Ligging direct bij winkelcentrum en winkelstraat,3 supermarkten binnen staal van 100 meter.Tram halte op 150 meter.Restaurants in directe omgeving,station(1 km) ,alsmede busstation(800mtr). Ontbijt ruim voldoende,verder geen eetmogelijkheid. Airconditioning. Alle bekende toeristensites van Nice op loopafstand.

een net hotel met een mooie centrale liging met veel mobelijkheden op loopafstand.
Ligging.
B4 Nice Plaza ligt handig vlak bij de luchthaven, in het hartje van Nice, op loopafstand van Jardin Albert 1er, Place Massena en Promenade des Anglais. Andere bezienswaardigheden in de buurt van dit hotel zijn Castle Hill en Cours Saleya.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Kom helemaal tot rust op het private kiezelstrand dat op 50 meter afstand ligt. Dit hotel voor zaken biedt diverse eetgelegenheden, zoals een restaurant en een bar/lounge. Gasten krijgen gratis ontbijt. In openbare ruimtes is een gratis snelle internetverbinding (draadloos en via kabel) beschikbaar, terwijl de accommodatie over een werkstation beschikt. De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze 4-sterrenaccommodatie zijn onder andere een businesscentrum en vergaderruimtes. Het personeel kan op verzoek een conciërgeservice, hulp bij excursies/tickets en een huwelijksservice regelen. Elke kamer heeft een lcd-televisie met kanalen via satelliet. Elke accommodatie biedt een bureau, een gratis krant en een telefoon met directe buitenlijn. Elke badkamer is uitgerust met bad of douche met een extra diep bad en een handdouche. Daarnaast heeft elke badkamer ook een föhn en gratis toiletartikelen.
Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere openslaande ramen en verduisterende gordijnen. Bovendien kun je op verzoek gebruikmaken van voorzieningen zoals massagebehandelingen op de kamer, een strijkplank/strijkijzer en een telefonische wekdienst. Elke avond is een turndownservice beschikbaar.

Nice, de hoofdstad van de Rivièra, is beroemd om haar chique winkels en avant-gardistische cultuur. De Promenade des Anglais met haar palmbomen strekt zich uit tot de kiezelstranden van de Baie des Anges en loopt langs dure hotels en een casino. De hogerop gelegen grillige achterstraatjes van het oude Nice lopen langs barokke kerken. De exclusieve wijk Cimiez heeft Romeinse ruïnes en twee uitstekende museums voor moderne kunst. Het carnaval en het jazzfestival in juli trekken vele bezoekers.

"B4 Nice Plaza - Perfect location but....."
Perfectly located for shopping, bars and restaurants, no more than 10mins walk from anything. A tired room, a bar that closed at 9pm, and a minibar with no wine (in France?), along with no proper shower took the gloss off what would otherwise have been an excellent stay.

Located in the Plaza area of Nice it is a wonderful location. Within easy walking distance of Old Town Nice and of the Mediterranean. The staff at the facility was exceptionally friendly and helpful

Very well maintained restaurant. The conceierge was very helpful in recommending a good restaurant to try local cuisine. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was very good. It was 5 star rated. lovely hotel in an excellent location. you can easily walk to the shops and it's about a block or two from the beach. however the view from the restaurant on the roof is spectacular! Be sure to make dinner reservations if you want to eat there. we weren't told to make reservations and were told at 5pm they were booked. My hubby was upset that we weren't […] told. In all fairness we didn't ask. we've learned our lesson. we went to the restaurant anyway since it was empty at 6pm and sat down and although there was an attitude, they found a nice waiter and they served us dinner anyway. we were done in 30 minutes and still over half of the tables were empty when we left. the food was delicious! The breakfast buffet was great. The food was very fresh and the service was good. My only complaint is that our first morning there, they didn't give us our wake up call and we almost missed our tour. If you need a wake up call, you may want to express to them in advance how important wake up calls are. we had a travel alarm just in case, which inconveniently broke during our trip. Lees meer
"Dirty Room"
There was mildew from some water damage all over the carpet and the room smelled terrible. When complained about it we were told that the hotels around the area were all old and the rooms would be similar. Reluctantly they gave us another room which was cleaner. This was the worst hotel during our two week holiday. Nice was beautiful. We want to go […] back again so we checked out Le Meridien which is nearby in a beautiful location overlooking the beach. "B4 Nice Plaza - good but could be better"
There are many good things to say about this hotel. Excellent location, beautiful views across the sea front, the staff were great and we were upgraded to a junior suite on arrival. All good so far. However, then disappointed to discover a lack of wifi in the bedrooms (it is available in the lobby, but very slow and intermittent) and no tea or coffee […] making facilities in the room. "Avoid B4 Nice Hotel!"
This hotel is NOT a 4 star! It is filthy, run down and barely a 2 star. The carpet in the hallways is badly stained and dirty and the doors and door frames into each room look like they've been eaten by termites. I was given a room that had not been renovated. It was tiny, had no bedside lamp, nothing on the walls, a plastic cup in the bathroom.... […] I could go on and on. found the hotel convieniently located for both beach and city centre. hotel was very efficient and welcoming. our family room was clean and spacious. breakfast was well run with ample variation of choices to satisfy most tastes considered the price we payed very good value would certainly recommend this hotel
"Pleasantly surprised"
An older but well maintained hotel with a perfect location for a quick city break in Nice. That we booked a standard and got upgraded to a superior has to be mentioned, none the less we received a perfect view over the ocean and the park outside. The room was somewhat old, but the bed in good shape and every thing was very well maintained and clean. "Bosco Plaza - great location but..."
Great location but tired decor - the room we were offered on arrival was extremely poor - we said it was not up to 4* standard and we were then offered a far better and acceptable room. So don't take a poky back room if there is a plaza facing room four times the size available!

