They have done an awesome job remodeling this hotel. Very clean, quiet and staff is very freindly. My first time here. I will be back. A great deal for the $99.00 I paid. Could easily charge twice that.

Generally it was an okay visit. There were two glitches:1. The Wi-fi signal strength was very poor. For business travellers, this is a big no. 2. The room service staff didn't keep any glasses (to drink water/coffee) in the room. Otherwise, the room was fine and within budget.

We were staying near Stanford for a follow up visit after my daughters surgery. The Hotel Aria was the 6th hotel in the area we have sated at over the past year. Very convenient location - right around the corner from Cold Stone! The lady at the front desk was Super Friendly, very helpful, and pretty, too! The tv's can stand an upgrade, and we kind of missed not having a Premium movie channel. But the beds were very comfy, and the room was large enough for the 3 of us.

Nice clean rooms with a very friendly staff. The free breakfast was good as well as free WiFi and free printing of airline boarding passes. Overall very pleasant and can recommend without hesitation.

I think my title says it all. The hotel is older so don't expect anything fancy. But, the staff is nice, the location is convenient and it was cheap.

Very friendly staff. Older hotel but they seem to keep it clean and maintained. Bed was comfortable. Good parking. Bath towels are old Motel 6 style, small and thin. Nice room for the price, tried to get a hotel closer to Mountain View but this was all I could get. Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, good water pressure. Internet was fickle which made working from my hotel room a little frustrating.

Staff were friendly. The complimentary cookies were a nice touch. The room was comfortable enough, although it had a distinct smell that was a little unpleasant. There isn't much within walking distance, but that's typical of the area. It's pretty much what you would expect from a 2.5 star hotel.

Hotel is a bit run down and carpet looks and feels old. However, the rooms are very clean, staff was very nice and the hotel offers an adequate free breakfast and free wifi.

Front Desk girl, wish I knew her name, was wonderful. We needed to check in early for a funeral, and she accomodated it. I was impressed with her and the willingness to help us on this day.

This hotel used to be a Holiday Inn Express. It looks like when they switched names they did some basic cosmetic improvements. It is a totally reasonable hotel and the staff is friendly. My room was clean, but sparse. The big negatives are: (1) they do use some kind of air sanitizer or detergent in the rooms that is very potent (2) the hot breakfast […] was unpleasant. The location is great. Close enough to Palo Alto/Stanford area but still has a reasonable rate. The staff are friendly and very professional. The only problem I encountered was that the internet was very hard to connect to and once I did connect, it was slow and spotty. Overall a decent place to stay though.

The hotel room is nicely updated and appointed, and have excellent beds. The hotel exterior and parking lot are a little off-putting when you first drive up, but happily, the interior of the hotel is just fine...clean, comfortable, and friendly service.

I would have given the hotel a 5 on staff, except the check out clerk could not give me a reciept when I checked out. Musty smell, heat nor A/C worked. Carpet was worn and the overall condition of the hotel needs major updating.

There are a couple of rooms to avoid - next to the exercise room - it's open until 11:00pm and the treadmill is right next to the wall. Not a good experience if you have to be out of the hotel at 5:30 am. And there are a couple of electrical storage closets with some contraption that thuds for most of the night. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was spacious and clean. Furniture was in good condition. Common area carpets were somewhat dirty/worn, but inside the rooms this was not a problem. the fitness center consists of 2 treadmills and an elliptical, not the greatest for a work-out but still ok. Good price. Stayed there for three days for Stanford Reunion weekend. Easy to get to. Basic but comfortable rooms. Free WiFi. Good breakfast. Carpets in hallways could use a shampoo but otherwise clean.

Overall the property was adequate for a one-night stay. The personnel were helpful at the front desk. Only real complaint was that there were no cups of any kind (not even the plastic wrapped in plastic cups) in the room. When my son had to take a pill and I needed to take daily meds, we had to drink water with our hands from the faucet. Rate too expensive […] to have to do that! Come on Aria, how about some cups!
