Het hotel staat in het oude centrum op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Leuke buurt met smalle straatjes. Het personeel was vriendelijk (proberen wel van alles te verkopen). De kamer schoon en het ontbijt goed. Ik heb zelfs een nacht bijgeboekt. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Aanrader dus.

Hotel kamer is netjes en het hotel is midden in het oude centrum gelegen. Top locatie dus! Service van het personeel is goed en ze nemen ook de tijd voor je. Nog een pluspunt is dat wij de beschikking hadden over een eigen PC op de kamer!

this was a lovely hotel, we started our trip in this hotel and were a little bit shocked because it was in the middle of the old town and we coudnt believe that there was a hotel because it was overcrowded by the weekly market. But that was really nice, we didnt realize that we were so central! The rooms were well cleaned (we had a city view room), a beautifull bathroom (no bad). There is al balcony but not so sit on. Breakfast is set up well. They serve asian and western breakfast but if you want something special or some more of fruit that that is a little bit difficult for the staf. The breakfast staff is not that good in speaking english. Sometimes it feels a little bit impolite. We were very happy with our hotel but after travelling for some more weeks we think that this hotel was very expensive compaire to others. But it is stil a good place!
Ligging.
Hilton Hanoi Opera bevindt zich in het centrum van Hanoi, dicht bij Hanoi Opera House, Hoan Kiem Lake en Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre. In de buurt liggen ook Temple of Literature en Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

Gasten kunnen tegen betaling gebruikmaken van de draadloze internetverbinding op de kamer. Elke kamer heeft een lcd-televisie met premiumkanalen via satelliet. Elke accommodatie biedt een bureau, een gratis krant en een telefoon. Elke badkamer heeft bad of douche met een handdouche, badjassen, make-up/scheerspiegels en een föhn.
Elke kamer heeft een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker en gratis mineraalwater. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere pantoffels en openslaande ramen. Bovendien kun je op verzoek gebruikmaken van voorzieningen zoals een turndownservice, hypoallergeen beddengoed en een telefonische wekdienst. Een huishoudservice is dagelijks beschikbaar.

Book an Executive Room and as be treated treated as very special.Service and advise was first class,great toiletries,business facilities and not a bad breakfast.Located next to the Opera House made it a quiet and enjoyable stay.

Arraignment of car pickup from the airport needs improvement . Despite my reservation several weeks in advancement and full understanding that it is my last stop for my international flight to the USA, the staff refused to make car reservation without my credit card number. For security reasons, I refused to give my credit card number to anyone claiming […] to work for the hotel and that any fee will be paid upon check-out. Every 5 star hotel in Vietnam was willing to do this for me except the Hilton. After much pushback, they finally agreed. If I had more time to spend in Hanoi and not risking losing my prepaid reservation, I would have gone to another hotel just to be less annoyed by this less than 5 Star hotel treatment. "Hanoi Hilton Opera - close to the old quarter"
Very very good hotel, near the old quarter. Close enough to walk to the old quarter and back (or take a taxi). My wife and I were on a cruise out of Haiphong (port near Hanoi) - the cruise used this hotel as the meet point, so it was very convienient.

the old quarter is a triangle. the hilton is at the relatively quiet and upscale corner. it is a 20-30 minute walk to the heart of the quarter and 45 minutes to the hcm museum. hotel is friendly and accomodating. food and ammenities are way over-priced.

We stayed at the Hilton Opera in Hanoi for three non-consecutive nights. We had a very good experience, the service was friendly and prompt, and the room was clean and comfortable. This Hilton looks very grand on the outside but is a little old interior-wise as compared to many HIlton(s) around the world. However their standards and service are way up there. "Great Hotel at the Hanoi Opera"
I stayed in the hotel for three knights. Everything was perfect, the hotel has a nice style, the staff is really friendly and the hotel rooms are very quiet. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of international and local food. I really recommend the hotel to everybody planning a trip to Hanoi.

We spent three nights over Christmas at the Hilton hotel in Hanoi and had a lovely time. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room had a view over the Opera House next door. The area was lovely to walk around (once you've dodged the bikes and cars!) - a couple of nice cafe's, bars and restaurants in the immediate local area. "Very Good Hotel"
Great location, the hotel is extremely clean and rooms are in perfect conditions. Very friendly and helpful employees. I stayed at the Hilton Hanoi Opera few years ago. The service was perfect. Came back 4 years later and the hotel did not take a wrinkle: same quality of service and great rooms.

"2回目のハノイ"
さすが世界のチェーンホテルです。 私のホテルをみる一つの基準である朝食は、品数も多く大変おいしく頂きました。 お部屋の広さベッドの快適さ、ベッドリネンの質、ピロの数など申し分なかったです。 ただテレビのNHKの画像がモノクロで極端に悪くほとんど音声しか聞き取れなかったや、靴べらが部屋になったことなど改善していただきたいと思いました。

場所が街中で歩いていけるところが多い。朝のビュッフェが種類が多くて質も良い。部屋は古いが清掃はされている。ホテル内のエステは料金と見合っていないし施設も良くない。タクシーも回り道やゆっくりと運転し、初乗りの値段が高いので総合的に高くなる

ロケーションが大変よいところで、旧市街まで歩いて行けます。町の喧騒がホテル内には感じられない設計になっています。 スタッフの皆さまが大変良い感じで、気持ちよく滞在できました。 朝食は種類も多いし、味がとても良かったです。 さすがは世界のヒルトンという感じです。さらに最後のチェックアウトの速さには驚きました。 数あるヒルトンの中でも、良いホテルだと思います。
