Een goed motel met supervriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zeker een aanrader. Is makkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer en als je een auto hebt, er is voldoende parkeerplaats.

Hotel is zeer gunstig gelegen downtown in Robson Street. Inrichting van de kamer is wat sober ,maar de kamer is zeer ruim en allen op een hoek gelegen met balkon. Roken is in het hotel niet toegestaan. Goed restaurant en halte van Hop on Hop off bus voor de deur. Parkeergarage onder het hotel en geldautomaat naast het hotel op hoek Bute street.

Heel mooi hotel voor redelijke prijs. Het voelt gewoon goed aan. Alleen jammer dat het uitzicht (ook van de bovenste, 14e verdieping) beperkt wordt door een nieuw gebouw, dat er tegenaan geplaatst is.

De kamers zijn voorzien van enkel glas. Zelfs op de hoogste verdieping, de 15de hadden we last van het geluid van het verkeer. De ligging is echter perfect om Vancouver wandelend te ontdekken. Gezellig in het centrum.

De beoordeling is gebaseerd op het verblijf in het hotel en wat niet mee genomen is de kwaliteit en service in het restaurant, het ontbijt is slecht in onze ogen we hebben al in vele landen en hotels geweest maar dit slaat alles, een keer gegeten, geen tip gegeven , de rest van de dagen ergens anders gegeten . Eind conclusie heel goed hotel maar je moet er niet gaan eten.
Ligging.
The Delta Vancouver Airport ligt heel handig vlak bij de luchthaven in Richmond, dicht bij Centrum Aberdeen, Richmond Olympic Oval en Winkelcentrum Richmond Centre. Bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving zijn onder andere BC Place-stadion en Botanische tuin VanDusen.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
The Delta Vancouver Airport heeft een healthclub, een buitenzwembad en een fitnesscentrum. Een draadloze internetverbinding is gratis beschikbaar in openbare ruimtes. De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze 3,5-sterrenaccommodatie zijn onder andere een businesscentrum, vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen en vergaderruimtes. Dit hotel biedt diverse eetgelegenheden, zoals 2 restaurants plus een koffiebar/café en een bar/lounge. Het personeel kan op verzoek een conciërgeservice, een cateringdienst voor evenementen en zakelijke diensten regelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een spa, meertalig personeel en een cadeaushop of kiosk. Gasten kunnen gratis gebruikmaken van vervoer zoals een lokale shuttlebus, een luchthavenshuttle en een shuttlebus van en naar het winkelcentrum. The Delta Vancouver Airport heeft 414 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een kluis en een gratis krant. Bij betaling kan een snelle internetverbinding (via kabel) worden aangeboden. Elke televisie heeft kanalen via kabel/satelliet en betaalfilms.
Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker en een föhn. Bovendien kun je op verzoek gebruikmaken van voorzieningen zoals massagebehandelingen op de kamer, hypoallergeen beddengoed en een telefonische wekdienst. Een huishoudservice is dagelijks beschikbaar. De renovatie van alle kamers werd in januari 2010 voltooid.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag worden aangerekend.

"Do not use the restaurant."
The hotel boasts about free internet, but there is no wireless internet in the rooms and there is no support for MacBooks even with wired internet. Staff is unfriendly. Server was coughing in her hands and then bringing food from the kitchen. The staff is unfriendly. Staff are extremely friendly and accomodating. Transportation to the airport and Harbour Air make this hotel a convenient layover accomodation for us and will continue into the future.

"Would stay here again"
A wonderful property. Double check on self-parking. There are parking meters all over their parking lot after you park your car. I didn't locate any free parking. The Pier 73 seafood restaurant attached to this property is first class. The Ling Cod is to live for. No plane noise. Will stay here again.

"Delta Hotel"
Had to be up super early for flight out of Vancouver. This was the closest, most affordable option. Nice hotel, looks like it was build awhile ago, but they have done a good job keeping the interior looking modern. Super comfortable bed and good internet access. However, no wifi available, you have to plug into wired connection to get internet. Business […] center was not great. Everything cost money, had no way of printing itinerary or looking up boarding info without giving credit card. Never have stayed somewhere that had a business center that charged before. we had to take a 6.15am flight to los cabos so we decided to pick a hotel close to the airport but did not want to compromise on quality. For $30 extra (compared to the cheaper options) this hotel was a gem. Room was comfortable , staff were friendly and the access to the restuarant (is it Pier XX) was just great. wish it were connected to the hotel […] but it was a hop skip and jump away. shuttle was punctual (every 20 minutes after 4am and got us there on time as promised, We even got complementary coffee that early in the morning. All would have been fine if there had been either (a) a door on the room to the ice maker, or (b) a way to program the ice maker not to "dump" every 45 minutes throughout the night. As the hotel was not full, they also could have easily put us in another room, instead of the one immediately beside the ice maker.
I profusely apologize for the inconvenience from the ice machine noise. We have set these machines on the timers so that at night they do not make any sound. I have asked my maintenance team to fix it right away. Thank you for your feedback and I hope that you enjoyed the rest of your stay.

Excellent business services and airport shuttle but little around the hotel except highways and boat docks. New casino is accessible at the Bridgeport Sky train station, ten minutes away by cab.

Those are the three words I would use to best describe this hotel and the attentive staff who served us. While this hotel is not located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, it is conveniently located near the airport which is exactly what we were looking for while waiting to fly home from our cruise. During our stay we really didn't notice any of the […] typical aircraft/airport noise, which was nice given how close the hotel is to the airport. Our room was well appointed and incredibly comfortable, with a wonderful water view. The staff was very gracious and accommodating, they even offered to provide us a free shuttle ride to the nearby fisherman's wharf in Steveston. My husband enjoyed a wonderful afternoon strolling around the cute village and had a delicious lunch overlooking the harbor. That evening we ate dinner at the restaurant/bar that is adjacent to the Delta hotel and found the food, service, and view an enjoyable cap to a lovely day. The next morning we hopped on the convenient free shuttle for a short ride to the airport and headed home. I will definitely plan to stay at this hotel again when traveling through Vancouver. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 20 years and see its toll.I had order a king size room and got a room with a chair and double bed. we checked in late for our flight did not arrive until midnight and was very sick did not have the energy to go back downstairs to have this changed. When i mentioned this in the am I was told I should […] have come down and all the rooms are the same price that it did not matter which room you stayed in. That was enough to say hey it thats how you feel about your customers then you don't need my bookings. I have stayed at all Delta accross canadian and really enjoyed my stay but twice now at the Van Airport i have not been impressed! Time to move on to another hotel. Shame Lees meer

"Ohhhh boy those mattresses are so awesome"
We spend ten days in Mexico and they had mattresses that were hard as a rock, I am having back problems in no time so that was not to convenient. Arriving at the Delta Vancouver Airport was like coming to heaven, everything about the hotel I like but the mattresses are a delight, so nice and soft after the rock in Mexico .........now that is what a […] hotel bed should be. "A Perfect Airport Hotel"
This is a great hotel for those needing a stay near the airport. It was all we could ask for - clean, comfortable, convenient and good value for the money. Pier 73 Restaurant is excellent.
"Delta Airport Hotel in Vancouver"
Shuttles to airport every half hour and the drivers were all friendly and glad to help with any questions I asked. The hotel room was cosy. I was quite disappointed that breakfast was not included. However, other than that, it was a comfortable experience for me.
