Travelodge Inn and Suites Orlando Airport in Orlando

Prima om de vakantie te beginnen. Kamer is ruim en alleen een beetje gedateerd. De vloerbedekking is van dubieuze schoonheid!! Slippers aan en geen blote voeten. Verder alles aanwezig en schoon. Het ontbijt is voor Amerikaanse begrippen heel erg goed. Brood, sereals, bagels, yoghurt, fruit en koffie/thee aanwezig. Divers zoet beleg en cream cheese. […] Wij hebben een goede start gemaakt. De shuttle service is gratis alleen moet je op de luchthaven even bellen en dan is het niet duidelijk welke shuttle je komt halen. Was only a one stay. to be closer to the aport to avoid moring rush hour traffic in and out of Orlando.. did not have time to use any of the other amenities the hotel had to offer

The surrounding was not safe , first room was very dirty.got put in second room ,stick of cigarette . my son and i where very afraid.this place needs to close down . there where things cruling in the bathroom . i have never stay anywhere like this before. i read the review and thougt not everythng u read is true. trust me this is true seeing and believing. […] very low grade place.they told me the shulte will take me to yhe airport i had to pay cab to bring us there. not good. The room was horrible. It was dirty, it smelled like milldew,and it was not in any condition for anyone to be spending the night in. I did not stay there. After checking in and seeing the condition of the room I went directly back to the front desk and demanded that they check me out of there. I couldn't even get my money back! The only good thing about my stay was the convenience to the airport. The condition/maintenance of the hotel was so bad that I cancelled a non-refundable room so I would not have to stay again. My non-smoking room smelled so bad I requested another room and it was almost as bad. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke, toilet was not flushed, water drained from sink onto floor, the second I turned off the lights and bravely layed in bed, i slapped a roach off my leg. Horrible.

The Hotel is conviniently located, Front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful as well as the Housekeeping staff going out of their way to keep us happy. The overall condition of the rooms were less than desireable, carpets badly worn out, stained smelling bad along with a moldy shower curtain.

Good price, clean facility, basic breakfast, close to amusements.

Even though the front desk was very pleasant and helpful, we did not get room service for 2 days, which meant no coffee, cups, or clean towels, and the hotel wasn't even a 1/4 full.

Although the staff was good and tried to be accomodating there were times they just couldn't do much. At almost every breakfast they ran out of coffee and milk and one one day there was no kitchen staff at all so the front desk person had to do everything. And that day they ran out of food too. This was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. I was […] at a second floor room just above the patio where the maids fix and bring out their carts. I was woken up EVERY day to the noise of shouting, yelling, laughing, joking and talking to the other maids. And they were LOUD!!! One morning we woke to the sounds of drilling and hammering and the tearing out of walls and plumbing at 8 AM. We were not notified this property would be under construction while we were guests there. We also had water shut off without notification. We had a few problems with this room, I was glad it was only one night. Not enough personnel to run the place. Noticed upon leaving that the mattress was really dirty on the side. Needs a lot of updates.

Cheap price, freindly staff, dirty old hotel with a new exterior. Good location and a free breakfast. Spend the extra money if you're going to stay in Orlando more than one night and find a nicer, cleaner hotel.

The Travelodge is a little bit old and wear and tear is starting to show up on the building. However the rooms were clean, the neighborhood was very convenient to the airport and all the Disney locations and Sea World. Hotel was clean and location convenient to the theme parks. Only problem was that room service never came to our room for the three night we stayed. We were on a budget and needed a value hotel and this served the purpose. Overall, clean and comfortable hotel, would stay again if in Orlando.

While the hotel is very convenient, you get what you pay for. The area surrounding the hotel is not safe and while I requested a non-smoking room, I could smell the smoke. I was not offered another room, so I left the property for a safer and cleaner room at a different hotel (without getting any money back) In summary, if you don't mind smoke in the […] room, can "handle" yourself in a questionable neighborhood, and are not a single female, then this is the place for you. Stayed at the travel lodge one night, so we could catch our flight out of Orlando the following day. Hotel room was very greasy, hotel computer was super slow and couldnt print anything either. I wouldnt recomend

Our plan was arriving late and we wanted a hotel that was close to the airport and inexpensive. Staff was friendly. Room a little shabby. This hotel met our purpose. Can't comment on breakfast as we slept thru it. Pool area looked nice. I would recommend for a stop over but not for several nights.

It's fine for a quick overnight - but other guests were way to loud and made sleeping difficult.