"Fantastic Location !"
The hotel is in a great place opposite the park, and just set back from the sea front (Prom des Anglais). We had requested a 5th floor room with balcony & sea view and it was great. The view was amazing and we didn't want to leave the room. We didn't have breakfast in our rate, it was pricey, and their are loads of lovely pavement cafes near by which […] was much more French! Hotel bar on 6th floor is great, amazing views , and very popular, only problem is trying to get any service. Staff are arrogant and completely uninterested, we left after having waited 45 mins & still no drink arrived (they are extorniate anyway!). "Huippupaikalla mutta hotelli rapistuu kovaa vauhti"
Hotellin sijainti oli loistava - keskellä kaikkea. Lentokentältä pääsi julkisella bussilla 1 € suoraan hotellille (linja 52, ratatiellä pysäkki). Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja auttoi kaikessa. Osasivat hyvin englantia. 5 kerroksen huoneista oli huimat näkymät keskuspuistoon ja merelle. Itse huone oli nähnyt parhaat päivät - sääli. Tumma kokolattiamatto, […] joten sen puhtaudesta ei voinut olla varma kun seinissä oli selviä pinttyneitä laikkuja. Pesuhuoneen karmit olivat lahot lattia tasosta noin 15 cm korkeudelle. Huoneemme oven kohdalta eräänä yönä tippui isot kattopanelit alas ja niiden mukana rappausta. Aamiainen oli hyvä (munakokkelia, lammasmakkaroita, pekonia, erilaisia juustoja, hyvää kinkkua, hedelmiä, jugurttia, jne). Jos hotelli peruskorjaisi paikkoja niin arvio nousisi 4-5 tähteen. Lees meer
"Perfekt läge nära havet och gamla stan."
B4 Nice Plaza är ett mycket bra alternativ om du vill bo nära havet och ha nära till gamla stan. Jag kan verkligen rekommendera att boka rum med havsutsikt och balkong. Frukosten på hotellet är bra. Terrassen på taket med havsutsikt är en utmärkt plats för en kvällsdrink.

"Viikonloppuloma"
Hotellin yleiset tilat oli tosi mukavat ja siistit, huone oli pettymys. Neljän tähden Hotelliksi huone oli todella nuhjuinen ja karu. Sijainti oli loistava ja aamiainen ok. Huoneemme oli ensimmäisessä kerroksessa ja liikenteen melu kuului hyvin, ranskalaisen parvekkeen ovi oli todella " heppoinen" ja ei eristänyt ääntä yhtään. Huonepalvelu ei toiminut, […] emme saaneet pyytämäämme apua vastaanotosta, eivät ehtineet käymään vaikka yövyimme siellä kolme yötä. Lees meer
"kaikkialle hyvät yhteydet"
Alku sisäänkirjoittamisen yhteydessä lupasi hyvää. Kun pääsimme osoitettuun huoneeseen, tökkäsi. Huone tosin oli merinäköalahuone, mutta muutaman neliömetrin "koppi". Ei kun heti valittamaan, saimme toki viiveellä suuremman (tosi sopivan kokoinen) huoneen, mutta se taas oli varustettu puutteellisin huonekaluin, tosin menetteli. Vaikutti vähän siltä, […] että meitä pohjoisen ihmisiä vähän "sorsittiin". Muutoin, kuten hotelliarvioinnista näkyy, hotellia kannattaa suositella, sillä esimerkiksi aamiainen on hyvä. Lees meer

Hôtel cher par rapport aux prestations. la propreté des chambres laisse à désiré. De plus, nous avons été réveillé par une personne entrant dans la chambre au petit matin.
"plaza nice"
très décue, d'une part nous n'avons pas été averti que le restaurant avec vue...était fermé ! d'autre part, nous avions la chambre 312, le sol n'était pas digne d'un hotel 4* ! carreaux cassés, idem pour la vasque de la salle de bain ! j'avais demandé un grand lit, il y avait 2 petits lits cote à cote, et le troisième lit avait un matelat avec un énorme […] creux au milieu ! C'est tout simplement honteux de faire payer si cher un hotel qui est loin d'avoir le confort et la classe d'un 4 * !!! marie hélène Lees meer

