Opzich was het een redelijk hotel, maar ze zijn het wel aan het renoveren. Zo hadden wij dit hotel voor 2 periodes geboekt en de eerste keer kwamen we op een etage, daar was de vloerbedekking van de gangen verwijdert. Wanneer er nieuw kwam wisten ze niet. Je bleef letterlijk aan de vloer plakken. De periode erna hebben we een andere etage gevraagd en dat was prima. Er stond bij de reservering dat er geen ontbijt incl. was, maar je kon toch ontbijten, weliswaar niet uitgebreid.

Hotel wordt momenteel opgeknapt, maar daar merk je als gast weinig van. Goed kamers, prima ligging aan grote weg met genoeg ketens om te kunnen eten. Dicht tegen Cleveland aan en dichtbij de mooie natuur. Ruime badkamer, goede bedden.
Ligging.
Studio Plus Cleveland - Middleburg Heights bevindt zich in Middleburg Heights, dicht bij Baldwin Wallace College en International Exposition Center. Bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving zijn onder andere NASA Glenn Research Center en Memphis Kiddie Park.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Naast een fitnesscentrum en barbecueroosters heeft Studio Plus Cleveland - Middleburg Heights voorzieningen als een picknickplaats. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een safeloket bij de receptie, een lift en een televisie in de lobby. De receptie is op bepaalde tijden open. Gasten kunnen gratis parkeren.
Hotelkamers.
Studio Plus Cleveland - Middleburg Heights heeft 70 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker en een strijkplank/strijkijzer. Gasten hebben een gratis draadloze internetverbinding op de kamer. Alle kamers beschikken over een bureau en een telefoon met voicemail en gratis lokale gesprekken (hiervoor kunnen beperkingen gelden). Elke badkamer is voorzien van een bad/douchecombinatie en gratis toiletartikelen.
Alle units hebben een keuken met een magnetron, een koelkast en pannen/borden/keukengerei. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere openslaande ramen en een klokradio. Bovendien kun je op verzoek gebruikmaken van voorzieningen zoals een föhn en extra handdoeken/beddengoed. Een huishoudservice is wekelijks beschikbaar.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag worden aangerekend.

"I will likely return."
The room was wonderful as well as the amenitites. I would have liked a supply of coffee filters for the mini-coffee maker, but I can take care of that now that I know I will need it. Definitely planning to stay there next time I visit .
"After hours check in HORRIBLE / ROOM STINKS"
had to check in after hours, this seems to be the job of the cleaning employee who really isnt trained properly for it, barely got in the door. got to room - it smelled awful! couldnt relax or sleep due to the smell. was so mad i just left w/o checking out or complaining and checked in somewhere else. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

"Bad, un-interested service"
The female desk clerk at this place was on her cell phone conducting personal conversation all three times my Wife and/or I went into the office, including at our time of check in. She seemed MUCH more interested in continuing that, than she did providing us the services she is (over) paid to provide when working. Also, the heater in our room was ridiculously […] loud, and not extremely effective. Do yourselves a favor, just as I am doing the rank and file of the IBEW who I represent a favor in passing this info on to, and use this review as a money saver and avoid this hotel... as well as the entire chain.... at all costs. "Great if you need kitchen, stale cigarette stench"
The bed was comfortable, but the couch -not so much. The bathroom was clean but I think the toilet leaked becuase there was a puddle of water on the floor around the base. The shower was hot with pretty good water pressure. The large double closet with full length mirrors on the doors were convenient. The room was a good size. I opened the window to […] air it out due the stale odor of cigarettes or whatever. It might not bother you that much as I have been in hotel much worse, but I am allergic to cigarette smoke. Any residue will give me a headace and possibly cause breathing problems. If you need a kitchen, there is a full one and they provide dishes and dishwasher soap for the dishwasher. I only heard pets when walking in the hall. I am allergic to animals so I have no tolerance for animal dander. I still have a headache 5 days after my stay. I am unlikely to stay there again just do to my allergies. I need an extremtly clean environment, but not sprayed with chemicals. Lees meer
"Beats sleeping on the streets"
this motel must be extremely under staffed. After checking in there is no maid service until you check out, If you want clean towels you had to take the dirty towels to the laundry room and exchange them for clean towels. The door to room had to be slammed shut,or to open it had to be busted into. The bed had a decent mattress which was the only good […] thing about the room and the shower was ok. I guess the room would be ok if you don't expect or pay much. they need to hire more maids and renovate the rooms, Lees meer

I booked a one night stay at this hotel, and let me say it was an excercise in stupidity of the highest degree. Everyone please beware, if you book through Hotels.com their computer system will show that you have NOT paid. Whats worse, is that when I brought my paper receipt in as proof, I was met with the old "well, this says you paid, so I guess it […] is all OK" in a very condecending manner. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place, or any others in the chain, to anyone when booking through Hotels.com. Scott Lees meer

"Over Night Get Away"
My boyfriend and I took an over night trip to ohio at the end of the summer. We both agreed that Studio Plus was the right choice for hotel. We spent one night and really had no complaints. The only negative thing we experienced was the smoke detector going off when we tried to make pancakes. We believe that the it was because the pans seemed cheap. "Good hotel for the money"
Nice, clean rooms. Had a kitchen.Lady at the front desk was not very friendly. Had to pay for the internet.Did not have any breakfast. Otherwise good, comfortable hotel for the price!

"Nothing special"
No blowdryer, no pool, no continental breakfast. I've stayed in places with much more to offer at the same price or less in the Cleveland area.
