Very happy. Great location. Room very clean, bathroom on the small side, one person at a time only! Coffee shop on the ground floor convenient and good food and service. Overall great value and would certainly return.

The room was nice however smaller then expected and did not have the best view!

Good location pity about the view - foot away from a solid brick wall

The Mantra 2 was perfect for our needs. We had a 10 night stay in the hotel and the kitchenette made all the difference! The room was very comfortable and the house keeping staff did an excellent job. The gym was a bit disappointing, and it would have been nice if there were a few more places to sit around the pool, but the main floor cafe made up […] for it. i was extemely unimpressed with the Mantra 2 bond hotel. Upon arrival they did not have our booking in their system, claiming that they had our rezervation booked in for the following evening. Once the mistake had finally been corrected and we went up to our room, i was angry to see that the photos of my room on the internet were entirely different […] to what the room actuaoly looked like. The room was to small for 3 people, and the sofa bed was not made up for my friend. When i went down to ask them to make up the bed, they once again made a mistake and said that i had only booked for 2 people instead of 3. Once i showed them my booking form and they fixed their systems again, they promised to send someone up straight away to make the bed. Half an bhour later, someone finally came up, dropped off the sheets and then left again saying they would be back. I called the front desk an hour later to see where they went and they said they would once again send someone up. Another half an hour later our sofa bed was finally made. All in all, i was unimpressed witrh the service and room quality.. I would not stay there again, and advise against anyone else who wishes to stay there in the future. Lees meer

We have stayed in other Mantra hotels before, Qld and Lawn (vic) and had a good time. We thought we would try the one in Sydney. All we wanted was a couple of nice quiet nights in Sydney before my surgery in Melbourne.We were in room 302 and were looking out at a brick wall, not nice! on the Saturday night we woken up several times by noisey people […] in room 301. At 4.45am (still noisey) I got up and had words with them. At 5amThey had more people turn up and I had to get security. The security people were good and delt with the problem, but by than I was pretty tired and upset about the whole thing. In the morning (still very tired) I had spoken to the manager on duty about the incident and he was kind enough to relocate us. The Saturday night incident I did not need. We booked this hotel based on Mantra's reputation and the reviews on hotels.com. Our 2 bed apartment was dirty, tired, grubby and a little dated (it DOES NOT look like the pics on hotels.com!!) Black mould spouted in many places. It felt dirty. Despite being a non smoking apartment and floor the stench of cigarette smoke in the room was almost unbearable. […] That got worse in the evenings which made us think people were smoking in the rooms near us or in the corridor. We actually found cigarette butts in the room under the bed. We asked to be moved to a nicer room and the staff member was very unfriendly and cold. She said all the rooms were the same but would send a cleaner (the room was not cleaned despite this promise although the bed had been made). Had it not been that we were on a non refundable rate we would have moved hotels. The location is handy for circular key but that end of George Street is not great. This hotel is near a nightclub so I was kept awake until 4am each night with thudding music and screaming, yelling party goers - glad they were having fun! Although I wouldnt recommend this area for young children as I think the "night scene" takes a bit too much explaining! Lots of hoons too. Our stay in Sydney was brilliant but this hotel was a huge disapointment and we would not recommend as there are many other better choices in Sydney. On check out we were not asked if we had enjoyed our stay (probably just as well as we were all so fed up by then) Another check out girl did help us get a taxi and help store our bags on the last day. Originally chose Mantra 2 Bond because of the location and in room washer and dryer. Found out it was center enough to be within walking distance of numerous areas. At the corner of George is very convenient to catch a bux or cab. Staff is friendly. Internet access in the lobby was great.

A fantastic location central to the CBD and Circular Quay. Have stayed at the apartments previously when managed by others. The room was way too cold 18C but could not turn down the air conditioning so had to turn it off. The corridors needed a good vacuum. Would stay there again though.

location was perfect, apartment had small kitchen, washing machine, thumble dryer - it was more than we did expect.

We were really pleased we chose Mantra on Bond st, 5 mins to Circular Key , The Rocks, and many other attractions close by or very accessible by Wynard train staition 3 mins. Airport Shuttle great value...no hastle, excellent. Room was clean and spacious. We were there on the eve of Australia day and did not experience any noise throughout the night. […] Beds were comfortable and linen very clean. Every "i' dotted; every "t' crossed. A 12 on a 1-10 scale!

