We had a wonderful stay and because you allow pets, we were able to stay a day longer.

My family and I stayed 2 night here April12/13 and the first impression was it was nice for the price but after 1 night of staying here we noticed bug bites all over my daugher and husband. We thought it was from mosquitoes but I did not have any. Then we realized that they were all in a line of 3-Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner! We stayed in room 112. It looked […] clean but I wish I would have checked the beds before we slept in them. We encounted Bed Bugs at a state park in Tennessee last year so we knew what they were. Old looking,hard beds,smell in room.

This was a quick in after dark, leave before the sun came up, so we really don't have much to go on. But it served our needs.

Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The windows had mold around the frame. I found an insect in my bed (it wasn't a bed bug). Bed was a bit on the soft side. But other than that, it was tolerable, shower was good, with a massage shower head, decent standard breakfast.

Would recommend to anyone & will stay there anytime we are in the vicinity

Very nice staff, and the owner wants to ensure you have a good stay.

Clean room, comfortable bed, breakfast was fine. For the price, this hotel was very acceptable.

We stay in this hotel everytime we go to Hendersonville (about 8 times a year). It is a nice, clean, inexpensive hotel in a location near Historic Hendersonville and a short drive to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. It is also only a block away from The Fireside Restaurant...the best breafast I have ever had!!!

I stayed at this hotel w/ my fiancé for New Years and our friends stayed at the expensive Esmerelda for 4x what we paid. Our room was twice as big, had more amenities, and included the free breakfast. The only complaint I have is the A/C not being that efficient. It was pretty hot in the room upon arrival and the A/C didn't help all that much.

They let me have my dog, and even though we got looks from people because she is a big dog, the hotel staff were very welcoming. We stayed for five days and the kids loved the breakfast.

The tile bathroom had no heat in it - so it was like an ice-box! And the commode was not anchored correctly so it rocked back and forth. We were there 2 nights, and the maid came, cleaned, and removed the soap, leaving none. Also did not replace the shampoo, etc. It was Christmas Day, but there was no fruit of any kind at the "breakfast", and there […] still was no fruit the next day, nor any muffins, pastries, etc. Lees meer

It was a perfect place to spend a night on a road trip. The staff was very courteous and friendly, and also very helpful and knowledgeable. I would come back here again.

I've now stayed at this hotel twice. Great value, good clean room, nice clean breakfast area, well stocked breakfast choices. This has been the perfect place for me and I'll stay here again.

This Ramada was adequate for our two day trip in Hendersonville. The room was clean, staff was very friendly, and the location was decent. We went for a cheap room since it was only for one night. The breakfast was okay and they don't have HBO. Overall, not a bad deal for the money.

WE were very pleased with the hotel. It was just what we needed and was not so pricey. The room was very clean and the breakfast the next morning was great, with eggs, bacon, waffles, orange juice, coffee, muffins, toast, bagels and jelly. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was moderately satisfactory for the price. I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay, but ok for one night. There was a lot to do in the area so the location was good. Hotel staff were not very friendly, but efficient. Breakfast was included and the coffee was good.

The location was convenient; the staff was very cordial and helpful, and the stay was very satisfactory. I'll stay there again when I'm back in Hendersonville.

Very nice owners and hotel personnel. They try to insure that you have a good stay.

Our visit was great. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast area was manned by an efficient, helpful and,courteous gentleman.

The room was wonderful, and the staff was great, especially the man that helped out with the continental breakfast, he was wonderful! My only concern was that we had a lot of luggage (travelling with a toddler) and the luggage carts were extremely rickety.

Very good service. For the price of this motel, the condition of the property and the quality of service was admirable.

The staff were most attentive and helpful. The evening attendant helped us with local dinner choices. Upon checkout, the morning attendant was also most helpful. The room was clean, and the price was great. This was a supper value at a great price.

Other hotels were considerably more $$. I thought that for the price the Ramada was a great deal. All went well for us during our overnight stay.

The hotel itself is fine, an older Ramada Inn in a good location. When we checked in I was not crazy about the attitude of the man checking us in, he was a bit condescending. The guy who checked us out was excellent. The breakfast was poor. The eggs was rubber/microwaved gross and the bacon was tiny pieces of disgusting looking fat. The breakfast attendant […] could not have been nicer, except it did not make up for the pathetic breakfast. This hotel allowed dogs (we don't have one), but I think that is the draw to customers traveling with dogs. I would not return here. Lees meer

We always choose to stay at the Ramada in Hendersonville. Great access to the highways and close to Historic Hendersonville and to other shops. The service we recieve is excellant. The Guy in the kitchen is wonderful and needs to get a raise. We will always stay at tis location when we come to Hendersonville.

After three days on the road on motorcycles, our group was road weary. We were not sure what to expect with this hotel because of the reasonable price. We were pleasantly surprised and pleased. It is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is okay, but then this isn't a resort either. It is convenient to the interstate, principal roads, restaurants, gas […] and scenic driving.
