It was a great room and was so close to everything via walking. The river walk is right outside your window and couldn't have stayed in a better place. The breakfast was awesome and so is the 5:30 kick-back. The staff was great and was friendly and made to feel at home. I will definitely stay there again, loved it.

The hotel staff were attentive and courteous and the the free food and drink was of good quality and plentiful. Our room was clean with the exception of the carpet which either needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. The condition of the carpeting in the hallway was the same as in the room. I travel to San Antonio frequently on business and usually just stay 1 night. This hotel is an excellent value. The rooms are far nicer than nearby hotels in the Riverwalk area for a lower rate in some cases. The front desk personnel was exceptional. They knew the answers to all of the questions that we asked and they were so friendly. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the happy hour that was included with our stay. Great rooftop pool and hot tub, too!

The hotel was great; however, I was disappointed to learn we could have saved a lot of money if we had been given the government discount. Your site does not give that opportunity for an option.

Great location being right on the riverwalk. Breakfast was great and room was real clean. We got a great night sleep both days, i guess because the bed was real comfortable. Overall it was very good , only negative thing was not being told about the14 dollar per night parking fee.

Hotel was nice- room was nice- staff very friendly. My room just happened to be in a bad location, Next to elevator and above entrance for registration. Between people being loud coming off and going on the elevator and folks setting their car alarms when parking to go in and register- throughout the night, it was not a resfful stay. Saturday night was very noisy, with college-age students partying. Also, our room on the north side of the building overlooked the driveway that accesses the parking garage, and the early morning garbage pickup inthis area was very noisy. We visit the Riverwalk at least twice a year. Each year we search for the best deal, the best location, perks etc. We found our hotel for all future visits. The location was ideal, customer service off the charts, price was good. Very very happy customer.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is right on the Riverwalk and along a nice section of it. Our room was decent, but it's not the "deluxe" room that hotels.com claims. Rather, it's the hotel's standard room. The hotel does not offer its suites via hotels.com, so ignore those photos. If you want a suite with any type of view or a balcony, […] you can't get it via hotels.com. Additionally, while the room was decent, the towels are very thin, the toiletries non-existent and the bed sank in the middle. The morning breakfast is decent, but it's mostly frozen food and it's the same day in and day out. They do; however, have great coffee and the staff is very friendly. Among downtown hotels, this is a good one for families looking for a decent place to stay, but it's not a three-star hotel. It's utilitarian and clean, but not luxurious in any way. Location couldn't be better. It's a short walk to the Alamo and tour bus pickups can be arranged for right out front. The Riverwalk is immediately alongside the hotel. Security is maintained by room key access to covered parking garage as well as hotel entrance. Very pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. All the other hotels were booked for Spring Break, but I was able to get a couple of rooms here and at a very good price. The Drury Inn is a great place to stay! Right on the Riverwalk, in the middle of it all. Nice,clean hotel. Breakfast every morning and snack and drinks in the evening. This is the second time I have stayed here for business. It's a normal hotel, nothing over the top...except for the location of this hotel on the RIverwalk. The elevator takes you directly to the Riverwalk, If you take a left you will find many shops/restaurants within a short walking distance. Our air conditioner did not work well at all. We kept turning it down all night until finally once set at 58 degrees we stopped sweating. The front desk suggested that we should have called someone at the front desk to let them know....at 3:00am? I did not want to have maintenance men in my room in the middle of the night while I was in my pajamas. […] Considering I was taking my mom here for a special birthday treat I was really disappointed. Other than the uncomfortable room, the breakfast and dinner snacks were great as well as the location. they offered 3 free drinks and "appetizers." The drinks were small but they didn't cinch on the booze and the "apps" were hot dogs and nacho cheese and chips. Hardly fancy but we appreciated the effort and drank our drinks and ate our nacho's before heading out to the riverwalk.

This is the best hotel! The location is great, the staff was friendly and helpful and most of all the breakfast was delicious and they give you free cocktails and food at dinner time. Loved staying here! The location was great, right on the river walk with close access to everything you could need! Staff was very helpful and had a great happy hour with snacks and drinks from 5-7 every night. The rooms were much cleaner and more updated than the pictures show. Very nice stay.

Stayed here for 3 days. Loved that the hotel was on the Riverwalk, at a spot that was close to some incredible restaurants and shops. This hotel was in a great location, within a mile of everything we wanted to see including El Mercado and the Rivercenter mall. It was right on the river. This is a great place to stay on the river. Breakfast is above average, manager's reception is a nice extra with 3 free drinks and lots of snacks although nothing fancy (could probably feed your kids dinner on hot dogs and chicken strips). Location is great near the end of the commercialized riverwalk (which means you can walk to anything you want but […] there is not a ton of foot traffic going by the hotel all the time. We had an unfortunate incident with jackhammer noise at midnight and 7 am. To the hotel's credit, it was not them--it was the restaurant underneath. We got there at noon. Checked about early checkin For 3 rooms. They called us about 2:40. Great. 2nd room ready at 4, 3rd room ready at 5 pm. Everything else went well. Close to everything on the riverwalk. We stay here whenever we go to San Antonio.
