Prima hotel, net niet aan de drukke hoofdweg, maar prima gelegen. Ontbijt simpel, maar OK. Kamers ruim en netjes incl. magnetron. Zou het zeker aanraden!

I was SO impressed with La Quinta! The service was amazing, the staff was very helpful and courteous, the room was nice and clean, the breakfast was decent, and you can't beat the location. It's a $6 cab to City Walk and Universal parks, has a bunch of different restaurants nearby and it's right off the highway. It was just a 20 minute drive to Downtown […] Disney. They offer shuttle service for all the major theme parks too. Do note though, that this La Quinta is pet friendly. There is no additional charge for bringing your pet, which is nice, but we didn't find out that it was pet friendly until we got there so we spent money on boarding our pets. All the "pet rooms" are on the 1st floor (makes it easier to walk your dog at night in their big parking area), but for anyone with major allergies, it might pose an issue. Overall, I must say this will be my go-to Orlando hotel from now on. Lees meer

Hotel met our needs. Staff was very nice and helpful! Room was OK; nothing special/fancy. Defininitely need some new towels. Some towels were OK and some very worn. Also, we had three towels in our room. Four would have been nice. I'm sure we could have gotten extra w/out problem. However, in the height of the season, I could see it taking a while. […] The elevator needs some work. There is a free breakfast. It was OK. Could have had more variety than just plain bagels. Maybe some other flavirs or english muffins. Location is excellent for Universal Studios. A FREE shuttle is offered to Universal Studios in the AM and returns to hotel at park closing. This is definitely a plus. You don't have to park at Universal or pay their $15 parking charge. If you want to leave the park before close, you can walk back to hotel OR take a taxi for $5-6. We visit Orlando to go to Universal annually. We have stayed at La Quinta each time and continually have been impressed with service/room. Front desk staff was very friendly, rooms were huge ( we were upstairs with a king size bed ) Very modern room, only updates needed were perhaps the showers and adding safes to the rooms. There is a shuttle to universal […] in the morning and night but only a 15 minute walk to universal or islands of adventure which makes it very convenient to avoid parking fees. breakfast is on par with any hotel breakfast. 2 minute walk away from restaurants, grocery, starbucks. Orlando Ale house is a great spot for lunch/dinner. overall another great stay and great price. will definitely be back Lees meer

1) missed the shuttle to Universal because was given the wrong time of departure over phone thus had to pay to park! 2) when we got to our room IT WAS NO CLEANED, they just pulled the sheets up on the bed without even changing them! Trash had not been emptied, counters and bathroom dirty!! Went to desk to ask to speak to manager and was told he was […] in a meeting( he was talking with housekeeping, obviously more important than customer service!). When I explained our problem to the lady behind the counter she acted like she was so put out for having to "fix" things for us, huffing and puffing through the whole process. 3). The door that was closest to our room and to our car as you enter the facility, for some reason, has a condensation line that comes out of the building on I think the third floor and customers get wet from all the water coming out of it. The water falls right on your head! There's got to b a way to redirect that water somewhere else!! Lees meer

We stayed here for one night before we went to Sea World and checked into our resort for Disney World....overall the hotel was nice....we did not have any issues with our stay....

Nice Hotel, the staff was friendly. My room was OK, the fridge did not work, so it had to be replaced, & the bathrooms could have used a little more maintenance. But overall a great deal & a great location.

This was probably one of the nicest La Quinta's we have stayed at. It was clean and fairly updated in decor. The bathroom was very plain but clean. We had a refrigerator and microwave in our room which were handy to have. Having the free breakfast was very convenient. The breakfast area could maybe be organized slightly differently (i.e, the hot water […] is not near the oatmeal packets) to make movement through it a little easier, but it was certainly well used! The hotel offers a shuttle to/from Universal which we did not take advantage of which would have been nice to have used so we could have saved our parking money. We went to Disney the next day, and it was only about 15 minutes away so still very convenient. The only "difficulty" we had was that there is only 1 elevator, and it's difficult to use when the maids are trying to get on to clean rooms. While this is not a "glamourous" hotel, it was not "bottom of the barrel". We wanted some place clean and decent and not overpriced since we were not going to spend a lot of time there. I think we would stay here again. We chose this hotel because of the price, the free breakfast, and the proximity to Universal, and it delivered on all those counts. Lees meer

I really thought it was a great hotel for the value. Extremely close to Universal Studios; beds were very comfortable with good bedding. Only negative is that there wasn't much on breakfast bar.

this was the first time that me and my wife stay at la Quinta. It was a very pleasant and relax time.the only thing we didn't like the fact that our room was next to the elevator and one can hear the noise as it went up n down.but other than that it was great/ we'll stay there again

This isn't a luxurious hotel but it was perfect for me and my boyfriend who spent most of the time in surrounding parks. Universal is walking distance. You don't have to pay for parking though the lot fills up at night.

Convenient for Universal Studios vacations - hotel offers shuttles to the gates. Room was clean (though the cleaning supplies leave room smelling strongly of some artificial soap/floral scent, so beware if you are sensitive/allergic). Bed and pillows were comfortable. Nothing special, but for the price, it was a good place for a brief stay.

Nice rooms but the lobby and halls need to be cleaned up. Great service. They gave me a 1pm late check out for free. I had a brand new coat shy the lobby attendent helped me taking off the tags.the rooms are great

We were on first floor, our room did not have carpet. The bathroom needs updating. Towels were not very fluffy. Breakfast was good and shuttle service really good. If you are planning on a limited budget, I recommend this hotel. Great price and very close to Universal Studios.

The hotel was in a great location with shuttle services offered to Universal Studies. Very good value and Debbie was very personable. Breakfast was good and alot to offer for everyone. Room was clean and sheets were clean. .Great place to stay for going to Universal.

Use the hotel for a stop over. Was going to stay the Lowes hotel on Universal property and wanted to get the full day so stayed overnight at LaQuinta. Should have save the money and stayed there instead of on property. La Quinta was very close and could have drove or taken the shuttle over. Will stay here next time I visit the area.
