Candlewood Suites Airport - Salt Lake City in Salt Lake City

No ice makers on our floor or vending machines.

This was a clean and comfortable hotel. It lived up to the ratings I saw when I booked it. It is a place than can be rented by the day or the week, but was clean and nice, unlike some other weekly rental "suites" I have stayed at for 1 night. By the way, it is a room with a kitchen and a big chair, but not a suite in my book. I recommend.

The room was clean and I like the "honors" store very much. For longer stay with stove, frig and Microwave, this is a bargain.

This is the third time staying here and we are always satisfied with the trip. Very nice being close to the SLC airport.

Candlewood Suites are really designed for the business traveller staying for a few days and wanting some home comforts, with a well equipped small kitchen area etc. We were only staying the night, and used it as a stopover before flying out of the airport. The location is less good if you want to go out in the evening for food etc, as there is nothing much nearby. We headed east towards downtown and found the journey quite confusing due to the considerable roadworks going on along Temple at the moment. The room itself was fine, a little old, but everything was clean and worked, and there was plenty of room, which was useful as we were sorting out all of our stuff from a two week roadtrip ready to fly home. For the price we paid, I thought this place was unbeatable, although if you want to go out in the evening, I'd probably pay a little more and stay closer into the city. Lees meer

Very comfortable bed- nice quiet room

This hotel was very nice and the bed was wonderful I loved the room and the little kitchenette in it. Very nice and I wish I would have brought food for breakfast to cook. It's so nice how the pans and dishes are already in the room with papertowels, dishsoap, dishwasher and all. No complaints with hotel. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Refrigerator, stove, and microwave in room. And free popcorn in microwave!

nothing special about this hotel, but it is roomy and has a seperate bedroom and small kitchen.

I would stay here again. The neighborhood down the road was a little shady but the full kitchens in each room outweighed that. Staff was very friendly. It's a good place to stay for a short stay in SLC.

We were driving from WA to SC and this was our first stop. We ended up having car problems in OR and ran late into the night for our check in. They have this box after the office closes that ensures a very simple check in with your keys all ready to go. Made our half asleep check in very simple. The hotel was a little hard to find at night in the rain […] since our GPS was turning us in circles. It's kind of on a weird side street, which was under construction. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in giving us information about the options for places to check on car troubles since it was SLC on a Sunday. The room was clean and comfortable. After driving for 12 hours with a moving truck the Candlewood Suites was a welcome stop. We were not familiar with SLC and the area but it was easy to find via our map directions and since it was right near the airport. The room was very clean and even had a kitchen and refrigerator. Their internet was really fast. They have laundry, DVDs to rent for […] free, and a room stocked with food and drinks. I was worried about getting a meal since we were out by the airport but there is a really yummy Italian restaurant directly next door. We got some thin crust personal pizza's and a couple side salad and were very happy. I would recommend this hotel to a friend. Lees meer

This hotel was very convenient to the airport with a few gas stations and restaurants close by to grab something on the way. The room was clean and the temperature was comfortable when I checked in. Check in went smoothly. The hotel does not have a computer available to guests, so I could not check in for my early am flight. Checked in at 10:30 PM; left at 4:45 AM, so only stayed about 6 hours. The airport shuttle is not a hotel bus and serves several other hotels, so it may be difficult to change shuttle times after making a reservation. Stayed at hotel to attend Corvette car races in Toole at Motorsport Complex..Last minute hotel accomadation was readily available. Enjoyed my stay.

The room was very clean and a small kitchenette was helpful. They also have a cupboard room on 1st floor where you can get some ready ot eat stuff, muffins, water, juices, sodas etc. You just need to write on a paper what you are taking and drop in a box. They will bill your room number for it. We reached there at midnight and they did not have mineral […] water left in the vending machine. Something you might want to remember. Great hotel if you need to stay close to airport. Wish they had continental breakfast though.

For a non smoking room, the smell was very bad.

Upon entering the room it was pleasing and comfortable to the eye. Smelled clean and pleasant. Carpet was nice and the room layout was open and comfortable. Ref. and stove in the kitchen a plus and the furniture was nice. Kind of made you want to stay longer. Bathroom was clean and well appointed with plenty of nice luxurious towels and plenty of hot […] water. Sleeping area blended in with the bed and table. TV was old but clear and bright. Free movie checkout in lobby a plus. The Queen bed was the most comfortable we have seen. It kind of hugged you as you settled in. We slept well throughout the night. Heating/AC unit was controlled by a thermostat on the wall and cutoff whenever you left the room. Don't know whether I liked that or not. Laundry facilities and Pantry a plus. We arrived after 11pm so reception was closed but we got our key. The night clerk didn't know anything about the wireless internet and wasn't very enthusiastic to help me. It's a nice hotel for a night's stay close to the airport. I would stay there again. The hotel was well kept up and close to the airport and downtown Salt Lake. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a little kitchenette which made food inexpensive. The people at the desk were all very friendly. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

I only stayed one night here. It is a very well appointed room with a modern kitchenette. I did not use the kitchen, but if I was staying longer I would have. Even the ice out of the ice maker tasted good. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom modern and clean. It has a nice desk with plenty of outlets for charging. I would stay here again.

Has laundry for free, Honors Kitchen - 24 hours (stocked well & they trust you to leave the money for whatever you purchased or charge it to your room), good gym, walking distance to at least 4 restaurants. Very spacious rooms with full kitchens, very clean, I was shocked for the price I paid, well worth it!

Cheap rates. Good service. The "non-smoking" room smelled a bit smokey and there was a spent cigarette butt under the bed but... All-in-all a great experience for the money.

This was a good deal if you were mainly looking for a clean comfortable place to sleep. I was there for business and needed a printer - not offered by the hotel. Other than that it was fine - simple but fine.

호텔이라고 보기엔 아쉬웠지만 이렇게 저렴한 가격엔 그만한 이유가 있겠죠 ^^ 첨으로 콘도형 호텔에 머문소감은 좋았다입니다 써비스는 체크아웃 할때까지 청소를 안해준다는 특징이있습니다 사용한 타올을 가지고 프론트에 가시면 새 타올로 교환 ^^ 몰라서 깜놀이었음다 음식을 해 먹을수있는 콘도형이라서 가족단위 머무실때 좋을듯합니다
