We pre-paid for my wifes mothers stay. The front desk told my wifes mother the room was not paid for ?????? Over time the front desk found the room was paid for. Very sloppy. The front desk should not have said anything till they had their facts straight.

This was a nice property, comfortable, clean and quiet. and food was tasty in the restaurant provided...it met our needs.

This hotel worked great between planes overnight.. it was close to the airport - thier shuttle picked us up and took us back in the morning... the restauant was open late and wake up service worked as requested.

Definitely the best value hotel around Pearson. Has the biggest pool around Pearson Staff are super friendly and helpful Would definitely come back... but will never go to their SUPER OVERPRICED restaurant, too many options within 1-2km to even think of a $16 breakfast!

There is nothing particularly wrong with this hotel, but nothing to really want to bring you here either. It is a typical airport transit hotel, ok for short stopovers, but not much else. Pros: Near to airport Room sizes good Has gym and indoor pool Free Wifi (poor performance though) Cons: Airport noise constant Motorway noise constant Semi-industrial […] area - nothing to do Rooms: Very clean - housekeeping staff are good. No safe in room! (major considering you will always have passport & money with you) Dated decor Old-style CRT TV not LCD flat-screen Restaurant: Dates decor like English pub... dark wood Breakfast is quite good, but usual syrupy flavour to everything - don't have the Eggs Benedict, it looks good in the picture but bacon is aweful. Bar snacks good Reception staff: You are basically an inconvenience to them, except about two exceptions. If you stay here, don;t eat in the restaurant... walk 5 minutes down the road and eat at Casey's Bar and Grill - the food and atmosphere is great and breakfast is good too - it's also cheaper. Was a great hotel with great service. Unfortunately the room was a former closet in our opinion due to being able to almost touch every wall from the middle of the room. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and they did their best to make our stay enjoyable. Great amenities and fantastic pool/hot tub/gym and sauna. Several of our family members stayed for one night prior to flights to various home destinations. The front desk service was excellent. We made use of both the indoor and outdoor pools which provided a relaxing break between busy travel days. We had two young children who very much enjoyed the view of the airport from our adjoining suites on the tenth […] floor. The breakfast buffet was great with a number of healthy options and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The complimentary airport shuttle service took as to the airport within five minutes. Attended family funeral with parents and aunt from overseas. We are originally from Ottawa. We had to deal with rude service upon check in on top of our family loss. We were not impressed with the service. The room was ok as expected. Location was close to the airport and a 20 minute drive from the church.

The hotel was fine, but woke up to a heafty parking bill under the door. As well the staff was less than inviting. Hotel- great. Staff and hidden charges- not so great.

I waited almost 30 minutes for the shuttle, when I called to find out what was happening I was kept on hold by the hotel operator for over 10 minutes by which time the shuttle had finally arrived. On arrival at the hotel I spoke with the night manager who was most helpful. However, when I got to my room the bathroom had not been properly cleaned and […] there was no shampoo or conditioner. I contacted the front desk who sent up shampoo but no conditioner and I was complained at for "removing the evidence" by flushing the toilet before using it. Frankly at that stage I just wanted sleep as I had had a long flight. I asked for an wake-up call as I had an early flight the next day. Fortunately I had set my cell as a backup because no wake up call was received. I have often stayed in Holiday Inn Hotels and found them fine. This was deeply disappointing. This hotel is a bit of a gem hidden in the jungle of terrain near a major international airport. The facilities are very upscale compared to most Holiday Inn's with excellent staff and facilities (save for the lack of any vents in the baths - results in a fairly humid room). Good restaurant. The motel and staff were great. Parking was easy and accessible. Good value over all!

All I want to add is that the concierge, Hakim, was EXTREMELY pleasant and very helpful. He is a real keeper!!

Maybe I am wrong but I expected more for the price paid and the hotel name, even the to park myself the car at the hotel has an extra cost and is not cheap.

