Dit is gewoon een goed hotel. Betaalde via expedia een klein bedrag per nacht. Grote kamer, groot bed en alles schoon. Het ontbijt was, zeker voor Amerikaanse begrippen zeer uitgebreid. Upon arrival the toilet did not flush. It took over 10 minutes to reach the front desk and over an hour for maintenance to show up. The first use after maintenance was there it still did not flush. Informed the front desk at 6:15am and as of 11:30 maintenance still had not come by. Called front desk again and maintenance did respond quickly and was […] able to fix it completely. My only complaint about my stay was the quality of the mattress. These were the hardest mattress I have ever encountered in a hotel before. If the quality of the mattress are like this at all of your hotels this will probably be my last time staying at one. At first I thought it was going to be a great hotel from the pics online and the mostly good reviews. It would have been nice to know about the extensive construction goin on IN and around the hotel 24/7. It was hard to even find the elevator!!! And apparently there is a restaurant somewhere that is connected to the hotel that served Mexican food but […] we found a Chinese buffet AT the hotel... And after our experience with the staff at best western, I'm sure we were treated much more hospitable at the Chinese restaurant. When we first arrived there were workers in hard hats everywhere but a front desk staff of 1.... We arrived at 430 on a Thursday... Not a holiday weekend either. It took about 45 min to get checked in... That's absurd.. The staff was not very friendly, and spoke condescendingly.... "Good hotel for comfort, convenience, and quiet"
Without asking for it, the front desk placed my husband and I in a room that was far away from the large groups. We had a completely peaceful stay in a comfortable room with a comfortable bed. The first night, we decided not to have our room made up and towels refreshed, just to save resources. When we returned to the room midday, a hotel housekeeper […] was in the hall and she asked to confirm that we didn't want the room made up. I thought that was conscientious of her.
