Okay.

This hotel was in terrible condition bugs in bathroom and on walls and even one ran across bed!!! Check in took forever also. It really was the worst room I've seen!

Now i know why the room was called "Tree house", it felt like camping... This Hotel needs serious TLC, from wall writing like "I lov u Maria, 01-2011" on the Kids bed, lack of painting, dirty carpets, towels for 2 in a room for 4, an unexplainable "Resort Fee" in a Motel(?????)(because this, Sanjay, won't qualify as a Resort) I ONLY stayed because i […] was too tired, it was too late and Raymond the FD agent did everything in his power to make us feel comfortable, i feel very disappointed. Even the Breakfast was horrible, just a few microwave items, 3 sad broiled eggs to feed a hotel, and an aditional $6 charge for it. Thank God Cracker Barrel was minutes away!!! The room was small, the bathroom too tiny, the beds not suitable for 2 persons, the t.v. had stupid channels and there was no ice machine. Although it was clean, the location is good, we enjoyed our stay.

was horrible!!!!! o booked two rooms with tree house,,when i got there ,they only had one..so the putted us in an smoke room..and the next day day give us what we want..was thirty room...hotel stuff was nasty! very poor!!!!!!!!!!! i wont recommend this hotel ether to my enemies!!!!!

We had to have our room sprayed for cock roaches! I got a yeast infection, my kids got ear infections, and it's all from the hot tub and pool that they do not chlorinate it. Toilet tips over to the floor. Holes in the wall to see through. Soda machine didn't work/nothing in it so my husband went to the front desk and purchased a soda from the front […] desk. It was 4 years old!!! The date on the soda from 2009!!! Our floors were disgustingly gross. Had to have a new microwave put in cuz the other one started on fire. I was FORCE to stay due to the our we arrived after spending the day at Disney world. Clerk very rude.. room dirty, towells dirty, we did not even slept under the covers. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

Love location close to shopping pretty save day and night but room floor and wall are not clean I rate this hotel 2 stars

Fun and cheap place for family if u get treehouse suite..pool is great. Nothing wrong with this hotel, just wish breakfast is free or have kitchenette in suites.

We had roaches, floors disgusting, toilet falls off the floor, daughter got ear infection and yeast infection and I got yeast infection from the pools & hot tub. Had to take her to ER at 3 AM. Needless to say the next 2 days was ruined and had to cancel our Sea World visit. I checked for bed bugs and thankfully none but now worried about lice. The pictures […] are not even close to what it is like. Those pictures must have been taken when the hotel was just built or original owners. I'm not the only one that complained. Many people we talked to while sitting around at the pool had the same complaints if not more. At first we thought,,, "we're only sleeping here, it's not that bad" But by the end we were so angry, disappointed, worried, and sad. Not worth the saving of cash no matter what deal you get! The room was cleaned every day which is a big plus, but the room itself need fixing up and didn't look at all like the pictures placed online for this hotel. The air conditioner only worked on one temp. you could only turn the fan on high, low or off.

Howard Johnson Enchanted Land was the HUGEST disappointment ever!!! We booked a "suite" online and that is not at all what we received. It was a horribly maintained single room with a half wall separating the main bed and a daybed. The TV's wouldnt work properly. The "heated" pool was only heated one night of our nine night stay. None of the vending […] machines worked. The available WIFI would not work in the room due to such poor signal. The roaches were terrible. Trying to get clean towels from the staff was almost impossible. The staff was not at all helpful. We were also told that shuttle service to theme parks was provided, we were directed by the hotel staff to the local bus transportation system. I could go on forever with my complaints. I will never stay at a Howard Johnson again after this experience. Lees meer

Terrible terrible terrible! Horrible rude staff and hotel was a hot mess! I went with my two daughters and husband and i must say if it werent for them, i would have left and lost my $. Staff did NOTHING to compensate for having to switch us rooms 3 times because their a/c units broke!

