Holiday Inn Express Brentwood in Brentwood

As always...a great place to stay! I little off the beaten path and not much in the immediate area. Good rooms, good service and the breakfast is awesome!!! Try the automatic pancake dispenser ( I call it the pancake printer, hahaha) Thanks will stay again if in the area!

Nice clean hotel with nice comfortable rooms. I loved that there was a nice sized fridge, and microwave available in the room. Good quality mattress and linen. Decent breakfast although since the scrambled eggs were grainy and unappetizing, and the only meat potion was pork sausage, I would consider it more a continental breakfast.

This is a basic clean place to stay in the area. There is a starbucks walking distance away. Staff was very friendly

We loved our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and roomy. I loved the decor. Breakfast offered lots of choices and changed from day to day. I would definitely recommend the Brentwood Holiday Inn Express.

The staff was pleasant. However, we were given a room on the 2nd floor and were not told the elevator was not working and would have to carry our luggage up the stairs. When we found this out, we requested a room on the 1st floor and were accommodated. Terrible, lousy Pillows. Elevator out of order. Had not experienced a $100.00 deposit for possible damage to room. This is completely unacceptable. If this is a Holiday policy, then I will find other accommodations in the future and be sure to alert others of this Holiday policy.

The room was good. The service was good, but being on the second floor with no elevator available is a major inconvenience. Having to drag a large suitcase up the stairs is a pain.

HIE has no elevator;stayed on 2nd floor.HIE has no Spa or exercise room.otherwise motel OK.Have stayed at Hampton Inn before;mistate to stay at HIE. Rate HIE a 1 3/4.

The hotel debits a $$$ charge to "secure" the credit card you offer through, say, Expedia; in my case. The charge is then refunded after the stay. We stayed one night, so the "security charge" equaled our room charge. This hotel is like many, such as Super8; no elevator. I was hoping for a first floor room because I'm recovering from a broken leg. Was […] told that only one second floor room was available. Looked as if it was at most 2/3 full with truckers and local construction workers. Had no problems, plenty of parking, breakfast included scrambled eggs and real bacon, plus relatively nutritious additional items, with milk, coffee and juices. Room was new and clean and very plesant. There was a sign when we checked in about after hour noise. I thought this was great until 2:00Am in the morning when a group of people decided to have a long conversation outside our window. Anyway I would recommend this hotel. Note: no elevators!

we went to a wedding at discovery bay golf club and this hotel was very convinience just 5 min from the hotel to the golf club.

My stay was very comfortable. However, hotel does not have elevator, (they did say they working on trying to solve this problem) so if cannot handle stairs, need to call hotel specifically to request one of the first floor rooms.

Check in was very fast the whole transaction was very smooth with no problems or issues. One of the fastest check in I've experienced. The rooms were recently remodeled. Continental breakfast was excellent.

Noise people in the room above me. my room was right next to some stairs and it was really loud when people would go up and down.

Front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. Check-in was fast and painless. I'm not sure if we had a smoking room, but it had a smoke smell to it.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating and it was clean and comfortable. It was very close to where I was doing business. Lots of shopping and restaurants within 10 minute drive.
