Nassau Palm Hotel bevindt zich in Nassau, dicht bij Nationale kunstgalerie van de Bahamas, Atlantis Aquarium en Fort Fincastle. In de buurt liggen ook Aquaventure en Piratenmuseum.

Nassau Palm Hotel heeft een buitenzwembad, een spabad en een fitnesscentrum. In openbare ruimtes is tegen betaling een internetverbinding (draadloos of via kabel) beschikbaar. Nassau Palm Hotel heeft 183 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een kluis en een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker. "Revolting, disgusting, horrifying"
Filthy dirty, cockroaches, mold, rust stains, cigarette burns on the blankets, I couldn't loathe this place more if I tried. Left after three hours. It was like being in a tenement slum. No one should be subjected to this hotel.

"Great budget option near to Fish Fry and downtown"
We liked the small beach out front, walking distance to famous fish fry, next to cricket on the weekend and an easy walk into town. Not luxury, but great position.
it's old and need to be renovated. Our room was clean. the staff was helpful. it's within walking distance of the zoo which is a nice place to visit. Also within walking distance are several resturants. I can recommned the Twin Brothers. Great food. the price is resonable compared to everyone else. It is a $28 cab to the airport.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Should not even be called a RESORT. Very dirty, locals hanging out in the hallways seemed like a motel instead.

This is a fine hotel to crash for the night but it's not the prettiest. Kind of run down.

I had a wonderful time. The hotel is clean - Friendly Staff- close to all the must-see sights. Reasonable prices
This hotel may have been close to the beach and the downtorn but it just wasn't for me. That was the only thing I liked about the hotel other than the front desk lady was nice.
"Low Budget"
Very bare bones and older hotel. Staff does the best the can with the property they have been given. Hotel is not well viewed by islanders so if you have a business meeting, host it somewhere else and don't tell anyone you are staying there!! Location is great for walking to the Fish Fry and even downtown.

Only choose this hotel if you're transiting, as I was, or need a bare minimum. There is a small pool, and the location is convenient to the cruise ship port and a beach with a long promenade. The hotel manager saved the day for me, with a delay, but I was grateful anyway. The room I was assigned was dark, and within minutes of being there, I felt something […] move by my foot; ugh! It was a water bug, or a huge type of cockroach. I told the hotel I would not stay in that room. The manager came after a long while and upgraded me to a nice room on the ground floor by the pool (although the taps of the jacuzzi were rusty). No free internet; modest breakfast. The Nassau Palm Hotel is close to the central part of Nassau where there was adequate shopping and easy access to the busses which went to all parts of the island. The staff were cheerfully friendly and helpful in all ways, The beach was just across the road where there was swimming or just sitting on the sand. I am happy with my stay there. Every negative comment you read about the Nassau Palms is 100% accurate!! Roaches, Mosquitoes in the rooms, dirty rugs, mold and mildew everywhere, friendly staff however they can never be found when you are in need of something. The location is very near to downtown, but its worth spending the extra $$$ and staying somewhere else. Continental breakfast […] NASTY, burnt muffins, toast, oatmeal, orange juice from concentrate (no thank you). I was scared for my fiance to leave us alone in the room I really did not feel safe. The location was great! It's right across the street from junkanoo beach and within walking distance to downtown or fish fry. The hotel is a bit dumpy, but the staff is very friendly.

I am sure I have been in worse hotels, but I just remember one. In my room at the Nassau Palm, the carpet was filthy, the bathroom faucet leaked, there was crud around the bathtub, and the security latch on the door was broken (which is not very reassuring). Every complaint to the hotel staff was met with an expression of surprise of "How could this […] be?", yet nothing was done about it. I under strand that the facility has been sold and in this transition period it is not been adequately maintained. The hotel was not bad but the access to wifi was awful hotel needs to have it's own services. This is 2012 & wifi should be available every where without a cost or included in hotel charges

