Perfectly acceptable hotel for a short stay. Convenient to the locations we were visiting. Good included breakfast.

Overall, it was very good. The customer service was excellent at this location. They had a complimentary breakfast that was actually warm food (scrambled eggs, rice dish, and a 3rd option), plus they had fresh fruit, cereal, muffins, bagels, toast, juice, etc. The only thing I didn't like was they charge you an extra $3 for use of their tv with movie […] selection. I unfortunately didn't even turn the tv on t/o the entire stay. When I asked if they were going to charge every guest that price, why isn't it in the beginning process instead of waiting until check out. There is a $1, can' t opt-out, required, not refunded fee for movies, whether you want to or do look at the "free" movies offered. Otherwise, it's OK. Clean, room. Quiet. Close enough to Wilmington. Large mall in walking distance. Nice to have microwave, coffee, refrigerator. Good breakfast.

Up a 3am with pounding on door two room away. Police and not sleeping makes nasty day and visit.

Many Problems. Very Disappointing. no towels given to us , we had to get them from the office every day. No maid service whin I asked the maids, they told me our room was not on their ist. When I asked the office, they said we were. The cot was terrible---Matress not confortable you can feel the metal bars through it. They refused to change it.

The bed was terrible! King size but sagged so badly, we had to put pillows between us to keep from being on top of each other! The room was clean and convenient so we stayed put. We did ask for help but nothing was done. Manager needs to lay on it, not just look.

Nice staff. Clean room with hot shower. Convenient location that is walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, Best Buy, Barnes and Noble, WaWa, etc. Overall it was a good room if you're not looking for anything but a decent place to sleep and take a shower.

The beds and rooms were clean. There was a small tear in the carpet in my room but other then that it was in good condition. I would stay there again. This motel was a nice acquaintance. The room was pretty spacious and clean. The king size bed very comfortable. The included wifi internet speedy enough for online webex meetings. my overall stay was not to shabby! BUT! I went down to the front desk at 3 mins before 7 am and they would not let me in the front door. When I pushed the buzzer to be let in, the on the phone surfing the net guy behind the desk asked me what I wanted. To which I responded a cup of coffee. I have stayed in the better hotels for the money. One big problem I had was that my room was close to concord pike and the traffic noise didn't stop till midnight.

Given the price point and the type of hotel, I wasn't disappointed. It was conveniently located near food and shopping. The only negative is my non smoking room smelled of smoke.

I did not like that the sink area was in the room itself-not behind a door. Also, there was a daily charge for movies whether you watched them or not. There was no elevator for the second floor rooms. Breakfast was very good, and there was computer access.

I was staying here for one night with my husband. The condition of the hotel is questionable. The walkways upstairs are slanted. When people walk around in the room, from the bathroom it sounds like an elephant is walking around, and we're both skinny people. I think if you are not spoiled, this place has everything you need. The room is clean, people are nice, breakfast is good, and it is close to people I love to see. It is within my budget, which any retired school teacher will realize is meager.

Overall very good but I had to prepay a charge for a selection of movies and there was no way to decline. I thought the $1 was a fair price but when I tried to watch a movie the remote would not let me select the movie option.

Good value but a real discrepancy in rooms. Our party all paid the same price but some got a business room (which included a fridge and microwave with small armchairs) and others got a two person table and chairs no fridge or microwave. Beds were well used and sagged in the middle (not recommended for those like me with a bad back). Very difficult location […] to get into and out of though close to malls and dining. One ice machine for entire motel. Friendly Indian staff and good breakfast. It's a park outside your room two story motel.Wifi wouldn't connect to our Android phones and took numerous attempts to get through on our MAC having to reconnect after 15 minutes on inactivity. Would not let us check in early at 1 pm. said we have to wait until 2 pm. gave us key cards that did not work and had to walk all the way back (a long walk) to get them activated.

Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else. The room smelled. It was filthy. The front desk staff was not very helpful. It was noisy. It was so dirty I didn't even want to take a shower there.

The rooms were dirty and there was a kind of film everywhere. The furniture had stains and I'm not positive they actually changed the sheets. The whole outside of the hotel smelled like Urine. I didn't have a choice but to stay there because everything else was full, but I didn't bring anything in with me and I still feel dirty two days later. Everything was good. the breakfast was great. The only thing was Concord Pike noise was louder than I thought even late at night. We were in 204 towards the front and the hotel was not too booked so I wondered why we couldnt be further back away from the noise.
