Hotel de Chateaudun Opéra in Parijs

Although the staff was very friendly and helpful, just don't stay here because bathroom is very dirty and location is really inconvenient. In the ballpark of the price, I'm sure you can find a better place (or at least more convenient location).

i was here for three days and stayed in a single. location and price are hard to beat. the issue for me was the bathroom. sink was metal and from the 70s or 80s and stained. there is not designated bathtub. so there's a shower with a big shower curtain but you end up getting much of the bathroom wet. the good is that the the staff is pleasant and attentive […] and the linens and towels are nice and crisp and comfortable. breakfast included several pastries, nutella, cheeses, jams, cereals and was good. i would recommend this place but people on budget but if the bathroom was nicer, i would give this place much better ratings and would stay here again. This Opera district Hotel is in desperate need of an update. The lobby is fresh but the rooms and especially the bathrooms need help. This hotel served as a great resting place for our heads in our whirlwind tour of Paris - but, next time, I'm opting for a different place. Not horrible, but definitely not what you would expect for a 3 star hotel.

Hotel de Chateaudun is located in the Opera district and in walking distance to a few metro stops and the Opera. The service was excellent. Bi-lingual staff. The hotel looks as though it was last updated in the 1980's and doesn't really look like the photos. The room was cozy and rather HOT. The avg. temps in Paris were in the mid to upper 60's F. The […] temp in the hotel seemed to be 80 F. The A/C did not cool the room down whatsoever. The bathroom tile could use regrouting as there was a lot of mildew built-up in between the tiles. Hotel was well kept and it was just steps away from the train station, Notre-Dame-de-Lorette. Would recommend it if you're not willing to spend more than $100per night, otherwise if you're looking for a nice looking hotel don't stay here. Service could definitely improve, the staff was not very helpful and they did not understand english most of the […] time. Would stay here again only if we wanted to save some money but i would definitely try another hotel. Breakfast is 10 Euros. pretty good location from Gare de Norde. Friendly stuff to meet you. clean room and perfectly made up beds. Bathroom desperately in need for renovation. Curtains dirty.

Good price for the location...great right, but the reception personnel doesn't have to treat you like you owe them something. I found them very rude and unwelcoming. The room itself was very cramped and the AC wasn't working for the duration of our stay. Repeated attempts were taken to mitigate the AC issue but it was all in vain. I will never stay in this hotel again and I would not recommend it to anyone...unless of course, you don't care about customer service and comfort. The only positive point is it's a good location. Hotell under medel men för en natt var det ok. Finns dock inte någon parkering vid hotellet utan vi blev hänvisade till parkeringshus ca 6-700 meter bort, till en mycket hög kostnad :(

BUENO, EXCELENTE ATENCIÓN DEL PERSONAL, PERO EL ASCENSOR, EL PASILLO Y LA HABITACION ERAN DEMASIADO ESTRECHOS, TANTO ASÍ QUE NO HABIA NI UNA SILLA, SOLO UN PISO. PIENSO QUE ERA PARA UNA SOLA PERSONA, PORQUE YO NO TENIA DONDE DEJAR MI ROPA. A PROPOSITO, NO ME HAN ABONADO MIS NOCHES DE ESTADIA EN ESTE HOTEL

Mal situé. La rue est vraiment sans vie hors la circulation dense. Accessoirement j'ai demandé un grand lit lors de la réservation et j'ai dormi dans un lit de 90. Dommage. Propre et bon accueil.

Les plus : - près d'une station de métro - quartier calme - wifi Les moins : - la ligne de métro passe sous l’hôtel, donc dans la chambre toutes les minutes - chambre très sombre - salle de bain très vieillotte (à l'italienne) Ne mérite pas ce prix là, je n'y retournerai pas.

Très bon emplacement de l'hôtel, proche des champs Élysées, des galeries lafayettes, du musée du Louvre, du musée Grevin et du théatre Mogador. Nous y avons passé uniquement 2 nuits mais nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse de l'accueil, et nous y reviendrons certainement lors de notre prochain séjour sur Paris.

J'ai beau chercher, je ne comprends toujours pas comment cet hôtel peut être classé 3 étoiles. La chambre était très exiguë et le chauffage très insuffisant. Il y a avait un chauffage d'appoint mais impossible de le brancher, sauf en débranchant le seul pauvre lampadaire qui éclairait très peu la pièce, ou bien la TV.... Vieillot, sombre, étroit, chambre petite et bruit du métro. Le linge était propre, le personnel aimable.

