Erg rustig in het hotel. Voor kinderen is er als vermaak alleen het zwembad. Jammer dat er geen ontbijtbuffet is. Personeel is vriendelijk.

I got the feeling ownership had just changed (since the signs were temporary). The location was excellent. They must have great insulation because it was very quiet (so unusual in a hotel, especially one so close to theme parks). I loved being able to go down the street and shop, eat etc.... The hot tub was out of order and that was disappointing especially […] because that was what I wanted to utilize. The facilities were a little run down, needed painting and the carpet had multiple stains. But the bedding was clean (very important). The room had a very strange odor, but it didn't effect my allergies (thank God). Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful (love that). We decided to do a last minute get away. We were very pleased with the Hotel. very clean . The pool & grounds were very nice. We will defiantly stay again.

I was extremely happy with this hotel for the money. The room and bathroom were very spacious. My only complaint was the hot water never got HOT...at least to my standards. However, my husband doesn't like his showers the temperature that I do and he had no complaints.

It would seem that this was once a very nice hotel that fell on hard times and now seems to be ran on an independent basis. Everything may not be totally up to date or in pristine condition but I found it more than adequate. My room was clean and spacious. Had a Flat screen TV with around 100 channels. A fridge and coffee making facilities. Trouser […] Press. It overlooked the large pool and jacuzzi. The hotel seemed quite quiet. Restaurant was only open for Breakfast but didnt actually eat there. If you are looking for 5* quality all round then maybe not for you. But if you want a good place for a reasonable price with a friendly welcome in a brillaint location then this is for you. Check-in desk to far from front door(they are at opposite ends) Noisey air conditioner kept us awake most of the night. However hotel was clean and close to everything.

We brought our visiting relative from Maine down to Orlando to visit Disney and SeaWorld. She had an amazing time and we were very pleased with the rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a very relaxing stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay at this hotel again.

I loved everything about the hotel except there were not many people staying there. They said they were book but I do not believe they have that many rooms to sell. I still had a great time and look forward to staying there again.

Interior was in pretty good shape but the exterior is pretty run down. Rates are good, service was very good. It's a diamond in the rough. Hopefully it will be a polished diamond next year.

We stayed for 4 nights from Mar 7th - 11th 2013. The negatives: 1. It is very hard to find because there is no sign with name or address at the entrance for this hotel. We were only able to find it because of the picture on our navigation system. 2. Needs renovation of the outside building and painting of the outside the room doors. 3. Refrigerators […] but no microwave in the rooms or even in the kitchen. This was disappointing as we frequently bring home "Doggie Bags" from some of the great restaurants. 4. For a hotel this size the restaurant menu needs to offer more selections and be a bit more upscale. For these reasons we will not stay here again. Positives: 1. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Our needs were address instantly and were completely resolved. 2. Large, clean rooms 3. Overall nice looking hotel in a quiet neighborhood right off of the main highway. 4. Very nice pool area 5. Extremely clean with no odors 5. Well lit parking area 6. Great value pricewise. With a some fixing up on the outside, expansion of the restaurant, and adding microwaves in the rooms, this would be a great place to stay for the money! Can't say enough about the service. We stayed at this hotel for one night during a recent stay in orlando for a concert. We chose it because it was a decent price and didn't' have a low rating. Bed was comfortable and soft with clean linens. Room was big and clean, nothing scary upon entering room. It was QUIET and we didn't have any issues. The grounds of the hotel could use some upkeep, […] but it didn't detour us from leaving. It was perfect for what we needed it for. I'm not sure if I would stay for an extended period of time. Enjoyed stay. Breakfasts were excellent. Staff prompt in their assistance. Any suggestions appeared to be considered. Fridge cabinet needed venting and very small insects around sink and on top of fridge cabinet. Reported to management, it is Florida. Toilet leak was fixed quickly. Would have appreciated a grab bar to enter tub.

