Jackson Hole Lodge in Jackson

Op onze reis naar Yellowstone maakten we een tussenstop in Jackson Hole. Op zich is Jackson Hole een héél leuk stadje met houten stoep, gelegenheid om op woensdag en zaterdag naar een rodeo te gaan enz. Het hotel was echter ondermaats. Great little hotel for our girls ski trip weekend. I really have no complaints - it's obvious that the hotel is aging, but they've done their due diligence and updated the sinks, decor, etc. Our only complaint would be that the housekeeping staff seemed very greedy with hand towels and wash cloths. Only complaint was bathroom size....very small. Otherwise, clean, comfortable, near to bus stop and restaurants and great hot tub/pool after skiing.

The people at the front desk were pretty nice, but the manager is a horrible man that doesn't trust guest's words on anything. He feels the need to perform a full investigation on every word a guest says and then decides that the guest is lying (totally was not lying). Older facility. VERY small bathroom. Seemed overpriced.

While location was great and staff helpful this hotel can use some updating and a good scrubbing. Daily housekeeping was bare minimum. Priced high for the accomodations.

A nice convenient place to stay. Staff was wonderful. We were only there one night but it was in a great location, convenient and close to the airport.

Very nice hotel. Room is a little small and dated but comfortable and worth the price.

The murphy bed in the room was terrible. It was the same as sleeping on a hide-away sofa bed. UGHHH. The room was clean and nicely appointed, but the bathroom is very outdated.

Jackson Lodge was a welcome sight after camping for a week. For a small increase in price we upgraded to a one bedroom suite and found it to be very nice and comfortable. It is about 4-5 blocks walk to the Square - but many nice shops along the way. Wished we had planned to spend a few more days in Jackson and at the Jackson Lodge.

Hotel was in a great location close to food and shops. The bathrooms are a bit small but well kept. My only complaint would be the positoning of the security lights outside of the rooms. They were very bright and the windows didn't have full length curtains to prevent light from coming in at night.

Old, smelly, 70's decor... Worst part was the bar across the alley, with garbage (bottles) being dumped at 2am, then garbage trucks every day at 7am. LOUD! Desk folks were all friendly and helpful (but hey, I wasn't there for the company)...

The front desk staff were wonderful. They were very helpful, friendly and informative. The location is great...15 min drive to Jackson Hole ski area and a close walk 5-10 min to downtown and restaurants. The kitchen in the condo is old but functional yet the bed is uncomfortable! It is truly an old Murphy bed that is now permanently down.

I was worried about the deal...it was pretty cheap to stay but I took it anyway. I couldn't have been happier with the quality, location and amenities for the price. Highly recommend a stay here.

Overall the hotel stay was wonderful minus the size of the bathroom. We had to sit on the toilet to even close the bathroom door. Not to mention it was extremely close to the street and you could hear every car that went by. The people that were upstairs from us were extremely loud and were very early risers (430am) and made a ton of noise. Very friendly front desk personnel. They even upgraded us to a condo unit.

Beautiful hotel... loved the decor of the room we had. The front desks women were very friendly and very informative when asked about directions to our activities. We enjoyed the full length pool, hot tub and jacuzzi. Hotel was located close to town. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. I was skeptical about staying at this hotel given Hotels' two star rating; however, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and comfortable and very close to the downtown area.

The hotel was conveniently located to places we wanted to visit: Jackson Town Square, quaint shops, a delicious restaurant (The Bunnery).

The room looked like it had been part of a bigger suite at some point. The noise level(just putting walking) above our room was way too much to take. The pool area is nice.

We got a room in a building outside of the main building, so it felt more like a motel. Toilet flush was a little jammed. But basically, the hotel was okay, and we went for the lowest price listed online.

The motel was filthy. The room smelled musty. In dire need of a remodel. The pool area was dirty, no pool towels available, hot tub broken. The ice machine was out of order. We did not even wait until 7 am to see if continental breakfast was offered, highly unlikely. The pet area is a narrow parking strip filled with bark. The hotel is great and near restaurants. You fell welcome in the hotel and they provide everything you need. The neighberhood is so beautiful. You must enjoy this great place once in your life. Strongly recommend to you.

This was a very nice, clean hotel and the service was great. The rooms were very clean, beds were soft and the pool area was large and roomy. I would definitely stay here again.

Lå veldig fint til i sentrum av byen. Hadde ingen frokosttilbud.
