Hampton Inn Orlando/Lake Buena Vista in Orlando

Ietwat gedateerd hotel. Ontbijt rommelig (piepschuimen bordjes, plastic bestek, kwaliteit voedsel OK). Ligging hotel centraal in Orlando. Redelijk geprijsd. Bruikbaar hotel voor deze regio. Aanrader.

Ik wou met mijn familie enkele nachten verblijven in Orlando op een goede locatie dicht bij Disney en heb dit geboekt na zoveel positieve reacties te lezen. We hebben al in veel hotels en motels in de US verbleven maar dit was zeker goed. Het ontbijt was uitstekend en alles was aanwezig zelf tot 11:00 uur. Locatie op maar een 5 a 10 minutes van Downtown […] Disney en aan de overkant van de Highway een premium Outlet :) Ik zal dit hotel zeker opnieuw boeken mochten we terug naar Orlando gaan. Héél erg positief over de hele lijn. Alleen de nabijheid van de snelweg en het slecht isolerend vensterglas stoorden mij.

Hampton Inn in Orlando heeft een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Het is ook toegankelijk met busvervoer (lijn 50) met aansluiting op lijn 111 voor vervoer naar de luchthaven. Vooral de receptie is erg tegemoetkomend, ze helpen bij alle problemen.

It was a two day stay. Good service and very prestative.

Overall, happy with the stay. Had my wife and children with me. Did not get fresh coffee for in room coffee pot each day is my only minor complaint

We enjoyed it very much. The clerk Shelia behind the check in desk does an excellent job and should be commended.

During this visit, I had a medical emergency which caused me to be rushed to the hospital by ambulance in the middle of the night. The staff were extremely accomodating, offerring to watch my 6 year old son so that my wife could accompany me to the hospital. Their level of service consistently exceeded our expectations. Good location; but there bus shuttle makes numerous p/u's & there schedule of departure & p/u times are very limited !

Excellent and friendly staff at the desk and all around the hotel. We like the Buena Vista area, much better than Int. Drive area. Convenient to airport/area attractions and Outlets.

Stayed for 5 nights - Disney Vacation. Perfect spot if you choose to be off Disney property. 10 minutes from Epcot, 14 to Magic Kingdom, less than 5 min to Downtown Disney. Friendly staff, great breakfast (go before 8:30 to avoid the crowds), my 8 year old loved the Mickey waffles. Good solid hotel.

The free shuttle service to disneyworld is very convenient (although it only goes to Epcot; to go to the other disney areas you need to take the shuttle to epcot then another free disney bus to whichever park eg animal kingdom). Free breakfast was good. You can make your own Mickey Mouse waffles for breakfast! Beds comfy but the blankets were a bit […] lumpy. Lees meer

Great hotel, nice, clean, great staff and great location.

Excellent service and cleanliness. The breakfast in the morning is excellent in its variety. The location is relatively close to restaurants and the Disneyworld parks but don't expect to be able to walk to anything. It's a great hotel for the price but not especially convenient for the visiting the Disney parks unless you have your own transportation. […] I have only two suggestions for the hotel: there are great tasting waffles that you can make yourself in the waffle iron but there was only one available during our stay and was often a long line so we only got to indulge on our last day when we had more time to wait. There should be at least 2, maybe even 3 to accomodate the large number of guests (I have seen at least 2-3 at other Hampton hotels). There is also a shuttle offered to the Disney parks but the times are very limited. There needs to be more options in the return trip as we ended up taking a cab or bus at our own expense 3 out of the 4 days we were at the parks due to the inconvenience of the shuttle schedule. You will only be dropped off/picked up at one location and you are at the mercy of the disney park shuttle service to get you to the one stop on time. The times offered are either too early (6:40pm) or too late (10:00pm). I would suggest they offer a time around 8pm! Lees meer

That really says it all. There were a few nice things about the place - some of the staff was helpful, however the list of disappointments overshadowed anything positive. The breakfast was low quality with something dry resembling eggs, but it was free so it was worth the money. Our biggest complaint comes from carelessness of the housekeeping staff […] followed by ambivalence in the management staff. My son and I went to Legoland together and had a nice father/son day that we decided to commemorate with a caricature, drawn by one of the Legoland staff. Cost of admission for the two of us plus the caricature was around $150. The drawing was stored in a poster tube, and kept in a Legoland bag. The hotel housekeeping threw it out while we were away. They left foodstuffs out, and other actual trash in bags was left in the room. When we spoke to the staff late at night after determining that our momento was missing, they offered their apologies but no help. They could not reach their manager, nor housekeeping, and said they would follow up the next day. They offered us a flashlight so we could go look through the dumpster ourselves (amongst shards of illegally thrown out flourescent bulbs and other things). Even though there was a shift change, the person getting off didn't offer to help (they operate with a small front desk crew). The manager spoke to us the next day, said he inquired with the housekeeping staff which of course could not remember anything, and basically threw up his hands and said he didn't know what else could be done. I played phone tag with him after that but I was always the one initiating the contact. They offered no compensation or make-right of any kind. This hotel did not operate as if it were a location that cares about reputation or providing a hospitable environment. We went there because of the generally good reviews up to that point. Very Nice Stay. Manager was kind enough to lend me a charger for my IPAD since i forgot mine. Room was clean, breakfast was nice. All around a very good experience

