Very nice hotel, very good location between two towers /Menara and Petronas/, monoreil 50 meter from hotel, pool, very good staff und helpfull in lobby-super accomodation

very decent ,good ambience on the lobby level, as I was there for one night I can't comment on service, but I would recommend this hotel for its location very next to monorail station bukit nanas, goods spacious rooms ,very nice bathrooms . value for money

We were upgraded to the 19th floor (with appoligies as it is the smoking floor) could not smell alot of smoke. The view from the window was brillent. The monorail just a very short walk away. Hard rock cafe on-site as well.

staff were good at arrival , hotel is very centrally located , one side is twin tower and other side is pudu raya , telecome tower is right front of hotel. Mono rail is right outside of hotel and LRT also not far from hotel , would recoment to any one to stay there .

This hotel is great value. Rooms are spacious, the buffet breakfast offers a good range of choices and staff were helpful. It is only 100 metres from theclosest monorail station.

Was very much looking forward to staying at Concorde as the photos on the hotel website hint that the rooms had been refurnished lately and everything should be first-class. And also it stated on the hotel website that every room has free wi-fi, so was happy. But when we checked in, the lady in the reception said that only deluxe rooms had free wifi. […] I said that I had checked on the hotel's official website only day before that it says that all rooms have free wifi. She went to the back room and came back some seconds later and said that "no, there is free wi-fi only in Deluxe rooms." So we ended up buying the wifi. And once I had bought it I went to the hotel website and checked the text there "All rooms have free Wi-fi". I went back to the reception and had to sort out the wi-fi thing for 10 minutes and finally the guest service officer let us have the free wifi as it does say on the hotel website that every room has complimentary wi-fi. But I find it appalling that I had to even bring this up and complain about it, before getting what should have been complimentary right from the start (at least according to their website). And what comes to the refurnished rooms: our bathroom was lovely and modern, but the room, not so. Horrible, old-fashioned wallpaper, minibar that must have been from the 80's! The front door was plastered with yellow tape/wallpaper. And on top of it looking absolutely hideous, it did not work - it did not get cold! And we had to get a new one to replace it. Neither did our safe work - battery had run out and they had to come and fix that as well. So wi-fi, minibar and safe - all something to complain about. BUT what was fantastic was that service was good and fast, they came to fix the minibar and safe within minutes of complaining about them. Big thank you to the guest service officer, who was most helpful. The location of the hotel is good, but what I must warn about is the construction site next to the hotel. Great location! Walking distance to the towers! breakfast buffet was amazing!...but its very busy!.. they offered for us to go somewhere else for brkfst, and without knowing the difference we went, but it was nothing compared to the brkfst buffet. So if they make u try and switch, say no and just wait.. its worth it!

A very pleasant stay for me. The room was clean and comfortable. The TV tray menu a must try if you guys lazy to go out to look for food. Entire staff provided excellent service.

Location, service, equipment, and breakfast are very good . I had great stay. But I am disappointed that the hotel doesn't provide free internet.

Our first impression of KL was not that good after an awful ride on the Skybus to KL Sentral. Dodging the gauntlet of aggressive taxi touts to get to the monorails was equally awful. Concorde Hotel is very close to Bukit Nanas and Dang Wangi monorail stations. This impression soon changed after checking in at the Concorde. We enjoyed our stay here as […] the location is close to many things KL has to offer. The pool was nice and relaxing and never crowded. The buffet breakfasts were ok but always busy. The Hard Rock cafe in the same building was great. We would definately stay here again. Lees meer

every thing about this hotel is good. location wise - it is around 5 minutes walk to petronas tower,2 minutes from monorail station bukit nanas station `. Staff is very courteous. Food was very good. Room was spacious, bathroom was clean and spacious too. in short we had a good stay in the hotel.

가격대비 무난했던 호텔 같아요. 일단은 위치가 좋습니다. KLCC까지 걸어서 이동도 괜찮았구요. KL타워도 가까웠어요. 모노레일역이랑 가까운것도 장점이네요. 호텔룸상태는 지은지 좀 됐다는 느낌은 들더군요. 하지만 지내기에 문제가 되지는 않았어요. 욕실 잠그는 문고리가 고장났더군요. 조식도 그럭저럭 괜찮았어요. 직원들도 친절하구요. 가격대비로는 괜찮았던 호텔이었습니다.

特に不快な点はありませんでした。ハードロックカフェが隣にあるので、夜は若干うるさいかもしれませんが、他は文句のつけようがないと思います。

下了单轨车站就是酒店的正门，离双子塔比较近。大堂很干净，服务员比较热情，就是房间有点小啊。总的来说还算对得起价格，周围有建筑在施工，不算太吵，但是感觉不好。
