Prima prijs/kwaliteit, wel geen ontbijtvoorziening doch degelijk uitgeruste keuken. Recht in centrum aan voetgangerszone. Gratis parkeren mogelijk op 300 m van hotel.

The "room" was more like a studio apartement than a typical hotel room with not only a compact but fully equipped kitchen, but contained besides the fireplace both washing machine and dryer as well. Almost too much for the single night we were there but probably convenient for those staying longer. The location is right in down town Whistler with the […] back of the hotel exiting to the main pedestrian thoroughfare and shopping street. Even in ski boots it's location is within walking distance from the main Whistler-Blackcomb gondola. Another great time at the Holiday Inn Whistler Resort. Great dining, bars and shopping right outside the resort. Staff at check-in desk extremely friendly and helpful. One thing to consider, night time 12:00-2:00am can be a little noisy from all the passers by down below on their way to different watering holes. Great stay, but could not for the life of me figure out the fireplace. A sign said to contact the front desk for help. How about a sign justexplaining how? Otherwise, a good stay. Great kitchen ammenities. Accessible room, so weird compromises for accessibility, like handheld shower.

The room description is misleading! It says 2 beds, but really one is a murphy bed. Very disappointed.

Hotel was OK, very strange layout to walk around to get to our room. Had to walk through the hot tub area or around the outside of the building. No elevators in the main lobby.

The only thing I did not like was the room walls were so thin u could even hear normal conversations in the hallway and neighboring rooms.

As far as a ski weekend goes, it's a Holiday Inn in the village only 3 minutes from the lifts. Affordable, safe, clean and basically has everything you need. Here are the things to note, no matter what the website says, NO ROOMS have two beds!! The bedding situation for more than one bed is ALWAYS one bed and a Murphy bed! I booked this hotel specifically […] because of the pictures on the website and the description of two beds. All rooms have a kitchen and a murphy bed. The layout is completely backwards. To get to the lobby from our room, we had to take the elevator to the 2nd floor, walk through the stairwell into the spa, outside and around the building. VERY STRANGE. Also, randomly this hotel does not provide conditioner for the shower. Shampoo, yes, soap, yes, hairdryer yes, conditioner, no. Not a big problem, but just another one of the small weird things about this hotel. Walls are thin, I could hear my neighbor using the bathroom. If there are is a different hotel with a similar price but slightly better amenities, book the other one! Lees meer

I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Whistler Center in the past for a night (though never tried the hottub) and thought it was fine. This occasion was very different. We were booked in a "standard studio with queen bed". It was not a queen bed - I own one at home. This was a double. The curtains were actually full of holes (moth-eaten!). The room was half […] the size as the one I had stayed in before FOR THE SAME PRICE and when I called the desk to upgrade they were dismissive. We decided to use the hottub the first night and I will never get into a hotel hottub again without closely inspecting it. After being in the hottub for a few minutes we noticed a black layer of grunge of what could only be dirt and dead skin all around the hottub in a thick line and on our backs where we had touched the sides. I complained at the desk and they claimed to clean the tub twice a day! HA! What a lie! The only reason to stay at the hotel would be that it's right at the village - but don't use the hottub unless you want the hiv. Lees meer

The hotel was clean the staff were super. The room could have used a bit of maintenance. The beds were not as comfortable as most high end hotels, but were ok. Overall the experience was nice. No major issues.

Front of House, great. Very friendly, courteous and helpful. Extremely good rates for the time of year. Room was wonderful. Great location in the centre of the village. Only one small issue with Wifi coverage which will be rectified by the end of September this year, I believe. I would strongly recommend this establishment to all.

Whistler of course was beautiful. The hotel was adequate. Staff extremely cordial. It's only failing for us were a noisy fridge that woke me, awkward kitchen layout, an oversized microwave didn't allow complete access to cupboards, one kitchen knife was not the all in one knife for bread, meat, etc. that it hoped to be, very dull indeed.

We along-with family freinds and kids had very frustating stay at Holiday Inn Whistler Village during the Hot Summer long weekend (Aug 4 to 6, 2012 ). We booked large 1 Bed room suite considering two couples and two kids (including one infant) occupancy. It was perhaps the hottest summer weekend in Whistler. To our surprise, we found that suite do not […] have Air Conditioning in the rooms and was provided with seprate Portable Cooler in the Hall (capacity enough for one person) and Two fans in the Bed rooms. The Hotel Manager, who helplessly attended upon request was justifyting that they do not need A.C. in any rooms as that is never required in Whistler even in summer. We kept the doors of the windows open to let the hot air flow out of the rooms and had sleepless night later especially with kids who had more suffering for our negligence while booking the hotel via Expedia. We never thought that we will have to check if Holiday Inn provides Air Conditioning in rooms and had terrible experience there. Kind request to check with hotel first if you are trying your luck at Holiday Inn Whistler in summer. Sorry, we are not in a mood to comment on other amenities in the Hotel at this stage. We were a party of six two bedrooms and a pull out. Had a kitchen too and a large kitchen table. A small balcony was nice roo. The only complaint is that the pull out was very very uncomfortable!

