Erg mooi hotel.schoon,ruim,alles bij de hand.er stond wel dat roken was toegestaan maar wij verbleven in de rushtower wat een niet roken toren is.wel een super mooie kamer.verder mag je overal roken en was eigenlijk geen probleem.internet is duur.en hebben ze 4x berekend.uiteindelijk wel gereformeerd bij het uitchecken.rustige toren,geen lawaai behalve […] de schoonmaaksters om 8 uur in de ochtend.die druk praten op de gang.zou het hotel zeker aanraden!! Dit was een erg druk en lawaaiig hotel. Het zwembad was overvol, nauwelijks een bed te vinden, het rook er niet fris en overal zaten mensen te roken. Er waren lange rijen voor het ontbijtbuffet, we hebben zeker 40 minuten gewacht voordat we een plek kregen aangewezen. Er was tot laat in de nacht harde muziek die in de kamer door dreunde. het hotel ligt iets te ver af van de strip. de kamers zijn behoorlijk en proper. de prijs is gunstig.

Groot hotel downtown Las Vegas, dus niet aan de "Strip". Inchecken van twee kamers naast elkaar ging moeizaam. Uiteindelijk prima opgelost. Geen koelkast op de kamer en log niet twee keer in op het betaalde wifi net want dan heb je dubbele kosten. Rush Tower is erg comfortabel en modern. Zwembad overvol en veel lawaai.

Dit hotel staat onder de hotels Centrum Las Vegas, maar dit is bijna 1,5 uur lopen en ruim 20 met de bus naar de het centrum de Strip. Dit is dus geen juiste informatie! Dus als je een hotel ver buiten het centrum zoekt raad ik het hotel Golden Nugget aan, wil je in het gezellige centrum zitten "NIET"

het ligt leuk , meteen bij de fremont experience : een bijzondere voorstelling 3x per avond [ gratis ]. vanuit je kamer mooi uitzicht op de Strip. goede gratis hotel P. een groot Minpunt geen gratis internet.

We hadden speciaal een corner suite genomen voor het uitzicht maar werden in 1e instantie op de 5e verdieping gezet waar je verblind werd door 2 enorm grote lampen die de gevel verlichten! Nadat we daarover klaagden werden we naar de 19e verdieping overgeplaatst. Net casino hotel, ook geschikt voor families met kinderen. Leuk zwembadje, (beetje druk). Fremond street is een fantastische ervaring, die de Strip evenaart.

Golden Nugget ligt aan Freemont Street in downtown Las Vegas,prima gebied met veel gratis entertainment voor de deur, erg gezellig, outlet stores dicht in de buurt, ook de strip is makkelijk te bereiken met auto of openbaar vervoer (b.v. de deuce) de bussen rijden regelmatig, Auto is een aanrader wil je de omgeving nog verkennen zoals Valley of Fire, […] Golden Nugget en speciaal de Carson tower is een beetje gedateerd erg klein bad en oude airco, zwembad is speciaal met het haaienbassin. De entree van hotel is zeer impressive, en deze luxe trok zich helemaal door tot in de kamers van de Rush Tower. Hoe het andere deel van het hotel is weten we wel niet, dat is een apart gebouw. Kamers zijn zeer modern en strak ingericht, we hebben ook totaal geen last gehad van lawaai. Mooi hotel, centraal gelegen downtown. Als je de drukte van de strip even beu bent is het downtown Las Vegas echt genieten geblazen. Het zwembad met de haaien in The Golden Nugget moet je echt gezien hebben!

You can't go wrong staying at Golden Nugget in downtown Las Vegas, the rooms are clean, the food is good and the pool is great. Gaming is always nice there too, good table games at very affordable prices with excellent service. I've always wanted to stay at GN in my previous trips and finally did it, I wasn't disappointed . Thanks !

The rooms were nice for the price, and housekeeping did well. Many small maintenence things to be picky about (lights out in elevators, dingy carpets.) Far better than most casino's on the strip for half the money. Freemont street is a blast and you don't feel like you are trapped in a cassino rat trap.

Overall the hotel was OK, Carson Towers are showing their age. We've stayed here.. many times... will probably stay again, only because it's a good location.

First time at this hotel. The room in Rush tower was pretty good but bathrooms pretty odd and did not like the high step in bath tub to shower. The pool area is strange with beds lined up touching each other in long rows. As people were allowed to smoke in this area it was pretty horrible having to put up with them being so close (the area was packed […] so pool beds at a premium). The staff around the pool were mostly rude. Location of the hotel is right on Fremont street so pretty good for that area. We do Vegas at least once a year and I love the old Vegas better than the newer Vegas. Staying at the Golden Nugget is my preferred choice. The rooms and service are great, the beds are the best in ALL of Vegas, the restaurants are superb, the slots are looser than any other, and the location is perfect. There is no other place to be than on Fremont […] Street at night with the canopy lit up every 15 minutes and the live bands that play till 1:00 am every night. Can't wait to go back! Lees meer

Great hotel. Felt like a luxury hotel on the strip. I wanted to stay to enjoy the nightlife on Fremont Street. OMG the pool was awesome. My kids loved it and was the highlight of the whole trip. We will definitely recommend to all. Hotel was very clean, classy, and gave it an A+.

Everything was nice except for rude employees, especially valet parking. The ONLY pleasant employee was the lady that checked us in. Pool was fun.

This was our first time on Freemont Street. We normally stay on the Strip hotels,( Mandalay Bay).We were pulled in on this Hotel because of friends we were traveling with. The problem is with the area, Bums everywhere .We must have been asked 50 times for money, on the street, and the hotel public area. Freemont street is like a zoo, we saw everything […] you can imagine walking on the street.(although there were plenty of cops on the street).But, once you walked up and down Freemont, that's it. Nothing left to do, you stopped at all the trinket shops. Walking off Fremont street to neighboring streets is a big mistake .It's a ghetto, with someone watching you from every dark corner. It made us feel uneasy. One plus for the hotel, the restaurants were quite good, some of the servers were a bit underexperianced. Pool was so small, we could never find a place to sit.(too crowded)One other tip ,we stayed at the Rush Tower. The rooms in the front can be quite noisy. Bands playing until 1 am. I found it odd not having a fridge in the room and no free coffee or tea. Getting to the room is a hazard for non smokers. You need to have a shower soon as you get to your room because of the smoke.

We have stayed in the past and enjoyed it. This was the first time we ate at the buffet and I was very disappointing. We had to clear our own table because the wait staff was not attentive and the buffet was almost empty. The food was not very good and the cost was high. We may stay again, but will not eat at any of the restaurants.

Nice hotel, probably the best one in "old vegas". It doesn't compare to the actual strip but there are no resort fees to pay which will save you about $15-$20 a day. I would stay on Fremont street area, rest of area gets sketchy.

The Place Was Very Nice And The Water Slide Was A Blast , 12 of Us went Down It Probably 20 Times And We Are 28-72Years Old. And They Had a Case Special $95 For 24 16 oz. Cans By The Pool.

Loud, restaurants were open areas off casino. Was impressed with how little cigarette smoke there was in the casino. Pool area was a feature. Coffee pot in room cost $10 to use - ridiculous. Liked size and style of in-room safe.

Our stay was good. The location on Fremont St is ideal and the facility is well maintained and clean.There is a nice pool with a slide through the shark tank. I would stay here again. The one big drawback for us was that the WiFi was expensive - most places these days include it in the room rate. Overall our experience was positive.