Overall, the room was clean and the location was good. However, the grounds and building look to be in need of serious maintenance. There were very few cars in the lot and seemed almost deserted when we checked in. The room was very nice and confortable. The grounds needs upkeep. The reception is far from the entrance. Breakfast is not served as part of the price for the room and the first restaurant is approx. two miles from the hotel. The pool and whirl pool are excellent. The staff members were accomodating.

This hotel was formerly the Crown Plaza. It seems as if we were among 12 guests in this enormous property. It is very hard to locate at night and it is off the beaten path. The decor is nice and the staff is friendly. We had trouble with the air conditioner and reported it as soon as we checked in. They sent maintance immediately. Some cool air came […] in so we were releved. Later the air was out again and I reported it to the front desk. They said something about energy effency and give it a little while to cool down. Finally at 2am I contacted the front desk who moved us to a lovely suite with air conditioning. I should note that the thermostat in the hot room was some modern effecent model. Location was near Disney & not too far from Amway Arena. We stayed one night and my daughter had left her camera battery and charger in the bathroom wall plug. I called late the next day and was told they had the devices. We drove by on our way out of town and picked them up. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to us. Will stay there again.

It is a well located hotel. Perfect to stay a night or more when you are returning from a full day of fun in Disney Parks.

Really pleased with overall with Hotel, will come again. Only one very small hassle, the beds are full size and were to small for comfort with two in each. Customer Service at front desk was wonderful at all times.

the price was right and bed was comfortable. Better than most. I was there on business at the convention center which was about 3.5mile away. Close to sea world. not so close to disney world. outlets around the corner.

This was my second booking at this hotel and as before I am very satisfied with the hotel and staff. The location is convenient. The hotel close to all of the parks and the location is just outside the rat race. Hotel was very clean.

I always go to Orlando with my kids for vacations and weekends but this was my first time staying in this hotel. The hotel is an average Orlando hotel - nothing special, so be prepared for AVERAGE not to get disappointed upon arrival. You truly get what you paid for here. We stayed on the 4th floor during the holidays and the floor was under renovation. Luckily they had stopped working, so there was no noise, but the hallway had no carpeting and it did look like […] a remodeling site. No one warned us that we would stay on the 4th floor or that our rate meant we would be staying in a floor under renovation. The pool area was not well kept and at night while all other hotels were lit up with cool lights, ours was dark, it looked like it was uninhabited... The front desk had shared that inside the room everything was brand new and great, but the truth was that the carpet was old and looked dirty so we always had our flip flops on. The bathroom was also old and in my eyes needed some remodeling too. The TV was nice, sheets were clean, and towels were clean as well. If you are on a budget, you might want to try this hotel, but for the price you pay here, you might be able to get something else a little better. Lees meer

Got this booking thru expedia picks. Hotel on average about a 3 star hotel. We were in room 307 for New Year's Eve. Problem started at 5am woken out of a sound sleep when air conditioner from a nearby room kicked on. Made a terrible and very loud humming noise. At one point it was so loud our room was vibrating. Called front desk and it stopped 15 minutes […] later - however that was just because a/c stopped. It started again and ran periodically for the rest of the morning. Fantastic, clean, and great amenities. The hotel already looks impressive, and they were in the process of renovating even more rooms. Offer breakfast and discount tickets to the attractions at the hotel as well. Plenty of places to eat and only a few minutes away from all the theme parks. Very clean too which is always important.

This was the worst experience I have had in the previous 6-7 trips to Orlando. On the 1st day, I asked for some additional wash clothes. They brought 4, but 2 of them were dirty. On the 2nd day, I approached the housekeeping staff around 3:30 pm about additional wash clothes and he only had 1 clean one. Overall it was alright. I had one issues that was not resolved. The A/C panel was not operation and I called for service. No on came. On the day I was leaving there was NO hot water. Cold shower. Maintenance needs supervision or replacing.

The hotel seemed fairly clean on the surface, but could use remodel. very nice lady at the desk. The parking lot is dark, desolate, and unsafe feeling at night. Upon arrival, 11pm, noticed a suspicious person lurking outside. As it turns out, he works there, though you would never know it from the way he was dressed.