We had left the decision to stay in Sydney till the last minute and we were ecstatic to find Mantra 2 Bond Street at a great price and what a location. It was more than we had expected and have already recommended it to others. Next time we are in Sydney there is not doubt where we will be staying.

Things I liked: -Great location - walking distance to train (Wynyard), Darling Harbour, Circular Quay / Sydney Opera House, shopping, etc... -kitchen, with stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator -We were able to check-in early as our plane arrived in the morning -Can get an airport shuttle that's slightly cheaper than taking the train (but takes a bit […] longer) Things I didn't like: -*Lack of cleanliness* - on the first day there was quite a bit of mold/mildew in the shower; Outside in the lobby, blinds were very dusty -Outrageous prices for minibar items that you could easily get closeby (kind of expected though) -Outrageous prices for on-demand movies - to watch a movie on-demand costs the same as buying the DVD -Lack of TV channel selection -Should have larger stockpot available to use in the kitchen - the saucepan in the room is quite small. Great place to stay for business as well as a long stay. My room included a full kitchen with micro, oven, and all the utensils. Very centrally located and a short distance to rail and bus lines, including the 555 which is Free and does a loop around. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on staying again on my next trip to Sydney.

The room was very dark as we had a large and high brick wall opposite the room windows. We had to use the room lights at all times during the day.

Excellent accommodations for family stay in the city. The mini kitchen allowed flexibility for meals and snacks. The staff was friendly and helpful, and provided extras as needed. Only downside was no wi-fi service without added fees.

The location is very central, close to both Circular Quay and Darling Harbor. Some late night noise because of the nightlife nearby, but not extreme. More noise from the hallway than from outside. Would have liked to have had a deadbolt on the door.

Hôtel très bien situé! Très propre! Les serviettes de toilettes sont changées tous les jours et le ménage est aussi fait tous les jours! Même en appart hôtel! Le seul petit problème, est que personne,même les réceptionnistes ne parle un mot de français!

Ideal nach Abschluss einer Wohnmobiltour. Mit der vollständigen Küche kann man sich langsam umgewöhnen und hat mit dem großen Zimmer gut Platz sich wieder zu sortieren. Lage super. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten im Fußbereich und man ist gleich in den Rocks zum Essen oder was zu trinken. ShuttleService zum Flughafen vorhanden, dauert aber ewig. Emplacement ideal pour decouvrir Sydney, la visite du centre ville peut se faire a pied. Quartier tres sur, tres vivant, et tres pres de la station desservie par le train aeroport/centre ville (3 minutes a pied). Piscine sur le toit avec vue superbe, coin BBQ, salle de fitness. Grande chambre et kitchenette tres fonctionnelle et bien equipee (superette […] d'alimentation en face de l'hotel). La chambre est très confortable. Même avec 3 enfants, l'espace y est suffisant. L'endroit est très sécurisé. La réception est toujours ouverte. Le lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche-linge sont bien pratiques. Les couchages sont très confortables. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement. Mantra ligger i hörnet av George Str och Bond Str. Hotellet är 19 våningar högt med en utsikt ut mot andra höga hus. Jag kunde skymta hamnens vatten i från mitt rum på 14:e våningen. Kanon bra rum med tvättmaskin och ett litet kök för självhushåll. Bara handla frukostmat på det närliggande Woolworth eller Coles ett par kvarter längst George str. Best location you can have. Close to circular Quay, Darling harbour and everything else. We had an appartment and it had it all. 2 TVs, dishwasher, iron, washingmachine, dryer etc. Only downside was the ethernet rate which was nothing but a joke. No wifi.

Sentralt plassert leilighetshotell i Sydney. Gode rom, god service. Hotellet har svømmebasseng og et lite trenigssenter, og er i gangavstand fra the Rocks, operaen, cirkular quay og botanisk hage. Shuttlebuss til flyplassen. Anbefales!

Hatten 4-Personen Appartement. Großzügige Räume, saubere Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügeleisen etc. ebenfalls vorhanden. Dachterrasse mit Pool und Whirlpool ein Genuss - herrlicher Ausblick.