Did not like staying here. This was my third time in Orlando and everytime I stay at a different hotel. And everyone I have stayed at has been horrible. But this one was the worst. Had one towel that looked like it was not washed. And found stains on one of the sheets. I wish there was a hotel I can stay at that would have clean linens. Very disappointed!!! Room was rundown, dirty floor, t.v. Rarely worked...shower was disgusting!!! I couldn't even bathe my child in it!!! & the special kids rooms look nothing like the picture! Trust me, never stay here!!!

The remote to the tv didn't work the 1st night and we were told we had to wait until the next day. So, after being out at parks all day we had to get up and change the television. The next day hotel service did not clean the room and everyone I saw said it was not their isle and that someone else would be by in 30 mins. We only stayed for two nights and were only in the hotel to sleep and shower. The air condition blew out air but no matter how I adjusted it, it was not cold. If we had stayed longer i would have asked for a room with a working air conditioner. After a long hot day at Disney it would have been nice to come back to a cold place, I could barly sleep with […] a sheet and not sweat. It was in a good location. Close to the highway and old town. Nice hotel for a very nice price. Maid service could have been better- NO maid service on one day. Extra pillows and towels provided by the manager ASAP when we asked. Will stay there again.

I booked this hotel then looked at the reviews. All I was saying "why didn't look at the reviews first" but I can honestly this hotel wasn't as bad as the reviews. So don't always believe what you read

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at...DISGUSTING.......FILTHY........THE SHEETS HAD OLD BLOOD STAINS....THE TOWELS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.......I WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN......MILDEW ODOR.......THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE...

Working out of town for the week makes the price spot on but the place needs work!!!

The location was the only good thing because it is close to the parks but it was disgusting !!!! We went to the hotel after the park and there were roches in the bathroom the tub was extremely dirty the bed sheets had a horrible chlorine smell and the water smelled like sewer... The staff was very nice. I reserved a two bed room and they upgraded my room to the childrens room for free. You can tell the rooms have been newly refurbished. It's not the Sheraton, but for the price and the one night we stayed it was comfortable and clean enough. It dodnt smell like a horrible dirty room. My two year old loved it. I upgraded at the front desk, for my two kids:} We got a "Tree House" room....THE KIDS LOVED IT, and Mom and I GOT a little bit of quiet time during our stay. Nice place and Nice people operating the facility, I would reccommend it to any Family, the price in GREAT. Very accessible to EVERYTHING in the area.

my first night out of 4 my room key would not work. the tv and shower did not work. the parking area did not have lights. the second night there cleaning staff was knocking on my door at 8:00 am.

This was my second stay, overall it was okay, however, I asked for some small maintenance items to be addressed, and they never were. I also was unable to access their Wifi, although I paid a "resort" fee which includes wifi. I loved it so much that I am returning with family for this weekend. Thank you. It was the best stay ever. Ooh and the jacuzzi in and outside the room-doubled the pleasure.

Had to change rooms twice due to the smell of pet urine.

the hottel room was horrible in fact it was a ripoff.The tree house bunk beds were horrible.We have 4 children and the poor little ones had to share a bed and you said you had 2 bunk beads.Room service did not show up till 5 pm to bring towles. no ice.The hot tub was fillthy it was black.the room was small.What is this huh. do you think this is a joke […] or what.If a bunch of people asked me how is this hotel horrible or not I will say it horrible.If I were to give you a grade i would give you an F.don't trust these people.that is all i have to say. Checked in for a double and had reject the first room because apparently the door had been kicked in at ome point. The damage to the door kept it from closing properly. The second room had roaches all over the microwave, a filthy floor and looked like it had not been cleaned. I have never! seen so many roaches in a kitchen before, and after discuss it to the manger it was as, through he got mad about it. I will never stay in that hotel again.

The hotel pictures are from decades back. The upkeep of the hotel is non existent. Just basic cleaning is done here. Sheets and towels had stains on them. Microwave did not work. This is a cheap hotel that does not deserve a premium price to be paid for, not even during special events.

Roaches in the room (!). Dirty and broken sink, bath and toilet. Dirty sheets and floor. Trash can filled with trash. Don't come near this place ever.