The accommodation was perfect. Clean, good kitchen and comfy bed!was right in the middle of town and close to gondolas. Very highly recommended. Front desk staff so friendly and extremely helpful.

This is a nice and beautiful hotel located in a nice place. not as clean as I was expecting from a Holiday Inn though. The suit had all the things that we needed and it is very good for staying for a long time. The only bothering thing was drunk people at the middle of the night who were yelling and screaming in the village close to our window.

Lot's of basic furniture missing (ie, no hooks for ski jackets, only one bedside table, no luggage rack,..). Hotel jacuzzi did not work. Even the price is affordable, it was strange to have some luxury items like an electronic fireplace, but some basic items were missing.

Super convenient for lift access, which is what I was looking for (about a 5 min walk to the gondolas). Didn't have WiFi in the rooms, but had a really long ethernet cord, so that wasn't really a problem. The rooms were in good condition and the bed was comfy. It's kinda pricey for a Holiday Inn, but that's to be expected at a ski resort like this. […] Just realize it's not like the interstate-side versions with free breakfast... You have to pay for parking, but you can come and go as you please without having to tip a valet guy every time. I didn't use my car at all once I got there. Lees meer

The service in this hotel was as good as any I've ever experience. This applies to every person I encountered, from the front desk, to maintenance, cleaning, and consierge. Friendly, knowledgable, and helpful.

The front service staff were very helpful & polite. Absolutely no complaints about the excellent staff. However, the hotel does not offer internet service in the hotel rooms (the cable did not fit my Macbook Air). Nor did the rooms offer any movies to rent. My kids were very disappointed. The kitchenette room which sleeps 4 does not contain a couch/living […] area so any time spent in the room with family means sitting on beds. The room was very very tight for a family of 4. The one and only window was the size of a small bedroom window. The village was noisy and the window had to be kept closed. The hotel reception area is not connected to the hotel rooms - therefore, hotel guests must go outside in the snow/rain to get to the front reception office area. Skis are not allowed in the room and must be kept at the front office. The parking does not allow for SUVs with box tops. We had to park a good distance away from the hotel. Overall, I was extremely disappointed and would never recommend this hotel to anyone unless they did not plan to spend any time in it. Lees meer

The Holiday Inn at Whistler Village made my Whistler vacation that much better! Along with the convenience of being located in the heart of Whistler, the hotel had an amazing staff and amenities! My friend and I came across one problem when we blew a fuse in the hotel room. The staff seemed incompetent. They continually were not able to assist us and we had to wait for more than an hour in line to be checked in. Check in was at 4pm! We showed up early that day to ski Whistler/Blackcomb, but our party was left waiting while we waited to check in. There was only one individual helping behind the front desk and even they […] continued to disappear leaving 20 plus guests waiting in line behind an empty front desk. Our room was described as including 2 deluxe beds. When we got to our room, we found one full size bed and a Murphy pull down bed. Our bedroom 619 did not have any comfortable chairs to sit on. The bed was our chair/sofa. There was though a coffee table along side of a wall. WHY? We were with our children (young adults) different floors. They had a stove and I had a microwave. WHY? The beds were too soft. Bad night sleep. Our children's room did not have a window. WHY? Who sleeps […] in a room without a window? Hibernating bears.... So overall very disappointing. It was like a real maze to get into the hotel. We found the Holiday Inn Express to be a perfect choice for our Whistler get-away. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Our room with kitchenette served us well. We enjoyed breakfasts prepared in our kitchnette, sitting in comfort at the dining room table. We slept well on comfortable beds, air-conditioned rooms, and virtually no noise from outside […] or within the hotel. The layout of the buildings is a bit unique and makes getting to the lobby a bit complicated, however, how often does one need to be in the lobby of the hotel. Used this hotel as a one night stopover whilst travelling from the Rockies to Vancouver, just wished we could have stayed longer. Hotel room (studio) was clean and tidy which had small kitchette, whirlpool bath and flat screen tv, plus free wi-fi. Hotel has it's own secure underground car park (charge applies) with a connecting lift to hotel rooms, […] very handy in the cold weather I would think. Everything that Whistler as to offer is on your doorstep, walk out of the hotel to the shops, bars and restaurants. Most of the attractions and facilities are minutes away by foot.
