This is a great hotel for families. The in room kitchens make a stay much more family friendly than equivalently priced hotels. Friendly staff.

The rate as very affordable. The . room was very comfortable and clean but the furniture had stains all over the material. Besides that we enjoyed our stay.

We have two dogs and it is always a challenge to find a decent place to stay while on one of our journeys. However, Homestead provided us with a grill for a planned bbq with our son and daughter-in-law, a large yard for the dogs to romp and some friendly neighbors that shared the space with us. All-in-all it was a pleasant experience.

This was an ideal overnight place for us--two adults and two young children. We spent the day in KC with family who were attending a conference and then stayed overnight before returning home by car the next morning. Nothing fancy, but clean and quiet and a good value.

Booked non smoking with 2 beds, was assigned smoking with 2 beds. Assigned new room, took 3 tries to find a clean one, all had been marked as having been cleaned, but they were not. Room 204 had one bed and a fold out couch for 1 night.this room still had soap scum in the shower and toothpaste on the sink faucet. Assigned new room (room 222) for the […] next 4 nights. non smoking with two beds. Ironing board had a cover that had no way of keeping it in place and there was no padding. room 222 - control switch to change from bath tub filling to shower needed two hands to operate, very hard to operate. my wife could not operate it at all. reported to hotel, next day there was only a very small improvement. the three beds and one fold out couch that we tried all had plastic or vinyl covers on the mattresses, sitting, laying or any movement on them caused a noise like rubbing two balloons together. Could not get a good nights sleep. got back to the hotel for out last night there and neither of our keys would work. the only bright spot was the desk clerk who took it personnaly that the rooms were not clean and the beds were noisy. The beds were not comfortable at all and when you turned over the beds made a loud noise. The beds at the Micotel down the road was superior to yours. The motel as a whole is in need of an update. Not what you see on line.

the customer service of this hotel is great but they have a serious ant problem, they were in our clothes, on tables and food. once they take care of this problem everything will be fine.

The staff at the hotel during exceeded my expectations! This hotel is definitely the best of any of the Extended Stay brands I have stayed at!!

Hotel was a good value for the price however the television and cable service is in dire need of upgrading. The tv was old, and picture was not good. The cable service and channel selection was not good either. Not many channels and most were infomercials or "off the wall" stuff that not too many people watch. Everything was clean, the staff was super nice and I would definetly stay there again. Very close to shopping, and the airport.

It is what you would or should expect for the price. Mostly clean (although when I washed the counter it was obviously much dirtier than it appeared), moderately comfortable, and adequate. Do not expect any frills. I did request a crib and was told they only had one and had loaned it to a "sister hotel". When it was finally provided to me on my fourth […] night of stay, it smelled so badly of cigarette smoke that it was unusable. The front desk staff was always kind, but I got the feeling the hotel was very poorly managed. If you just need a cheap place to stay with a kitchen to cook in, this will work. Lees meer

My room had the smell of farts embedded in it. I went to Walmart and bought room freshener and a candle. It appeared clean but with a smell like that it was hard to believe it could be since it smelled so bad. Don't stay here - stay at the Comfort Inn next door. I've stayed there a couple times and it was fine and only a tiny bit higher price. I thought […] I would try somewhere different and save a couple bucks but it was definately NOT worth the few dollars I saved. Also no shampoo - only nasty bar soap and no breakfast of any kind. Shady characters working there and staying there. They don't even supply shampoo and conditioner. No business center. If you have an early flight to the airport, make sure you get your request in writing that they agree to take you. Beds are uncomfortabe and the whole place needs a renovation. Wow what a great Hotel! I was at a convention at the Embasy Suites but no way was I going to pay their rate, so I booked my room here at half the price and it was GREAT! The room was clean, comfortable and had a full kitchen so I was able to make my own late night snak! I'd deffinately recomend it and will stay there again when I'm back in town!

Desk couldn't direct us to hotel from MCI. Amenities lacking although the hotel was clean. Hard to find even with directions. It wasn't awful but for a few dollars more, there are man better options.

This hotel is very outdated. The bed was hard and squeaked anytime you sat on it or moved. If you stay for more than one night, there is an additional charge to get extra towels or have your room cleaned. Will not be staying here again. It is worth it to pay $10 extra dollars to stay at the sleep in next door or one of the other hotels in the area.

Horrible stay, no shampoo or conditioner, very few towels for 4 people, the room was SMALL!!! and the comforter had a HUGE burn hole in the middle, the room was also outdated and very dirty. they were somewhat nice. will NEVER stay again! pay 5-10 more bucks and you can get a better place!

The room was a nice size, no shampoo though. They say they have continental breakfast, they don't. Kitchenette was a good size, but there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

The locations was great, the room was not. The blanket was stained, the chairs were stained, the AC did not work(it was 81 in the room). The beds are as hard as a rock! I will never stay there again.

I found the beds very uncomfortable. The room has everything for a short stay and is basic. Expect no luxury unless you are used to Super8 or similar. My room (227) had a very noisy AC.

We needed a hotel close to the airport due to an early flight. Price was a great rate, and the service was great. Will definitely stay there again.

Decent sized room with kitchenette! Nice pool! We'll be back!

We needed an expensive place close to the airport and was surprised with a very clean modern hotel. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable. For the price, I don't think it is possible to beat this place.

I'd always had good luck at Homstead hotels, this one was different. 1. Our first room had no a/c and no ice maker, though we were moved to a room that did. 2. The blanket under the comforter had huge buggers on it, we stripped it off and threw it on the floor, then checked the sheets and comforter for anything that may be there. 3. They have a vending […] machine room, but no change, the greeter had to give me a roll of dimes so i could use the vending machines, and the prices were completely outrageous!!!! 4. My wife thought she felt something on her shoulder, thinking it was her hair, she reached back and there was a huge bug, never seen this kind before, hit it with a shoe, went to get a napkin and it was gone ... finally got a hold of it and put it in a plastic bag for the front desk to see. Although the price was good, i'd pay an extra $50 to stay somewhere else near the airport... Lees meer
