My main gripe is that the Hotel smelled horribly of some chemical. Not sure if they had just steam cleaned the floors or if that was a normal smell. Otherwise the hotel was clean and convenient enough for what we were doing.

The bed was comfortable and it was conveniently placed off the highway.

Staff were courteous, breakfast menu was very good and the room was clean and spatious.

Very pleasant experience. Checking in and out was fast by nice employees. There was a jacuzzi, a swimming pool, and two treadmills, and towels were provided there. Room was very clean and comfortable with a heater/air conditioning. Furniture was new. Breakfast was served hot, including sausage, ham, omelette, and pancakes. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. They provided us with toothbrushes as we forgot ours in the rush to arrive. Our only complaint was that we had to wait for about 8 minutes for the front desk person to arrive and sign us in. He was right behind the wall doing something that had to be very important. I thought that this hotel had one of the best free breakfasts I've had. The room and shower were also very nice. The location was quiet. I would rate this a five star hotel except that the Internet was too slow. Because of that, it gets four stars.

Listed price on hotel.com was $91. Actual lowest price available was $120+. Arrived at 6:20pm and room wasn't ready. Room was adjacent to elevator, with great view of solid walls (couldn't even see sky or parking lot). Enjoyed hearing the elevator go "ding" all the while we were there. The desk attendant did say "sorry" 4 or 5 times. Better to not have […] to apologize in the first place. Another customer asked for a list of nearby restaurants and was told they didn't have a list. Sheet in the room encouraged me to ask for a list of restaurants. Breakfast room way too small and cramped. Hard to find things. Pancake machine empty when we got there, and had to ask for a refill and then wait for it. No one checking it in advance. By the way, throw it out. It makes pancakes which have the hardness and texture of shoe leather. The waffle machines are much better. Sorry to be so negative, but that's what we experienced. Lees meer

This was a bit of a disappointment compared to other H. I. E.'s we've stayed in. The place is a bit worn and could use a remodel. Bathroom too small for a vanity so they put it in the room. Aircon smelled like dirty socks/wet dog, couldn't decide which. Breakfast was a mess with poor selection. Very convenient for our visit to Multnoma falls.

We were very disappointed when we walked into our room. It looked like the previous guests had just left the room. The beds were messy, the towels hadn't been changed and the things were generally unorganized. The front desk person was very gracious, however, and arranged another room for us.

The air conditioning unit in our room made a terrible vibration noise all night long. Other than that the room was not bad. But it seemed our room was tucked away in a corner, right off the elevator.

The guy at the front desk recommended a fantastic nearby brewpub for supper. The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious for the price. Only complaint is that the shower would blast cold water if another room flushed the toilet. Location is right off the highway, but a ways out of the city. Great if you're just passing through though.

Room had no desk but had a desk chair, advised front desk person who said "I wonder where its at?" Internet is spotty. This hotel is comparable to a Days Inn but for more money. Breakfast stops and I mean stops at 9:00am(they lock the doors). The pool interior is strange, it is painted red or maybe its mold, who knows......

We chose this hotel because it accepts pets. A very nice pet relief area, Standard breakfast was good . Overall, would recommend .

Good place to stay when on a road trip. Quiet area. Breakfast okay and starts at 6 AM, at least on weekdays.
