Goed gelegen hotel in leuke buurt met veel goede restaurantjes. Hotel zelf prima, hoewel 4 sterren niet echt waargemaakt worden. Wij zaten hier buiten het voetbalseizoen, dus voor een redelijk lage prijs.

The Hotel was of the standard I'd expect with anything to do with Chelsea Football Club - of the highest order.

My wife and I stayed mid-week and worried the location might be a bit remote. However, being located on Fulham Rd proved to be an excellent choice as the bespoke shopes and Cafe/Bars were of the highest order. We enjoy walking so found the walk into town no problem calling into Harrods in Knightsbridge on the way. Extremely convenient for those who plan to attend a match at Stamford Bridge and / or need an overnight stay within reasonably short distance from Central London. The only 2 negative remarks were: room was still not ready by 14pm (check in) which was an inconvenient as I had 2 luggages of considerable size, and no available parking space in their own […] car park. Millenium should have available spaces for those with hotel reservations and in need of car park. I end up parking 5 mins away, Fulham broadway station, but at a ridiculously expensive rate... The staff were very very helpful and polite. It was nice to be treated with respect and consideration for our needs. It was close to Earls Court to suit our needs. It will be a consideration for future holidays and will be recommended to our friends and family.

This hotel was perfect. Everything that we wanted and needed. 3 minute walk from Fulham and Broadway station. 30 seconds to Stamford bridge stadium. Room was spotless, spacious and unbelievebly comfortable. You could see the stadium from our bedroom window. Even after the match when the hotel lobby was extremely busy, there was no problem getting to […] and from our bedroom. ALL staff were extremely friendly and I mean all!! This is a very nice hotel. I can gladly recommend it to anyone that is staying in the london area. Nice rooms helpful staff clean and classy. Near the underground and a very nice and quiet area.

Very much enjoyed my stay and would return again. Staff friendly and helpful. A few issues with air conditioning and plumbing on check in but were quickly resloved. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the food is excellent; the quickest room service delivery I have ever experienced.

This hotel is in the middle of Chelsea - a very safe location with excellent transportation to all must see sights in London. Three bus routes stop at front door and Tube stop is 2 blocks away. Many restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was most complete of any hotel we stayed at in UK. Very friendly and efficient staff. room was excellent, only fault a little hot overnight, air con not cold enough but was a warm weekend and a small stain on carpet, otherwise v clean great beds v comfortable and big pillows staff v polite and helpful always greeted with smile, great value as we booked erly would recommend to others and stay again

The hotel was well appointed and comfortable and we all agreed smelled good upon entry (fragrance via aircon!). My only disappointment was the £17.50 per head charge for a very average breakfast - in fact it was cheaper to order room service!! There are plenty of cafes and coffee shops nearby that would provide a much better option.

Just spent 4 nights, excellent staff and hotel. Great access to central London and of course Chelsea FC. If a fan , visiting for a match stay in the Copthorne, great bar and reception compared to the Millenium, rooms better also. Cannot fault the Hotel , will return !!

Clean, spacious and great location

I found the hotel to be be very clean, comfortable and nice. the staff is very friendly, the room spacious and full of light (unlike many hotels in London...), and the furniture modern and efficient. I slept like a baby. the hotel is very accesible: the tube station is 3 mins. walk, and in 20 minutes you're in the heart of the city. not less important, […] there is a shopping mall at the station, well equipped with a supermarket, a cafe and a restaurant, beside some more shops. the proximity to the chelsea football club is a bonus for fans, i guess. in short - ideal for anbody who wants to spend his day in the city - but sleep at night in a quiet and welcoming ambiance. It does help if you are a football fan, but this was a property I would have no hesitation in endorsing even if the stay is unrelated to the oval-ball game. We chose the hotel because we had tickets to a game, had contacts at the Chelsea club, and were flying in from Australia that morning. Our contacts helped us out with an early check in (gratefully […] received) & we were fortunate enough to get a great game later that afternoon, but the hotel experience would have been pleasant regardless of both of those add ons. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located two minutes walk from the Fulham Broadway tube and is well appointed with the various clubs and cafes of the Stamford Village complex a stone's throw from the hotel room windows. Room was very cold, for the money you pay per night is not the most exciting hotel. We only booked in for a night and will definately not be returning. The worst part was breakfast. Intercontinental should not be tinned fruit and cold pastries... especially for £12.50. I paid extra to get the full English breakfast and that was no better. The toast […] was cold, the bacon was hard rock and the mushrooms were again from tins. So for a £17.50 breakfast I would of thought it would of been of great quality. The hotel did not have my booking from hotels.com, meaning a lot of confusion at the front desk. Thankfully, the hotel checked me in regardless and I was sent to a room. Unfortunately, the first room was already occupied!! The hotel did make ammends after this and upgraded me, plus apologised with a bottle of wine which was a great move. Stay in london a lot and normally stay right in town but have grown very frustrated with the quality of hotels in the core of london (for the price we can afford). Recently decided that i would be willing to try and stay in a nicer hotel a little farther from my office. Found this one, which is a great hotel with larger rooms, nicer beds and better […] service than anything you will get in central london for this price. the only downside is that it takes a couple tube rides to get to town. if you dont mind the 30 minute commute, then you will definitely prefer this hotel to anything else in the price range. very satisfied, good location, tube, bus, food, Bar, great new deli style grocery store around the corner that just opened.

