Beoordeeld door een gast van Hotels.com op 27 jul, 2012Wij vonden de 4 overnachtingen in the Chesire helemaal top. Het is een mooi hotel, in oud Engelse stijl ingericht. Je denkt dat de Engelse dichters, schrijvers zo voorbij kunnen lopen. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en netjes. Het ontbijt is niet groots, maar wel voldoende. Het zwembad is goed. De fitnessruimte top. Ook 4 pc voor internetgebruik vrij beschrikbaar. Ook is de hulpbekwaamheid van de receptiemedewerkers zeer goed. Wij hebben naar ons zin gehad. Een aanrader.

I originally reserved a king bed room, and noted that one of us had allergies. We were placed on the second floor, which has significant issues with smoke from the smoking floor on the third floor due to a connected ventilation system in the bathrooms. The night staff moved us to a 1st floor room, but only a two double room was available. Points for […] friendly, helpful staff, but this is not a good hotel to stay in if you can't deal with a smoking environment due to the ventilation design. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Staff was nice, hotel was overall in pretty good shape. The room could have been a little cleaner, but was not terrible. Small complaints would be the shower head (leaky), the pillows and bed comfort were just not that good, and the grab and go breakfast didn't start until 7 (some people work early!!). Everything was great. The room was clean as well as the appliances and utensils. I was in STL for a week and stayed at 4 Extended Stays. This would be the best. The only complaint I have that could ruin the rating is the housekeeping guy walking in the my room in the morning while I was in bed. Luckily I had the latch on the door. That was unacceptable! Overall it was a nice place to stay. The hotel staff were very friendly. My children and I live in Florida while my siblings live in South Dakota. This was the half way point for us. I searched online to find a reasonably priced hotel and Extended Stay America was the one I chose. There were 9 of us all together, so having a refrigerator, stove and […] microwave kept our eating expenses quite low. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. (I only have one minor complaint: when we moved the arm chair and ottoman, we found two empty gatorade bottles that were under the chair.