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas son statut d'hôtel quatre étoiles. Certes celui-ci est parfaitement situé au coeur de Nice et le personnel y est accueillant. Cependant l'état du bâtiment est vieillissant et se délâbre, les baignoires ne possède aucun rideau ou paroi de douche et le wifi qui est disponible dans les chambres l'est pour un prix exhorbitant. Ayant […] loué une chambre Deluxe seaview, les images présentes sur le site ne reflète pas du tout la réalité. Bref un hôtel très bien situé mais à ne pas recommander. Lees meer

J'ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hotel le prix de la chambre, petit déjeuner compris était très correct son emplacement est idéale pour une visite de nice l'hotel est trés propre , le personnel agréable, la chambre trés spacieuse. le seul bémol et de taille est son manque de parking privé. pour 3 jours j'ai du garer ma voiture dans un parking public et cela […] m'a couté environ 80 euros. "le Plaza Boscolo efficace et souriant"
Je viens de passer un court séjour à Nice en choisissant , sur les conseils de ma famille, le Boscolo Plaza. Je veux souligner la qualité de l'accueil, du service (avec voiture et chauffeur) et également insister sur la disponibilité du personnel. La chambre est vaste , claire et la salle de bains est audacieuse dans sa conception. j'ai noté que la […] chambre ne proposait pas de peignoirs en revanche le soleil entre par deux grandes ouvertures qui baigne , ainsi, de lumière tout l'espace. "海辺に面した窓からの眺めは素敵だ"
古いレビュー（今年の夏（2011.07) に宿泊）でごめんなさい。 夏の盛り、日差しも強く色彩の彩りも華やかな街だなあと思いながら過ごしたニースの街なみ。 そんな日差しを受けてひかってる海辺の景色がホテルの面している窓からは一望できてとても綺麗です。 海沿いではなく、少し引っ込んでいる立地ですので、海の青とその手前に続く緑や街並（多くはホテルですが）とがあいまった景色は、海の青だけが広がる景色とはまた違う趣でした。自分はこちらのほうが好きかな。 海辺の左手に広がる（海にむかって）旧市街へも５分ほどのアクセスで手軽に訪れられる距離。自分たちは、朝夕と訪れて満喫してきました。特に朝は、そこからさらに足を伸ばして海沿いに入り江の裏側まで足を伸ばしていい景色を堪能してきました。 海、街中と歩く […] ことで両方を抜けていくことができる立地な感じでよかったな。 な感じです。 Lees meer

La cosa che mi ha colpito di più in assoluto è stata la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale.Per quanto riguarda le camere secondo me non c'è una proporzione giusta tra il prezzo e la tipologia della stessa.Comunque a parte questo è stato un week end bellissimo e,la vista che avevo dalla camera ripagava di qualsiasi condizione negativa che si è […] potuta presentare.Un quinto piano vista mare centralissimo non ha prezzo...!!!! "Toppenläge"
Jättebra läge bland de dyra märkesklädesaffärerna, mitt mellan gamla stan och "moderna" shoppinggatan. Inte 4-stjärnigt i svenska mått men helt ok. Trevlig personal som kunde hjälpa oss med lokaltrafik m.m.
"Dårlig romstandard trekker ned"
En del av rommene er blitt pusset opp og skal visstnok være veldig bra. Selv om vi ba om et av disse oppussede rommene, fikk vi et gammelt utslitt rom som ga et dårlig inntrykk av hotellet. Den inkluderte "kontinentale" frokosten var også noe spartansk.

Hotel B4 Nice Plaza ligger perfekt plassert ved Place Massena, gamlebyen og strandpromenaden. Rommene er ikke akkurat nyoppusset, men ganske store, med stort bad og renholdet er bra. Resepsjon og fellesarealer i første etg er lyse og moderne med friske blomster over alt. God frokost!

Hotellet var meget nedslidt - restauranten var ikke tilgængelig for hotellets gæster (29.09.11 + 30.09.11 optaget til store selskaber og pr. 01.10.11 lukket for sæsonnen, trods 30 grader os super vejr) - morgenmaden var meget lidt spændende

"Bra läge i Nice"
Funktionellt, men inte så charmigt. Litet rum, men rent och fräscht. Trevlig personal. Tråkig frukostmatsal, men bra frukost. Fantastiskt läge i Nice.

Topp beliggenhet, litt trafikkstøy. litt slitte rom men bra renhold
Vi hadde et fint opphold. Sentralt beliggende hotell, god frokost, god service. Det som trakk litt ned var vond lukt på badet. Samt at det var mye bråk fra restaurant/bar i toppetasjen til kl 0200 natt til lørdag og lørdag morgen fra kl 0800 (det hørtes ut som om de ommøblerte hele etasjen, tunge ting ble dratt frem og tilbake). Très satisfait de l'accueil , du service au petit déjeuner. L'état de la chambre laisse à désirer . Elle demande un réfection : plafond et moquette. Vue splendide. Dommage que nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le bar de l'hôtel le soir de notre arrivée.