C'est avec une certaine méfiance que je me rendai à cet hôtel , car les avis dont j'avais pris connaissance , après ma réservation , n'étaient guère élogieux , quant à la propreté des chambres et au calme . J'avais pris soin d'envoyer à l'hôtel un petit mail de précaution leur demandant de m'éviter , si possible , les désagréments cités dans les commentaires. Je […] me suis retrouvé dans une chambre spacieuse , un peu vieillotte certes mais propore ( la moquette parfois un peu tachée mais on était loin de ce que j'avais lu) .C'est surtout le SDB qui est d'un autre âge : les robinets sans mitigeurs , le carrelage couleur années 60 , le flexible dénudé etc , ce n'est pas le dernier cri , mais elle est propre . Un bon point pour la literie : lit spacieux , très confortable , draps propres .Visiblement , un effort est fait à ce sujet , j'ai donc bien dormi . Le problème du calme , ce sont les vibrations du métro , hélas que l'on ressent un peu . Mais le top , si vous y allez , c'est l'accueil du receptionniste Omar ! Un monsieur dévoué, attentif , souriant , aimable et drôle . J'ai bien bavardé avec lui et franchement , moi qui vais souvent à l'hôtel à Paris , on ne tombe pas tous les jours sur un accueil aussi spontané et amical . Je ne peux pas parler du petit déjeuner , je n'ai pas eu le temps de le prendre . En conclusion , si je dois revenir à Mogador , je retourne à cet hôtel , d'autant plus que le receptionniste m'a précisé qu'un programme de gros travaux de rénovation était engagé . A suivre ! I think hotels in Paris are always small. In that sense, this hotel is the same but it is comfortable and staffs are very kind. It is old but sometimes it is exciting to experience old Paris building. Location is quite comfortable because the bus from to airport is well nearby (opera)

Nie drogi i dobrze położony hotel, na luksusy nie ma co liczyć bo to nie Hilton, ale jest OK - adekwatnie do ceny.

Un acceuil très sympatique. Une chambre propre et confortable. Petit bémol : un petit déjeuner un peu cher.

Hôtel particuliérement sale. Moquettes, couloir et intérieur de la chambre, exigüe, ( 43 ) couvertes de tâches. Petit déjeuner trés simple pour un prix élevé 13€. Cet établissement ne devrait pas être classé en 3 étoiles.

Very small hotel but its close to the opera, Apple store and metro. It has the best wireless Internett connection i have tried in france with 7mbit in an 0,7 mbit out free of charge. I felt the air in my room was a bit bad for allergy from the old ventilation, but maybe it was only me. Great service

The hotel was kinda shabby but clean. And the location is quite good. The elevator was really small and in the first room there was mildew on the ceiling.. creepy. But all in all it's a ok hotel.

Cet hôtel est idéalement placé pour ceux qui veulent aller à Mogador et visiter un peu les environs....sans être trop regardant quant à la propreté du lieu (malgré les trois étoiles!!!) : moquette tachée, rideaux poussiéreux, et cafard dans la salle de bains... Un autre bon point : la présence 24h/24 d'un employé aimable à l'accueil.

Bonjour, Cet hotel a dû trouver une troisième étoile tombée du ciel. Son service et son standing ne correspondent pas du tout à une classification 3*. La chambre est exigüe:- de 10 m2. Hotel tres mediocre. Ne merite pas ses 3 etoiles, 2 sont largement suffisantes. Reception correcte, communs delabres et sales, chambre negligee, moquette sale, pas de clim, il y a un bar dans la chambre mais vide... prises electriques dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnent pas, les autres sont suspendues par leur propre fil sous un meuble. We had read comments about this hotel before we went, so we were not surprised. Really ugly furniture and "well used" bathroom. Not what you expect from a ***hotel, but ok for a short stay. The room was clean, and the bed was good, so we can recommend it. The staff was nice and helpful.

Hotel de charme, séjour d'un weekend très bien passé. Le personnel a vraiment été à la hauteur, tant par leur gentillesse que par leur proposition de services qui nous ont permit de profiter de notre séjour sans contrainte.