Very good service, have to wake up a bit early to get breakfast and a seat in the morning but not to much to worry about. Clean, efficient, and extremely comfy surroundings. Room was on point, definitely recommend this hotel.

Kind of surprised..breakfast bar was not kept up very well. Had to ask for forks, had to ask for spray for waffle maker. Spills were not cleaned up promptly. Also...to the moron that asked us to stop banging around that was beneath us...the "banging" that you heard was the firework displays at Disney...if you had called the front desk instead of disturbing […] us...you may have found that out..:) Not a good practice to go knocking on doors when you don't know what is on the other side. Just used to a certain standard and "perfectness" with Hampton Inns...not seen here..oh... and turn the temperature on the spa down...we saw no warning signs or rules posted near the spa as far as rules..and warnings...all in all... comfy beds and hot showers was all we needed...:) Lees meer

Only complaint: the nice HD flatscreen TV was hooked up to an analog cable. All the HD programs were very fuzzy. Everything else was great.

when I booked this hotel I asked if they had shuttle service to Magic Kingdom was told yes. The failed to tell me that it only ran 2 times in morning & 2 in the evening. Was not happy about that as my husband has to use wheelchair and it was inconveniet . we wasted our tickets for the Magic Kingdom as I drove in the morning with plans to take shuttle […] back after he rested. I didn't want to drive in the dark. Also the park is 10 miles from the park. I would not recommend it to anyone wanting to go to Disney. Lees meer

The hotel is awesome for the price you pay.Nice, new and very clean. The location is perfect if you like to be close to the best restaurants and Disney. We will stay again, we had a great time.

This was a very good hotel for the money. Nice breakfast area with helpful staff. Close enough to all the attractions. Would not reccomend the shuttle service to Disney unless you are okay with being on their schedule as it only runs once in the morning 8:50 and twice at nite. 6:30 & 10:00.

God location and free parking. room was comfortable but dated. Free wi-fi was a big plus. Breakfast &coffee was very good. I have stayed here many times and think it's one of the best values in the area.

This hotel was perfect for my stay. I was in Orlando for business, but also had some free time and had easy access to Disney World. The staff was great and the hotel was very comfortable and clean. I would stay here again if I was back in the area.

Hotel was close to everything and the Mickey waffles were a treat in the morning. They need to clean up more often in breakfast room, keep the syrup replenished. And possibly add another waffle iron.

Great place to stay. Good breakfast with lots of choices and very large dining area. Would stay here again.

I have always booked at Hampton Inn due to the great beds but I think this one got the wrong mattress. Mattress was too hard and covers were lumpy. Just need to get new softer mattress and covers and it would of been much better.

We spent two nights at the Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista on this stay. We had previously enjoyed a visit here last year. We chose this hotel because it provided a clean, comfortable room, in a very convenient location to Disney World and to many local restaurants. The hotel has a great breakfast each morning consisting of eggs, bacon or sausage, Mickey […] Mouse waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, etc. They provide two complimentary shuttle trips to Epcot at Disney World each morning, with two subsequent pickups back to the hotel each evening. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a business center. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this Hampton Inn. Lees meer

We stayed here for our first family vacation and it was excellent. It was very clean and convenient to everything Disney has. The breakfast buffet was a money saving perk that we were looking for for our family. When we came back to the room from The Magic Kingdom, our daughter was greeted with a fantastic 6th birthday surprise of balloons, party hats […] and more all laid out on the bed for her! The staff was very personable and can answer any questions with a friendly smie and quick to respond to room requests :0) We will be staying here again the next time we go to Orlando area. Lees meer

This was my fourth stay in Hampton Inn Chain. Always a great bed, breakfast and amazing staff! Special thanks to Dee Dee, a life saver!!

The breakfast was very nice the had warm food as well as cold. Howeve, when it came to using the shuttle bu to drop us off at Epcot, it broke down before we even got to the main street. They did send another bus quickly. Then that night we missed the bus going back to the hotel because we were at Magic Kingdom and had to swith monorails to get back […] to Epcot. We ended up taking a taxi back to the hotel costing us $18. When parking at the park is $14. We should have driven our selves. Lees meer