I was satisfied with the welcome from the desk staff,representative was very helpful and to the point. Checking in was a breeze, very rapid. t location was convenient. The room was clean, but the shower area or shower curtain had a bit of a mildew stench. Otherwise all was well.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I has booked a non-smoking room. Ash trays were laying around in the room and everything smelled of cigarette smoke. To get a non-smoking room they charged me an additonal $20, saying that they had to upgrade to a suite. They would not refund my money even though the room was not what I requested and I was […] forced to get a suite that I did not want. Bait and switch. The first room I was in had had an animal in it and their were urine spots in the carpet. The staff the next morning would not open the door until 6:00 am while I waited for the airport shuttle. They made me stay outside on a cool January morning, while they were sleeping in another room. All in all a bad experience! Lees meer

Very close to the airport and shopping. Clerk was very accomodating (we checked in early) and giving us directions to where we needed to go! Only complaint was the jacuzzi was not working.

Spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere nicer. First, the "included" parking still costs $5 a day. It's just discounted, not free. Second, the hotel is undergoing renovations and there are large portions of rooms unavailable. Why is this a problem? You will likely end up in a room that clearly had smokers in it, even though it was billed as non-smoking. […] Third, there were ANTS in the room. Forth, the whole room felt and looked filthy. I did not want to touch the comforter. Finally, there was a loud generator near by that kicked on and off at odd intervals throughout the night. Seriously, stay somewhere else. Lees meer

This hotel is ok. The price was great and the location is very convenient to the hotel.

Convenient, very friendly and helpful staff with Great sized clean rooms. Basic but comfy, Free wifi and airport shuttle too. Will stay there again.

Terrible condition. Room smelled bad, peeling paint, holes in wall. Bad area, lots of cops stopping suspects. Not a nice part of town.

Nothing fancy but functional. What do you expect for the price?

Pros - had breakfast, frig and microwave. Cons - Clientel were somewhat scary, busy street noise, waited 35 minutes for shuttle, not close to airport, shuttle runs on the hour only. Also found ants in sink area.

I booked one room with two queen beds for me and my family for only one night-- we were heading on a cruise the next day. I didn't hold very high expectations for the hotel because the room was so cheap. I can safely say that I will never try to be so frugal again with hotels if I get a room as dirty and dingy as the one we stayed in. The hotel basically […] looked very run down and I would only recommend this hotel if you were a bunch of students looking for a place to crash for the night, and ONLY in this case. Overall great value for the money. Very friendly front desk; good continental breakfast in the morning and VERY conveniently located.

The rooms were huge, and the bed was in a seperate room with door (and seperate T.V.). Main room had a sofa and seperate Murray bed (and T.V.). Had a fridge, microwave, and sink. Room was clean and had no odors. I had reserved 3 King rooms, and they all had the same amenities. Standard continental breakfast. The staff was very nice and accommodating with everything. The first room I was assigned had a moldy bathroom and funny smell about it. When I called the front desk to move rooms they were very nice and quick to move me to a cleaner room. I am moving to Orlando from New York and needed a place to stay for a couple nights. The Travel Lodge was just what I needed. The free breakfast is not the best but there are many places walking distance to eat. We stayed at this location due to it's proximity to the airport. The lobby was nice and the staff was friendly. those are the only two positive things I can say. We stayed in room 210. The door had obviously been smashed in on more that one occasion, and the repairs were mediocre at best, you had the slam the door very hard to close it. The hot tub […] was filled with 6 inches of green water, and our floor did not have an ice machine. When my wife and I walked into our room we looked at each other and laughed.....but really what should we have expected for that price. Lees meer

Shuttle to airport is not free, breakfast was luke warm weak coffee, cereal & toast. AC did not stay cold and was very loud. Water pressure of shower was great for a child, but not good was washing hair. WiFi in room worked, but was very weak.

This hotel should be torn down, The building is in need of a face lift, carpets in rooms are dirty and worn out, I would suggest they call in the wrecking ball and demolish this place.

I stayed here on a recent family trip. The neighborhood isn't very good and we saw 2 roaches in our room the next morning...DON"T STAY HERE!!!!!

Older hotel but the price and location was great. Nice pool and friendly staff. The bathrooms needed some work but they were OK. I was there on business but it was in the heart of Sea World and Disney exits. Close to the Florida Mall and plenty of dining. Waffle HOuse across the street.

Hotel shuttle and busses go to airport regularly.
