage up and down the stairs. I find it hard to believe that this location was designed by business travelers as their ad states.

This was the cleanest hotel we've stayed in, in this area. We travel frequently to DLS area for sports and this was, overall, the best. Quiet, neat, and pristine clean!! beds soft & comfortable.

This Courtyard is conveniently located jsyt north of LBJ I 635 and West of The Dallas North Tollway. While it is not the newest Courtyard and consequently does not have all of the bells and whistles, it is quite sufficient and very reasonably priced for the area. Convenient to LBJ Hwy. Have stayed here twice, very clean, has a pool and hot tub also clean. small fridge and microwave in our room, not sure if all rooms have this. Non smoking hotel also a plus. I appreciate their effort to be good to the environment offering not to change sheets and towels but I think they changed each even though I did not request […] it (they have a card you put on the bed to have them change it and ask that towels you want changed be left on the floor, I did neither but had fresh towels). no complaints. That's one of the best hotels you can stay in Dallas. I stayed there just one night but the personel was very very helpful and kind. Rooms were tidy, there was a huge LCD TV in the room. I had an excellent stay. There are restaurants and clubs that are walking-distance to the hotel. The hotel itself exudes cleanliness...even the stairwells scream "WE'RE CLEAN AND FRESH!" There's plenty of parking, and the surrounding area is quiet. The walls in the rooms are a bit thin, but I didn't hear anything late in the evening. The hotel makes […] you sign a "Zero Tolerance Noise Policy" which means if a room receives a noise complaint, they receive a warning and then they have to leave if further complaints are received. People seem to adhere to this. There are no elevators, but the nice lady at the front desk immediately offered after check-in, "Your room is on the second floor, would you like assistance with getting your luggage upstairs?" My room had a king-size memory foam mattress, which was really comfortable, and a 32in HD LCD TV with plenty of channels. The shower is hot, and it's clean and high-pressure. There's free coffee in the lobby, also. The breakfast they offer is expensive, in my opinion, and didn't seem to offer more than the usual hotel fare that is typically offered for free, so we went to a local diner instead. As always, I'm very satisfied.

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. Had many restaurants in the area. Ina calm neighborhood location Cons: Did not have a elevator. So had to carry the 50lbs check in baggage's. Charged for the Breakfast eventhough Hotels.com mentioned that it was free. When checkout there was no person available at the checkout counter to get a receipt

I really enjoyed my stay here. Its nothing fancy, but its a very clean place to stay.

This hotel was a great value. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and very attentive . I will stay there every time when I return for business .

This 2 story hotel has NO elevators! I was not told this nor was I asked if I needed an elevator when we call the 800 number. When we checked in around midnight the front desk person did say anything either! She showed us the room on a map and said you can enter here. She made sure she didn't say and go up the stairs! I have very bad knees and I even […] have a handicap license plate - this was a very very tough climb for me and my husband with LUGGAGE! We did not have the chance to complain because of our weekend schedule - checked in very late, got up very early and returned very late. And ... our non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke! Gross! And now our clothes did too! When I did tell the front desk person when we were leaving, she said 'Oh! Next time let us know earlier, don't wait until checkout!' I attempt to book this Hotel when needing to stay in this area. Staff is very friendly, accomodating and courteous. Rooms are clean and in good condition. I will continue staying here. This is my 3rd time.

Room is large, clean, and brightly lit. Heater works well. Free WiFi. Convenient parking. The hotel pushes into a residential area, so it is quiet. Large desk. No complaints.

This is an older property than those in the neighborhood, but well maintained and immaculate. The location(off Midway at 635) is actually easier to navigate to and from than the pricier options a mile away. If you need to be in Addison and are looking for a clean, reasonably priced place to stay, choose this property.

Reserved a king-size bed room and got two full/queen (whatever size it is) sized beds in my room. Staff was fast to fix the error. Great Hotel!!

The room was very nice and the bed were comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and help out.

I was very pleased with this hotel it was very clean and the employees were very courteous. I would definitely stay here again .it was also very close to my favorite nightclub .

I had booked on line and pid. When I arrived, I had to wit because clerk said the reservation had not hit her computer yet. It did not matter that I showed her the Emil with the information number. I had driven into town late night after work to join grieving family members for a funeral. This clerk showed no compassion. To add insult to injury, she […] placed me in a room #145 next to #147 which was disruptive all night with screaming kids. My night was not t all restful. I had onside red staying over in Dallas or New Years but after that I simply left. Given the hundreds of nights I have spent at Marriotts over the years, my stay "could have been better." Lees meer

Very pleased with the hotel, it's staff and the service provided. I booked two rooms and was able to check in early. The staff was friendly and made every effort to keep us satified. Great location and well maintained. Highly recommended with a very good price.

This stay exceeded my expectations because of the price paid when making reservations. We will stay again

Noisy hall ways and other room doors automatically slam loudly. Heard normal conversation in room next door. Not good for such a nice hotel