You couldn't pick a better location. Beach is right across the street; downtown is only a short 4 blocks away; McDonalds and Donkin Donuts are on the way, and all the venders you need are throughout the downtown area, not to mention enjoyable eateries and of course the view of ship after ship coming in to the port. However, you should use all efforts […] to pick a better hotel. On entry the sheets appeard to be used, there was a small infestation of bugs, the remote control did not work, two lamps in the room did not work, the clock did not work and after housekeeping made the beds, no option for fresh sheets were given and no towels were left in the room. "The Nassau Palm - A Major Disappointment"
This hotel was such a disappointment. Where should I begin. First of all the pictures on the internet are so deceiving. The pictures on line make this place look like paradise. Trust me is it far from paradise. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures on-line. Maybe twenty years ago when it was owned by the Holiday Inn, but now the outer walls, stairs, […] pool decks, corridors and balconies are utterly filthy. Room service is a joke at this hotel. The bedspreads on the bed were obviously dirty as we could see dirt stains and other undetermined stains on the them. We tossed them on the floor. The sheets appeared to be clean, but the mattresses were so dirty they looked as if they had been taken from a local dump. The room was littered with ants and it reeked of a smell of mold and dirt. Our room was on the fifth floor, it rained our first night there and would you know there were large water stains on the ceiling and parts of the ceiling was falling in due to the roof needing to be repaired. This severly affected my allergies so my husband and I requested another room. They gave us a choice of three other rooms to look at. To sum it up they were all worst than the first one. Finally, we were given a room that looked decent, however it was a disgrace also. The carpet was filty, there was no soap and the balcony was filty. I wouldn't advise anyone to go anywhere near the pool. The lounge chairs, the deck and the bottom of the pool are filthy as dirt is everywhere. The entire time that we were there, no one entered the pool or the pool area. They actually had a lifeguard on duty, what a waste of money. That money could be better spent by making some much needed renovations to this severly antiquated, nasty hotel. The free breakfast buffet is also a joke. The food did not appear to be fresh and there was not much of a variety. they did have a big pot of oatmeatl that looked a pot of yucky stew. To sum it up. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Cheaper is no Lees meer
"Major need of some TLC"
This hotel is in major need of renovations. If your only going to stay for a coule nights its fine but more then that stay away. The water in the shower was not cool, the room is stuffy, and the ac is noisy

"Our Nassau Experience"
The hotel was okay for the price. I would rate it as a two star hotel. For the price it wasn't anything great. Breakfast was okay. We didn't get any room service the 3 and 4 th day we were there. Had to call downstairs few times for fresh towels, soaps and toilet paper. Everything closed by 6 pm, including places to eat. Didn't feel safe. People not […] friendly. Lees meer

The hotel location was great, complimentary breakfast was definitely worth the stay, location is far if you going to be traveling toward Atlantis location is better to stay close to avoid paying $10 or more cab fee..

We've made al long trip whit a lot off hotel, most of them where cheap: days inn & super 8 hotels. This hotel was one of the most expensive ones. But it was really not what we expected! The house keeping was terrible, when there was sand on the bathroom floor they did not clean that! The rooms where also not great, the window was so thin you could here […] everything outsite! Cars, people, everything! Also the things that are suposed to keep the lights out (kurtens, or i don't know how you write it), but anyway they where nothing! Really terrible! All the light was coming right in!!!! Also the beach was not Nice, lots of Stones and class. We went over to cable beach and that was Nice!!! Maybe a little bit more expensive but trust me when i say: that's worth it!!! Hotels like sandals, it's all in but they have à private island where you can go and the beach is beautifull and the swimmingpool Nice too! The check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. In fact everyone that worked there was very friendly including the taxi drivers. However the hotel needs to be updated. The light was out in the room. We called downstairs for a light bulb and finally my husband got the bulb himself. We were just overnighting which was good.

The hotel crew seems overwhelmed with minimal work. The hotel photos only show the three best angles of the hotel the rest is not to be desired at all. I waited hours to get a room even with being on time to the check in. They didnt seem to have their stuff together that day.

"Lower price than others, good location, not a great hotel."
We were just looking for a "low" priced hotel in a convenient location, which is what we got. We weren't expecting much and didn't get much! Although we weren't expecting much, the room was even worse than we thought, for example, the carpet was so dirty. There is no bell service that we ever saw and we had to cart our luggage around ourselves. Service […] of staff was neutral--not good, but not as bad as we have seen in other locations in Nassau. "Very Dissapointing.."
Very dissapointment, I left the hotel before even staying in it. Requested cancellation of reservation, as my room was in dirty, intolerable conditions to stay in. The service was horrible.
"Slight improvement needed."
Hotel was fine, only slight problem toilet was not working but fixed first thing the next morning. Check in clerk was GREAT improvement over last time. I had paid for 2 beds ,room only had 1 bed, clerk told me to take it or leave it. If it had been the same attitude this time I would never have returned. Over all a good stay.

Mais vraiment dommage, l'hôtel est très sale, les chambres ne sont pas nettoyés tous les jours (en tous cas la mienne), les couloirs d'accès sont affreux et sales, le balcon avec vue sur mer n'a jamais été nettoyé et les restes de cigarettes des clients […] précédents sont restés au même endroit durant tout mon séjour d'1 semaine avec en sus une serviette sale.
