Lotte Hotel Seoul in Seoul

The sink in the washroom is too big, leaving no space for towels or daily necessities besides it. Not too convenience. Other than this, the room is tidy and the staff are very nice and helpful. Subway station is located just downstairs. within 10 minutes walking distance to Myeongdong and only takes about HK$40 to Dongdaemun.

Hotel was near food and shopping and next to subway. What more can we ask for? Stayed on ladies' floor - they have curling tongs, hair straightener in addition to hair dryer !!! Had fun with those.

Lotte Hotel is very conveniently located, just 5 min walk to Myeongdong and 10 min by taxi to Dongdaemun (taxi fare is very affordable in Seoul). Since it's -10C outside when we traveled, we were glad to know that there is an underground path to get to Myeong-Dong shopping area on level B1 of the hotel. we all enjoy the connection room ,because we are two family have the children where they can play at inside. all the design are new and elegant ,but the room size may be a little bit small and narrow.Besides this ,the hotel is most very good and hygient .

Not much to say on this hotel really, although travelling extensively, I think of myself as a "difficult" customer, but this hotel really does everything right. So, if you can afford it, that's the place you want to stay when in Seoul.

Frount Desk 's service not good as 5 star standard. room carpet very dirty,wi-fi charge too high. not worth to stay in this hotel.

A great location, just a few mins walk to the subway and a few mins walk to myeong dong market..Lotte duty free department store is just beside, they are connected to the hotel, an escalator from the hotel lobby brings you to the store.. Its another few mins walk to namdamun market.. so apparently its in the centre of shopping paradise. Subway needs […] only 3 stops to Dongdaemun, so its convenient.. There is a free shuttle bus through and fro to itaedong, another shopping paradise and to lotte world theme park.. Hotel service staff is not bad though not the best.. They are friendly too as compared to other services out of the hotel in Seoul. We took superior double in the main wing, non smoking floor, stayed for 4 nights, the size is good, everything seems new! nice decorations and designs. Very zen decor.. Love it! LCD screens is of good size, bath tub is big with nice toilet warmers and shower area. I would definately go back to Lottel Hotel Seoul for my stay :) Lees meer

Great location with airport bus and metro right outside. Standard rooms are a bit small if you are staying more than a couple of nights and it did not cost much to upgrade to a larger room

Fantastic location comfortable hotel but the cost of dining in the hotel is ridiculous. 42000won each for breakfast, 95,000 won for the buffet !!!!! Much easier to walk across to the huge number of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity and eat there.

Downstairs of the Lotte hotel is a great food court. Great accessibility to Seoul train station and subway system and Songong shops below ground makes this a place to return again.

Great location! Walking distance to shopping and eating places, from cheap to expensive. Room in main wing is spacious, bed is firm and nice, good amenities. Did not try any of its restaurants as it was cheaper to eat elsewhere. Concierge was ready to recommend great restaurants elsewhere and they were great choices. Room is nice and hotel location is good. The only thing is some of hotel staff not very politely.

The hotel is located right above a subway station, which allows for convenient access to the rest of Seoul and to Korea. There is abundant shopping (both at Lotte department and duty-free stores and across the main street in the Myeong-dong area) and restaurants. You can also walk to the Namdaemun market, if you so please! We stayed in a room on the […] club-level where we had access to the lounge which provided us with free breakfast (delicious), afternoon snacks and cocktails in the evening. Being provided with a hot western breakfast at the hotel is important because your only other options is baked goods at coffee shops/cafes or Korean soups and rice (which is delicious but can be challenging if you don't know where to go or what to order when you wake up jetlagged early in the morning). The service all over Seoul was fabulous but the service at the Lotte was superb. The room was spacious, elegant and clean. We also stayed at the Westin Chosun nearby but looking back, the club-level rooms in the new wing at the Lotte were better. Lees meer

High End location in a good part of town. Subway access through hotel tunnels. Walking distance to Namdamun Market (sp?). Good, yet expensive restaurants and bars in the hote. Overall, very nice.