What a disappointment ! The hotel was dingy and our room was dirty when we checked in. The staff is either untrained or uncaring; there was no greeting at check in and questions were met with indifference. Excellent Hotel. Close to tube and all amenities. Our room was spacious and clean. Comfy bed. The room was so quiet, we did not hear a thing all night and I am a light sleeper! Breakfast was not included and was over £17.00 each, but we ate elsewhere. Staff were efficient and friendly. Highly recommended, would stay again.

The entrance was a little hard to find because there were quite a few buildings that made up the Chelsea Football Club, however once I was inside I was greeted immediately and taken care of before I even expected it. The staff was wonderful and the conditions were also superior. I did not expect so much available to me in my room, especially traveling […] alone and having such a short stay, but it was a wonderful surprise. The surrounding area was very welcoming although I did not have much time to explore. Proximity to the tube was great, especially for someone with a lot of heavy luggage. While this hotel was advertised as having a pool it was quite a surprise to find out if we wanted to swim we would have to pay an extra £25 per person to use it. Given we had selected the hotel based on it having a pool this was really quite frustrating as £50 for a half hour swim one morning was a ridiculous fee. The desk staff were very nice, professional […] and helpful. The cleaning staff were no quite so fantastic, not putting the shampoo in the bathroom on the first day and also walking into the room in the morning without knocking. The air conditioning was also quite noisy when on at all. Generally a good hotel if you don't mind not being in the centre of town, if you have lots of money to spend on the extras and/or like Chelsea football club. Lees meer

Since other reviews cover this hotel in great detail, I won't bore anyone with specifics. What I will say is that this hotel is a safe bet in London. Going to London can seem intimidating as there are hundreds of hotels, if not thousands of hotel/hostel/etc options. One finds themselves weighting the pros of cheap-prices versus to cons of a lousy hotel. […] The "M&C" is the best of both worlds. We booked this business trip for 2 and we had no complaints about the hotel. The only thing i would mention is dont be fooled by the pictures of the gym and the swimming pool there is a £25 charge per day for the use of this which i found shocking because all i wanted to do was use the gym for an hour per day first thing in the morning, a real dissapointment, […]  but dont get me wrong we will visit again Lees meer

The hotel was by far worth the money. This hotel came with a mini-fridge, dresser, desk, chair, couch, coffee table, iron, pants press, LCD panel TV, and tea maker. I could have lived in the room if I wanted to. After traveling in London all day, I enjoyed coming back to a clean hotel, brewing some tea (which they provide with free cookies), showering, […] and watching TV on the couch before bed. It was almost better than home. Plus, the hotel is a 5 minute walk from a tube station. From there, you can get anywhere in London easily. Also, there are many food stores, etc in that tube station. This hotel was very nice! Walking distance to the Fulham Broadway tube station. Bed and pillows were super-comfy. I will book again on my next visit to London.

The room was satisfactory for the price, the shower would have benefitted from more water pressure. For me the location was good and easy to find. Only problems were that when I turned up to checked in they were doing something with the hotel system and I had to wait over 10 mins before they sorted it out. The second problem was on check out. I had […] booked for two nights via hotel.com but was checking out late afternoon after the first night, so about 20 hours early but the check out staff wanted to charge me £20 for late check out!! If you want to book this hotel because of the facilities then DONT it doesn't have any, you could get a hotel of the same standard much closer to the city centre! The pool was a 5 - 10 min walk from the hotel and cost 20 pound per person per day!! The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The bed was possibly the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. The location was fantastic - the bus stop to Central London was literally right outside and Fulham Broadway tube station was a 5 minute walk away.
