I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. My family and I had plenty of room and the hotel was clean with nice clean rooms. I will be using this hotel again in the future when I visit Pigeon Forge again.

The rooms, the views, the food, the pools, everything @ this hotel was great! Far enough away from hustle and bustle, yet close enough to all the shops, Dollywood, shows etc. Employees helpful and pretty nice. We will book again! Thanks

only thing I did not like was having to call each day and request room maintenance, (clean linens-ex. towels)

Need more tables for breakfast to sit at or at least some trays to carry your food back to your room. It's hard to carry your food and drink back up to your room on an elevator.

Very nice place to stay. Staff was very knowledgable and friendly. The breakfast was awesome! Would recommend this place to everyone!

My three girls my sister and I stayed March 10th thru March 14th. We loved the hotel!!! It's awesome!!! We will always still here when we return to Pigeon Forge!!! Thank y'all so much!!!

very nice,nice indoor pool nice clean room good beds ,ok continental breakfast thought I saw eggs on pix but there were no eggs there were pancakes and biscuits and gravy though. front desk not too helpful

All I can say is excellent

This was a nice hotel, great location and the room was much bigger than I anticipated. It had a stove, fridge and microwave. The only problem was the room smelled not fresh. After purchasing some cleaning products, it was better. Would stay again.

never been to this place but very satisfied... off the beaten path but a perfect location. the breakfast was ok, very very crowded and nowhere to sit but the price of the room saved enough to enjoy a great breakfast at the ole mill, just down the street. The rooms are like small apartments. They have a sitting area with couch and a small kitchen with a full size fridge. Our balcony looked onto the river and mountains. Even though it was crowded at breakfast time we always found a table and they kept the supplies well stocked. The indoor pool was a plus and the staff was quick to adjust the jacuzzi temperature […] if it wasn't just right. The location was just up the street from the main strip in Pigeon Forge. There is trolly service although I didn't use it. It is a short drive to Gatlinburg Village or the National Park. I would definitely stay here again. Lees meer

This is the second time we've stayed at a Mainstay hotel. We love having the seperate sitting room and bedroom.

after several visits to this establishment over the years, i feel very confident in saying this is a very good place to stay.

Nice and neat on the outside. Dissapointed with the room, not as clean as it should be and TV old and stopped working.

We needed a place to stay while exploring the parks and scenic byways of Tennessee and North Carolina. You never know what you're going to get in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg ('Christian Vegas') so we relied on Hotels.com ratings. This place suited our needs just fine. We enjoyed the quiet location. Room was nice. We were missing our iron and the ice maker didn't work but these were quickly remedied. Would stay here again.

The hotel has been renovated since we were there last. It was a nice surprise. It was very clean last time we were there, but now it is nicely updated too. The staff was very friendly. We lLoved the location. The hotel was close to everything but at the same time off the main path which gave good security and a peaceful sleep.

Hotel was nice and I recommend it, but the checking in process was weird. They have you sit down in a chair in an office as they check you in. Breakfast was good.

This hotel was a very nice pick for my family. It was a great location, just off the main road in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms for a great size for a family of 5 (fold out sofa bed) and the private balcony was a plus. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was nice as well. The hotel was awesome! Clean and comforter room. Nice free breakfast. It was minutes from Dollywood and Five Oaks Outlet Center. We will defintely return to Mainstay. I loved the hotel setting. It was like being in a subdivision.

Close to ski area, Warm indoor pool, Clean, Good breakfast, Big rooms. Good price.

The room had an unpleasant smell and the sofabed caused back pain.

This motel has a lot going for it: 1. Off the parkway,but still in walking distance to the shops. 2. The free breakfast was great and had a nice variety. 3. We would choose this hotel without searching further if we go back to Pigeon Forge.

Large one room suite with balcony. Perfect for mom with three teens there to see the sights. Good breakfast, decent pool area, perfect location just off the middle of the busy parkway. Best of the 5 places we stayed on a 2 week vacation. We were there only 3 days, but would stay again. Great family spot.

Everyone was friendly, rooms were great.My kids loved the lazy river pool the most.