何度か利用させていただいていますが、常にパーフェクトなサービスを提供してくれます。スタッフのレベルの高さが感じられます。

新館クラブフロアに滞在しました。立地も設備も申し分ありません。スタッフも日本語をよく話されますし、まず不自由することはありません。もう少し料金が安ければ最高ですが、この条件なら仕方ないかも。次回もお財布に余裕がある時にはぜひ滞在したいです。

突然フロントから記念日にケーキのサービスをして頂き滞在の喜びが倍になりました。フロントの方の対応も超一流ホテル並みで関心しました。

今回で三回利用しました。新館、本館、本館改装済みですが、どれも快適でした。特に新館については部屋が広く気持ち良かったです。

高いホテルだけあって、全般的に満足しました。ただし、1点だけ、前の部屋でエッチしている女性の声が通路に鳴り響いていました。ロマンチックな夜を過ごしたい方は気をつけた方が良さそうです。

新館を利用しました。レセプションが14Fですが、ベルボーイもいないし、自動ドアでなく、重いドアを自分で開けなければなりません。トランクを転がして自分でドアを開ける苦行をしなければなりませんでした。 レセプションを探すもわから無くて、なんとなくエレベーターに乗ってたどり着きました。

ホテルの横にはロッテ免税店、デパートがあり、デパート内のレストランもとても美味しいので十分楽しめます。地下の食料品売り場もリニューアルして充実。 明洞にもすぐ行けますのでたくさん買い物をした時もちょっと荷物を置きにくることもできますし、疲れたらちょっと休憩もできてとても便利でした。 携帯電話無料貸し出しがあり、電話を受けるだけであれば無料で利用できるのもうれしいサービスでした。

ホテルの位置はとても便利で、デパートともつながっているし明洞もすぐの場所なのでよかったです。 ただ部屋は他の方のレビューにもあるようにデラックスダブルの部屋はとてもせまく、ベットのサイズも普通のダブルのようで、子供と主人と３人で寝ましたが、ギリギリでした。 祖父母と一緒の旅行だったので、予約時にコネクティングルームをリクエストしていたのに、チェックイン時にコネクティングルームは満室とのことで、普通のダブルルームになってしまいました。予約時のリクエストは全く見ていないようでした。これではなんのためにロッテホテルにしたのか意味がありません。リクエストをちゃんと確認してほしいです。満室だから無理としか言われず、がっかりしました。 部屋は新しくとてもきれいでしたが上記の理由で次回は他のホテルにしよう […] と思います。 Lees meer

ウェスティンチョースンを定宿にしていますが、サミットの関係で希望日数が予約できず、今回初めてロッテホテル新館に泊まりました。一緒に行った妹は小学生の子供が居たためクラブフロアに泊まれず、普通の部屋に宿泊しました。クラブフロアのお部屋は特に問題もありませんでしたが、妹のお部屋は最悪でした。１５階の部屋のレイアウト・広さはクラブフロアと全く同じでしたが、街側と反対側のお部屋で眺望は最悪どころではなく、隣のビル（？）の屋上部分と同じ高さで、作業する人が歩いていたりするので、昼間でもカーテンを開けることもできませんでした。 またコントロールパネルが作動せず、照明やエアコンの調整ができず修理にきてもらったり、バスタブにはガムか樹脂のようなベタベタしものがベットリ付いていて気持ち悪く掃除を頼みましたが、 […] 目地を修理したものなので大丈夫だと言われました。 何かスッキリしないままの滞在になりました。 Lees meer

安心しておすすめできます。

今回初めてロッテに滞在しました。ニューウイングのクラブツインにしましたが、初めてなのでまず本館のフロントで尋ねたところ、本館と新館のリストが一致していないのか手間取り、チエックアウトの際荷物を指定した時間に取りに来てほしいとオーダーしたのに来ないのでチエックアウトをしに行きその旨を伝えたらフロントの方が荷物の担当者に連絡を入れていなくて、その場で入れて、部屋に戻ってもまだ取りに来ていなかった。時間がなかったので自分たちで運ぶことにし、エレベータまで運んだところで係りの人に会いました。次の予定でぎりぎりの時間だったので本当に困りました。ちなみにこの後の釜山のロッテホテルはすぐに動いてくれて大変快適でした。ちょっとソウルはたるんでいるように思います。

ロッテデパートの上ですし、歩いて5分で南大門市場、買い物好きな方には大変便利な立地です。 新館のクラブラウンジは、対応、メニューのレベル共に、可もなく不可もなくです。リッツのような最高級の雰囲気という感じではありません。 一点、新館の出入り口は、自動ドアではないのですが、ドアマンが近くにいても開けようとはしません。かなり重厚な扉で小さな女の子が苦労している姿を幾度となく見かけました。 五つ星としては、もう少し頑張って欲しいところです。

今回はニュー ウィング デラックスダブルタイプの 部屋に泊まりましたが、部屋も広く快適に過ごせました。またロッテホテルは明洞へも近くショッピングするにも大変便利な場所にあります。 韓国へ来たら必ずロッテに泊まるほど、ロッテホテルが気に行ってます。
