This hotel was conveniently located, staff were consistently helpful and the place was lovely. The pool could use some cleaning, but otherwise, great place to stay. Kitchen area in the room (fridge plus kettle) was very helpful.

service needs to be better. Those back rooms need a thorough cleaning, carpets ripped up and the airconditioning unit outside the rooms is sickeningly loud.

This is not 4 star Hotel! 1)Hotel Reception staff stuffed us arround many times with the room and parking ectronic key access not working. 2) room was infested with insects crawling around the floor and bathroom. 3) Bed sheets and pillows were grubby. 4)Airconditioner needs cleaning with water spitting out of fan vent and water stained air grilles. 5)Also […] the A/C Controller not working Generally the managment needs replacing as this could be good facility. My wife was extremely pleased with the food provided by room service. Only complaint we have was the smell of mould or something in the room. we didn't notice it immediately but it became very evident after a day or so. And there was considerable mould noticeable in the shower recess. But it was a very good stay for the money we paid.

Had a great time. AC was dripping water when I turned it on. Mentioned it to front desk and someone fixed it and mopped up the water while I was at the pool. Heading back for two more nights in a couple of weeks.

I stayed in this hotel before and after a camping trip. It was reasonably priced and in a great location. The room I had on my first visit was very odd though - no window apart from a frosted pane over the door. But when I returned it was to a much more comfortable room, with a proper window! Excellent value for money. One issue both times in the last few months the internet access area in the hotel has not worked properly. An issue for me.

We really enjoyed our girls weekend. All the staff were warm and welcoming. We dropped a can of soft drink and rang reception and they were there knocking on the door to clean it up. We had a great time having a swim in the pool and just chilling out. We had such a great weekend we have booked for new years eve :-) Highly recommend!!!!

Great location... would be more than happy to stay here again... room decor may be slightly dated but was always kept very clean and did not have any problems. The reception was staffed by very helpful people, would recommend this hotel and use it again when I am in Darwin. This hotel did not live up to my expectations. My partner spoke to guests who were booked in more costly rooms and they did not seem to be faring any better. The hotel is a bit tired and the staff seemed to be the same. If I was looking to visit Darwin again this hotel would not be on my list of places to stay. Budget room which we had was not good, ants all over and not very clean either. No window! But the staff was really helpful and transferred us to a better room. We had some problems with that, too, and as a compensation we got a free breakfast which we thought was very good service.

The hotel is generally pleasant and well located very close to the centre of Darwin activity. Be careful if you ask for an early morning wake up call. Mine didn't happen and I have the same story from someone else. I almost missed my early morning flight. Also, I was given a room in a building with no elevator and had to drag a heavy suitcase up three […] flights of stairs, which I found very challenging. We were very impressed with the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, it is in a brilliant location - you are able to walk to many things of interest and the supermarket over the road is a bonus. It has a bus stop outside and the pools are wonderful. We stayed in a disabled access room and it was spacious and met our needs. Upon arrival we find a man in a heated debate about something the desk had lost on him.They eventually find it (Their fault) We are then given our room number so off we trot and try to open the door the key does not work because they had given this roon to someone else. After appologising to the people and being highly embarrassed we go back they give […] us another key to another room, which incidently we paid for to be a twin Queen beds for my son and I and we get one bed and a fold out bed YAH! So we had booked in for another night 3 days later we arrive and they booked us one KING bed, not nice for a 23 yo son. OVERALL a bad experience Lees meer

This hotel is VERY TIRED. Tiles chipping and dirty swimming pools. No hand towels or face washers. Limited bathroom supplies, of cheapest quality. Staff were all very pleasant and did all they could to help. No lock on bedroom window. Outdated television set. Could hardly watch due poor reception and colour. Food was quite good but expensive. I stayed here twice, the first time in the main building hotel which they claim is a 4 star. The room did not feel clean and the bathroom mirror was old and spotty black. I would give this a 2.5 star at best. The second time I stayed was in a budget motel room which was pretty bad. I suspect they had not cleaned the room, there was cup rings on the […] counter and the trash had not even been emptied. I went to get a new room and they said they had no more of the same class but if I wanted to upgrade I'd have to pay. It's not my fault the one room they had left was dirty, why should I pay!? Ridiculous. Then a storm came through and my room flooded,so they had no choice but to upgrade the room. The new room was a motel room class I believe, but it was down this dirty hallway in desperate need of paint as were all the room doors. It felt disgusting. Luckily the room was not that bad. It was still overall not very nice at all. Only stay here if you dont care AT ALL what the room/hotel is like and only need a place to stay for as cheap as possible. Lees meer

We stayed at Mirambeena for 2 nights before driving to Kakadu National Park and for 1 night on our return. We had 2 different room classes and would recommend an upgrade from the budget motel room to the next level. Our rooms were basic, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is located close to shopping and restaurants and has parking on site. As we didn't […] use any of the hotel facilities, I can't comment on them. Room smelled mouldy and damp, sheets on bed were damp to touch and room was not very clean. Reception said "its the tropics what did you expect?" and refused to do anything to help.

I was very hesitant to stay at this hotel, but I was treated well by the hotel and upgraded. The rooms were very clean, modern, and spacious. It's located a short walk away from a supermarket and Mitchell street which is a huge plus. Go have fun on Mitchell street and come back to this quiet hotel. Perfect!

I stayed here two separate nights as I arrived in Darwin to embark on a camping trip to Kakadu. Both times, I stayed in two different rooms, the bathrooms were dirty. Even my friends who stayed in the nicer section of the hotel had a dirty bathroom experience. This hotel has two distinct hotels within it. I stayed in the lousy part. When I arrived the power went out. My room was dirty (foot prints and hair in the bathroom). The bed was not comfortable. However, the worst part was the front desk did not book my shuttle. I awoke at 2:30am to catch it and at 3:00 found out that no one had called them. I had […] to take a taxi and pay for that on top of the shuttle I had prepaid. FRUSTRATING. I stayed at this hotel in Darwin for five nights. The surroundings were pretty good, quite close to Michell St., Woolsworth etc. The room was well taken care of .. but the staff. They were unfriendly and you you just bascially felt like some sort of intruder who just wanted to bother them. Australians are usually friendly, but not the ones at this  […] hotel. Lees meer

Meilleur hotel de mon voyage en australie, meilleur hotel testé à Darwin. Un peu plus cher que les autres, mais vaut largement le prix.