Our stay at this hotel was great. It was a very last minute stay, we still got a great room. The service was excellent, staff was very courteous. Unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of the spa, sauna and pool as we didn't bring along our bathing suits. The room was very comfortable, espescially the bed. Had a great nights sleep.

the room was comfortable, the bathroom was a bit tight on space, though . TV needs to be updated to flat screen or at least a larger screen. 'Channel selections were a good variety

This property was formerly a Select Hotel, and the difference between that brand and the standard Holiday Inn was obvious, from the upscale foyer to the nicely furnished lobby, and rooms that were definitely above average in size and furnishings. I had a king-size bed that was very comfortable, with more pillows than one person could possibly need. […] A slightly larger desk would be nice for working travelers; I felt compelled to set the phone on the floor to give myself more operating space. Electrical outlets were plentiful and easy to reach. High-speed wireless Internet access was simple and trouble-free, although one must re-register daily. Speeds were SLOOOOW (11 mps!), but that's a function of the ISP, not the hotel. Nonetheless, don't expect to download your favorite YouTube clips without a whole lot of buffering. There is a free shuttle to the Toronto airport, which is less than ten minutes away. I was in town for a major conference downtown, and this was the only decent hotel I could find available just 10 days before the event. The hotel charges an outrageous amount to park your car, plus parking near the Toronto Convention Center is equally pricey. Therefore I opted to take public transport. The #58 bus stops directly across the street from the hotel and takes you to the Lawrence West subway station. From there it's an easy ride on the train to various downtown stops. However, a trip like this will take close to an hour each way (longer at rush hour), so don't forget to bring along a good book. The fare is C$3, with a free transfer from bus to train. The food in the hotel's restaurant was good (I ate there for one breakfast and one dinner throughout my five-night stay), but prices are pretty high for what you get. Service for both meals was extremely slow, even though the dining room was less than a third-full each time, and on both occasions the restaurant manager ended up taking our orders. $14 to park in their huge private lot doesn't make sense. nice hotel though. great pool.

Great Holiday Inn experience. Super clean, fantastic beds, free internet/business centre and really friendly service. The location is perfect if staying close to the airport is priority. Not to be confused with the Holiday Inn at 600 Dixon Rd (there are 2 on Dixon Rd); I haven't stayed there, but that one seemed a little more run-down.

Hotel is conveniently located and has an efficient shuttle to the airport. The rooms were clean and tidy and well appointed. Air conditioning however is very noisy. HOtel staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was a decent good hotel near the airport, good Sushi bar restaurant. Parking is $14.00 CD each day though and Internet in ONLY Wireless with no Hardwired.

I was lucky to be allocated one of the newly renovated upper floor rooms which was very clean, tidy and all the bathroom fittings worked! Conclusion - Good Hotel for short Airport stop overs.

The Hotel is a nice place to stay if you want to stay near the Airport. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The only thing that needs improvement is the shuttle service from the Airport to the Hotel. The Hotel offers a free Shuttle service without telling the guests that this shuttle service is not available between 01:30 a.m. and 4:00 a.m.! I needed a hotel at Toronto Airport because of an early morning flight next day and picked the Holiday Inn Select Toronto Airport at random. It was a superb choice! The staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, and the shuttle service next morning was most efficient. Hotel près de l'aéroport...Navette gratuite pour se rendre à l'aéroport d'où on peut prendre les transport en commun pour se rendre au centre-ville ! Chambre propre, service et personnel acceuillant, très belles piscines (inside and outside). Le seul bémol de notre visite...les occupants de la chambre voisine sont arrivé vers 2 heures du matin....famille […] avec enfants qui pleures...(j'comprend bien vu l'heure...) cet hotel situé près des centre de congrès est très bien rapport qualité prix. le plus apprécier dans mon cas c'est le fait que l'internet est gratuit donc aucun déboursé en plus de la chambre. Le parking pour mon autoo m'a été chargé à $14.00 par jour ce qui est normal mpour cet endroit et de plus les autobus passe par cet endroit régulièrement pour […] ceux qui n'ont pas de voiture.
